Would highly recommend. It can be a challenge finding someone who actually takes time to review, prepare, and personalize your financial needs. Me personally, I was use to passing off my tax documents and receiving an envelope with refund amounts on the outside with NO explanation. I had no clue where the high deductions came from or how much I had paid to have my taxes prepared. Shelita serviced us in 2021. When it was time for her to service us this year, we left numerous voicemails and emails request for someone to contact us. Needless to say, no real staff person answered the phones only an answering service. Therefore, we discovered on our on that she is a “Seasonal Accountant” and does not obviously have enough companies or enough clients to work solidly throughout the year. In our initial meeting when deciding to work with her, we asked this question, because we have multiple level of accounting needs outside of the tax yr., which she was confident in saying she handles. Nothing complicated, personal taxes and tax filing for businesses.She assured us that she worked throughout the year. Her service and standards were great and we would have loved to continue a long-term partnership. But due to the inconvenience this year in not reaching her, I have to give 2 stars.
