Jeff represented me on a few different cases and each time I left the court room happy. Honestly one time I was detained in court and within 30 minutes he demanded I be released and it was done. The way Jeff walks in the courtroom you can see with your own eyes he’s confident at what he does and he owns it. He’s not afraid to put up a fight against not a single prosecutor in Tarrant County and I’m sure any other county! My son is in trouble and now I’m so regretful I didn’t fire this current lawyer who is trying to get him railroad him because I know Jeff would’ve gave him his all 100% and he would be given a fair chance to prove his innocence. I’m praying God works a miracle and I can retain Jeff asap. Jeff is honest and straightforward. He doesn’t have to lie to you to get a retainer from you. He’s the man at what he does so you’ll want to give him money the time you come in contact with him if you’re needing counsel. He always has answered questions honestly and truthfully to me even if he hadn’t Been hired for a case. I now know better not to ever try to cut a corner and not hire him. I’d rather pay him whatever he quotes than to play these games with one’s freedom. There’s no price you can put on your freedom. So look no place else and hire Jeff immediately. If you’ve gotten blessed and has been appointed him pro bono you hit the lotto so be grateful and use it to your advantage. Jeff if I need you for a ticket I’ll be calling.

To make a long story short, Hampton was retained for 4000 to represent my grandson in Parker County. The case was never filed and became a non-prosecute back in July. When I (the bond person) called the DA to see why nothing had been filed in 17 months, I was informed the case was not going to be filed (non-prosecute). When I ask when that had been determined they told me "back in July". According to the DA, Jeff Hampton never filed a "letter of representation" with them and therefore we were never informed. This left my 30K bond money sitting for 4 months not earning interest. Jeff also stated he'd spoke with the DA office, they had "no record of his ever speaking with anyone since the case was never filed". Needless to say, we'll be reporting this to the appropriate agencies to why we were given the information that this matter was being handled when in fact nothing had ever been done.

Displaying diligence and dispatch into resolving my case, Fulgham Hampton and their employees assisted me thoroughly. Rene was very courteous and promptly responded to all my queries when needed, detailing all nomenclature and steps along the way. Communication was never delayed or opaque and all the process went smoothly. They responded to my telephone calls, emails and were urgent in their accompanying field work. Amazing honestly I had a few different cases I had caught each charge at a shortage time so I had 3 different paid attorneys. Mind you Hampton law firm was the least expensive yet also the only ones who should up more then once. I also didn't have them paid on full at the time either. They genuinely care, have a great name in and off the "streets" as well as the courtroom.
