Please fully read(updated) Had an issue with a tankless heater, called to check it out, everything was fine i was told the price for just the look over was 150 dollars then the technician charged me 200(no reason was provided for the extra 50) after checking with another company i was told that i just had to call reliance since i was paying a monthly bill, and they would fix it(obviously they did). Hamilton home comfort with their "experience" probably knew about these as well but decided to charge me extra and also where trying to "fix" the issue fast by ordering parts. This is my experience, i beleive they would rip you apart if you let them so take this revew as a warning and always check with other companies. After writing my issue, Brendan from Hamilton Home Services contacted me to discuse the experience that i had and he was an extremely professional and unsderstandable person and explained me what happened and why and now i realized it was all a misunderstanding. I will 100% give this guys a second chance since they are extremely professional and Honest.

Amazing customer service, beautiful workmanship to detail and superior quality and knowledge of products. The installation was done by extremely knowledgeable professionals that arrived early and stayed until it was complete! A year later, I contacted Brendan to order the finishing trim and he reassured me that it was very easy to install. I added the trim myself and it really is complete now. We had Hamilton Home Comfort in to service our existing fireplace. We couldn’t keep the pilot light going and the blower no longer worked. They came within 2 days and we needed a new fireplace. We went to the showroom and spoke with Nick. Bought the fireplace and they could install the next week. On installation day they ran into a few problems and we needed a different unit. They had it in stock and after a bit of perseverance on their part we had a beautiful new fireplace. Gerry was the crew leader and I’m not sure of the other fellas name but 2 great guys. Thank you. We went in to follow up with our payment and spoke with Brandon. Over all we were very satisfied and highly recommend them.

We were shopping around looking for a gas fireplace in our home. We had been to several companies until my brother recommended Hamilton Home Comfort. When I reached out, it was after business hours but I got a nearly immediate call back from Brendan. He has been nothing but informative and courteous. If he didn’t know the answer to our questions, he figured it out and got back to us in a timely manner. We had one small issue with installation, which was rectified immediately and one issue trying to get the rebate from the company. The rebate did eventually come through as Brendan worked very hard to get this for us. Awesome service. Thanks everyone!

What a wonderful customer service. My husband and I went to buy a new gas fireplace and met Gerry. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We purchased and had a installation booked in half an hour. Will follow up with installation and pictures. Customer service so far was awesome! Gerry and Brandon came to install the fireplace insert today what a great job! They were both polite and friendly, even rolled out the red carpet on our stairs . We recently bought a house in Brantford and shortly after turning our furnace on for the year, we had a service performed on it. Turns out there were cracks in the heat exchanger.. HHC set us up with a great furnace and quick and friendly installation. Great overall experience. The owner Brendan set us up with Nick, who helped us decide on the furnace for our needs and once we picked the one we wanted, Brendon and Jerry installed it pretty quickly. Everyone involved was super professional easy to talk to and work with. Highly recommend!

I’m had a new ac unit installed, as the previous one was undersized and we were having a tough time keeping the house cool. Nick came out and spent time checking the system and ductwork to ensure it could handle a larger unit and then went above and beyond to help figure out how we could increase the airflow by adding more cold air returns and a couple of supply vents. The installer, I believe it was Alex, was very professional and did a great job. He was very considerate of the indoor space, leaving everything clean. Great work.

Purchased a fireplace insert with installion from HHC. The team at HHC was extremely responsive and helpful from the sales stages to end of install. There was no surprises or extra fees. The install team accommodated last minute requests and did their best to make sure the install was the way I wanted. Although they don't offer the services, HHC managed and supplied having a third party chimney sweep and electrician on the day of the install for me and worked out the timing of everyone so the installation can go smoothly.

We went to Hamilton Home Comfort to look at fireplaces, and Nick was so very helpful. We were instantly able to figure out which one we liked and placed the order the same day. They were accommodating of our schedule and worked around it. They helped us prepare the area and walked us through everything we had to do prior to installation day, which included constructing a platform to elevate the unit to our preferred height. Installed the unit in one day and it looks beautiful, very professional job

In Dec 15, 2023, after 3 day had no any explain from HHC, at 5:05pm, I posted a Google Review. In 5 minutes, the owner responded. After confirmed I posted, he asked me to remove my review. I insist will take down after fix the fireplace problem. Anyway he said he will send a tech next day. Today Dec 16, 2023, a tech arrived at around 10am, a nice man. The fireplace is ok now I am going to take off my Dec 15, 2023’s Google review. The 1* star will change to 3*. I will continue to update.

I had a 50” Napoleon electric fireplace and shiplap installed today. I received a quote from Brendan back in January and we kept in touch ever since. AJ was the contractor who came to install everything and this gentleman was absolutely amazing. He covered our entire floor for protection, he was so polite and did such a fantastic job. Ive used Hamilton Home Comfort on my current home for an Air Conditioner unit. They were great, reliable, installed a nice York unit and their prices were more competitive then others I called.
