normally my visit here is fine, but after todays service at their post office part I felt unwelcome, I was waiting behind an elderly lady in front of me and the young lady behind the till was smiling and joking with her as she was processing her mail, soon as I was served the attitude dramatically changed by the young lady, when asking a question she would respond like she couldn't be bothered, I know I was polite, I said please and thank you, what was rude was she was using her mobile phone whilst serving me. I can understand if she wanted to check her text messages but not in front or whilst serving a customer. I would like to note other staff members were fine and service is generally good,but today it was just that young lady that made me leave feeling unwelcome and I think all customers should be treated equal.

Poor. Pattern is as follows around 80% of the time Give details to the young lady at the till. She comes back with medicine, I check and its not all there. I ask her to check, she tells me that is all they have. I inform her that doctor assured me that prescription had been sent for the additional medicine. She goes back to check, 5-7 minutes later she arrives with the medicine. No apology or explanation..this happens very frequently. Whenever I visit I have to mentally prepare myself for this BS that will always happen. They need to improve their system (assuming they have one), instead of employing young kids, pay a bit more and employ more intelligent staff. We have started to use the pharmacy on Robin Hood island more and they seem better..

Went in with a prescription to be told the medicine has to be ordered and to come back tomorrow. Went back the next day to be told not here advised to come back. So decided to call a couple of days later to be told still not in stock. When questioned the person over the phone about the medication, if it was hard to get, I was told to go to a different PHARMACY!!! As he works only on the weekend and does not know who I spoke to which is relavent as the medicine is still not in stock...So guys u might as well close up as there are plenty of pharmacies on Stratford road with better customer service and who will make effort to get the medicine for you.

Excellent pharmacy. I've found the staff are knowledgable, helpful & friendly. The last time i went in with my prescription they hadn't got the tablets in stock. They ordered them & they were delivered to my home address. Never had any problems. They also order from her GP & deliver my mother's medication via the Electronic Prescription Service. I just wish my doctor used the EPS! An update from 7/11/18. Yippee! My GP now uses the EPS. I order my prescription from my GP using the Patient Access app & it's sent to Hall Green Pharmacy who deliver my medication to my home. Brilliant !

One of the Best Pharmacy throughout West Midlands. This pharmacy is doing exceptionally well, considering I am an old chap in my early 60’s having my medications all up to date and even having them delivered to my door. Service is there for sure, without any doubt! Never had an issue with the staff:), all down to Earth and Humble. Hygiene levels are awesome no dust or out dated products. Would Highly Recommend for all your health issues. Keep up the Hard Dedication People, You’ve doing Great!

Awful. The male pharmacist blatantly ignored me, instead talking to someone about gangsters and a local car crash. He then sent a young girl out to deal with me who couldn't seem to give a damn. They then tried to charge me almost £10 for a shampoo that costs about £6, which, incidentally, is how much the chemist over the road (in the health centre) charged me when I went over to them. I wonder if my skin colour was the reason for this appalling Daily Mail level of discrimination?

Christmas day. My dad had forgotten his diabetes and angina medication. 111 were not help and only wanted to send paramedics out - which would have been a waste of time and resources. Other pharmacies were advertised as open but were closed and we finally found this one. The pharmacist was extremely helpful in his advice and support in gaining the medication and not overcharging for a prescription. Thank you for helping in a very stressful and anxious situation.

This is one of the finest pharmacies in the Hall Green and surrounding areas. The staff are friendly and professional and very keen to assist you with anything you require. My final note is that the pharmacist himself is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was overcharged for the items I had purchased from this pharmacy. I spoke to the manager (the bald guy) about it and provided him the details of the transaction. Instead of providing me the transaction details, he rudely called me a liar in front of the other customers and refused to give me the transaction receipt. Very rude people who sell items over priced and then charge you even higher with the wrong amounts.

Worst pharmacy in Birmingham. Would give it zero stars if I could. Always out of stock with medicines even after a week when prescription was sent by the GP. It's like they run on a pay as you go top up card. Staff have no clue what is happening if you ring them and are very unprofessional when dealing with complaints. Seen better pharmacies in third world countries. Never using them again.

I HATE the poor service this pharmacy gives! I have trouble with them every time I order routine medication. I wouldn't mind so much if it was medication that wasn't commonly used, but this is for inhalers. Something I regularly get told isn't ready for me. What would happen if I had an asthma attack in the meantime?! Very bad pharmacy and definitely wouldn't reccommend!

Very poor service. I had to cancel delivery because after several days nothing arrived. On questioning it was because items were out of stock. No phone call from pharmacy to explain delay. Since then i collect, today i went to collect items from 25th September and guess what? Items out of stock, no phone call to explain. Pharmacist assures me item will arrive tomorrow

A disgrace to the profession, inadequate and incompetent staff! Changed from Boots to this excuse for a pharmacy thinking to support local businesses......big regret! Changing back to Boots! Each month I have to pay 2 visits and make several phone calls before Hall Green Pharmacy staff are able to locate my prescription, how difficult can it be? Same every month!

What a joke of a pharmacy. So disappointed. I am suffering from breathing difficulties after having Covid. I was prescribed antibiotics and steroids for my breathing. I sent somebody in on my behalf to get the medicine and they gave him an old prescription that I couldn’t collect because of my illness. Not even the medicine that I needed a total shambles.

I can not credit this pharmacy enough! They are all so lovely, and patient. They do their very best to ensure mine, and my family needs are met. I have been using them for years, and can not be more appreciative of their hard work, and ability to empathise! Thank you …

Fabulous service today. I didn’t realise HRT was exempt. I’d already payed for my prescription, the pharmacist advised me to download the form from the NHS website. Call back with the code and he would refund me. Amazing service. Thank you so much.

I like the long opening times, less waiting time than other pharmacies around. They usually have to order medicine so I usually call before to check and make them order to be sure it is ready when I come and collect. works well for me.

Came in looking for something that may help me with an itchy scalp, spoke to the man at the counter who was very helpful. Told me about a few of the remedies on offer as well as direction of use, frequency etc.. glad I popped in.

Staff member was pushy and wanted me to sign up to the electronic prescription service to which I kindly declined, only to discover a month later that the pharmacy sent the request through without my consent!!

What has happened to them. Dreadful service. Promised my prescription for at 3pm having been sent at 8.30am. Never turned up. This is about the 5th time this has happened. Absolute cowboys.

Found this pharmacy great at first, until I tried to call them, they take the phone off the hook or let it ring off and even put it straight down. Again I have been trying for over 3 hours.

Visited once on a Saturday night to get some cream for chicken the kids chicken pox. Open late which helped and served by friendly staff too. Easy to get to with some parking nearby
