I pre-booked in advance a health check service for our bikes. When I arrived I was welcomed very nice and the gentleman Rob listened to my problem in a very professional manner. Without any further questions he asked me to leave my bicycle and he will call me later to pick it up. Turned around my check and repair same day and bike was ready to go, even though the shop is heaving with bikes. The team Levi, Rob and Mo are brilliant - helped me sort out a lot of my questions and bike’s issues. On top, you get advice how to maintain your bike the best way possible. I’ve been extremely satisfied with each service I booked starting with checking our new family’s bikes There is professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Outstanding customer service. If you want the best for your bicycle this is the place. I’m feeling very lucky to have this shop next to me. I couldn’t ask for more and I completely trust team expertise based on my experience of the last bike service checks. Highly recommend and definitely will come back.

What's cool about the spot - Firstly it's a huge space with a dedicated floor for bikes and bike accessories - lovely just to be there for any bike lover. Your bike can be freely built and delivered to you depending on the bike you choose. With a variety of accessories to choose from, buying a helmet and lights was really easy at the store. Tip : Arriving at the right helmet size is easier at the store. Don't buy online unless you are too sure. The staff were very friendly and Inthu was very kind to give me some tips. Halfords is a place to go for bikes and this Charlton spot is awesome. Improvement suggestion to owners - You could mark a cycling track for trials on the first floor. It's not a must, but could give the floor an uplift - Have seen it in a few bike stores. Worst experience ever! I have taken out cycle to work scheme from work, the bycicle couldnt be delivered because it had to be build for some ever reason, so someone who build my bike didnt clearly know what he was doing. So after I picked up my bike two days later the brakes were loose and not stopping properly and the gears were skipping and not staying in one gear, so went back to halfords at charlton, these guys didnt find anything wrong and didnt know how to help me so they said I had to buy the gold service on the bike even tho I had the 14 days warranty. Stay away from them and dont let them build your bike your buying!!!!

Super experience this evening from Wayne. Went out of his way to spend time with us in the bike section, helping us make the right choice for our daughter. Made us feel like we were the only customers in the store with his attentiveness. Very happy customers. UPDATE: I came back to the store today (27-Feb-2023) to ask for help for something I messed up on the bike as I was removing the doll’s seat on the back. Allan from the service section saw me arrive and immediately asked me how he could help and took care of it in 5 minutes for me. Exceptional service! Now I see it’s across the board at this Halfords.

This shop is nice, clean and quiet. Not much customers. WHY?. Not the problem with this shop but problem caused by parking lot. Pay attention to parking hours limitation. Look at my photos. I have a terrible experience with this shopping area. I shop around various shops. I bought some items. After my happy shopping in this area, I got a 63 pounds fine from parking company because I over park a few minutes. This experience make me hate this shopping area. I will not shop in this area any more. Are you ready to pay double for parking here? Good luck.

These days it seems rare to find good customer service. I therefore appreciate businesses that focus on what customers need and require, when it feels like they are going the extra mile. Brought my bicycle in today due to an issue with the front break. The technician is on holiday and I had not booked an appointment. They still preliminarily fixed the issue (without guarantee) so the bike is usable until the technician comes back. Grateful to have this as my local Halfords branch and hope all their team is helpful like this.

This is the best place for all your bicycle needs. They sell new bikes and repair faulty ones. They are professional and their store is packed with everything you might need. I went there to get bike spokes for running my bike wheel, I got what I want plus more equipments for my bicycle. I also checked out their bike collections and the price is relatively more affordable than other stores I have been to. Generally a handy place to get your bike stuff.

I was told my a store advisor to book my bike in for a free bike check for a technician to look into an issue. I did so and brought the bike in for the bike health check... the bike technician was on holiday for the whole week. They still did the health check but without a technician and couldn't fix the issues determined in the check. It's been a lot of misinformation and time wasted with this store.

Went to buy a bike rack for my car gave the 2 girls behind counter my reg they still didnt have a clue. I then asked can you ask your manager emiley said will ask him give us a minute 20 minutes later i ask have you spoke to your manager she replied oh i forgot !. Says it all really they dont have a clue avoid this place go blackfen they know what there talking about.

Where do I even start wow as always the staff here are so friendly and very helpful they are so polite and always find a solution and give u advice. The store is always so nice and clean and very quite which is good for someone like me. There stock is always good and they have pretty much anything you would need. been my go to halfords for years

Located within the 'Stone Lake Retail Park', we've been here a handful of time and it has more than enough on offer to cater to most things needed for your vehicle, bike, camping and more. If this isn't the case, you could always order online and pickup in-store. Staff were helpful when we asked, so noting bad to state. Good experiences so far.

Second time I had to visit Charlton store inside 9 months with a faulty van battery. They listened to me explain the issue. Tested the battery and agreed it was faulty so a second replacement was supplied to me. With after care, check on van, as well!!! Very helpful and understanding. Highly recommend Charlton branch!!!!

Received a £170 parking fine for staying 1 hour 34 minutes, I left after 34 minutes and was held in a queue, ridiculous. Update: HUGE THANKS to Faye, she explained everything and is resolving this through contacting premier parking.

Came in to pick up a bike pannier rack I'd ordered. It didn't fit but Aaron and Nathan helped me find another one and fitted it. Even saved a bit of money as it was cheaper. Amazing customer service

This wonderful store has great choices of kids bikes, bike and travel accessories and baby car seats, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Bought a wiper from Charlton store, was paid for the fixing as well, only few months back. Half of the wiper flew off while I was driving.
