Went here a few months ago and paid for an outside wash and inside vacuum. Guys did an AMAZING job, were exceptionally thorough. My car was pretty dirty and was quite old, but they really made it look nice, was VERY impressed. Only issue I had was that I had around £20 in small change in a coin tray and afterwards there was only around just over a tenner's worth there... Now I didn't count it beforehand so I have no proof of anything and therefore am not claiming theft at all as I may have made a mistake, but it does look like something's happened here. After a recent bad experience (today) at another local car wash, I may have to reluctantly go back here because they did do an amazing job, but will be emptying the car first.

Having to revise my review from 5 stars down to 2. I've been using this car wash for years and had always been happy with the service, but on my last visit, having queued for 30 minutes, I was told my wash would be £10 more than the listed price because my car was "dirty". Don't know about everyone else, but I'm not really in the habit of getting my car washed when it's already clean. And to be clear, it's not like I'd been transporting dead bodies in it (I use my old Transit for that). It was just the day to day crumbs and dirt from ferrying two children around. Unfortunately I won't be visiting again and will be looking for another car wash

Hit and miss I on the tine and day you go.... car infront had the doorjams and bootjam pressure washed... mine wasn't, my guess is because the cars started lining up and they had to pick up the pace Paid £30 for a hand polish (number 6) but got a spray polish which is equivalent to a number 5 (£25), even though the sign for number 6 says clearly hand polish!!! Bootjams, fuel flap and doorjams were all left dirty.... when raising this with the guy one worker did attempt to rectify it but not fully. If you want your car to be washed properly make sure its not busy

This is a sad day. I originally reviewed this 5 star best in Bristol, but the original guy sold this place to someone. The prices have gone up and the service has gone downhill. The previous owners would wash the car thoroughly, put cleaning solution on wheels, window cleaner, spray to shine plastics, wheel shine, car would be gleming. These new people only half wash the car. I had to go clean the bits they missed myself. The wheels were terribly dirty, even though I showed them that they still need cleaning, they just didn't bother. Very sad day

The reviews on here are totally well deserved. Great value for money and talk about a thorough clean. I used the £40 valet to get my car prepped for selling and it’s never looked so good. They managed to get a stain out of the upholstery I’ve tried to get out for 2 years. It took about an hour and 20 mins but was totally worth the wait. Lots of people queuing up and I’m not surprised. Will be back!

Really good car wash but unfortunately my phone charger cable was taken. I turned up at 5pm yesterday (Friday) and it took around 45 minutes to clean the car. I was asked to pay what I wanted so I left £20. I drove off, and realised my c-charger cable had been taken about 6.15, went back and they were closed. One expensive car wash .

I've been using this car wash for several years, was always happy with the service, but during my last visit they wanted to charge me double because my car was "too big" and "too dirty". I agreed to pay a couple of pounds extra in the end, because I had been queuing for quite a while in hot car. I won't be going there again.

My regular hand wash. Reasonably priced and friendly service. These guys work hard and go the extra mile. I was delighted when they managed to polish-out a couple of minor scratches as part of Bronze valet for me. Highly recommended. Still just as good. Friendly and professional.

I had a very persistent stain in my windscreen and front passenger window due to a leaking pipe over my parking space. They treated it in great detail without any complaints. Besides they are fast and the car ends up shinny. Great car wash service. The guys there are brilliant.

I got a number 3 but was charged an additional £6 as my car was ‘too dirty’. When I got home I realised they hadn’t cleaned the boot at all, even though this should have been covered! Can’t help but feel ripped off as they charged extra but only did half a job.

Thoroughly recommend this car wash. Excellent service, very friendly and professional staff and a great result on the car. If I lived closer, I would go here whenever I needed my car cleaned. I don't often give 5 stars, but this car wash deserves all 5.

Felt quite intimidated as there seemed to be a lot of shouting and snapping from one man over the others. Had two new liquid air freshners clipped to my dash and noticed part way down the motorway they were both gone! Won't go again

Highly recommend, these guys definitely make the extra effort. Did a really good job of a pretty dirty car. Paid £40 but well worth it for a decent clean insude and out . Can also pay with card now as well. Used to be just cash.

Amazing job by the guys here. We didn't have enough for silver so we went for the bronze, but they cleaned to the silver standard anyway. Really friendly and super efficient. Car looks brand new again! Would recommend …

Used these guys a lot. Very hit and miss. Have had to go home and do more cleaning to the car after. They now seemed rushed so cut corners. I found another hand car wash centre now and would only use in a dire emergency

Used this place for years...since they moved the regular guys to fishponds the guys they replace them with in winterstoke road are nowhere near as good...maybe I'll seek another unless the original guys come back

The best car wash in the South West. Meticulous is an understatement. My car looks like it just rolled off the factory floor. 4th time here would never go elsewhere again. Worth queuing how ever long !

Went today spent £30 and they had broken my left wing mirror while cleaning. I only noticed while driving to north bristol and they have no contact information to discuss this issue

Best car wash in bristol, not always perfect but most of the time it's just the best service you can get and I'm talking about the cheapest service they got.
