I was out of province this year for Mother's Day and wanted to send a personalized gift to my kids' step-mom. Happy Thoughts to the rescue! Both my daughter and I wanted to include our own personalized 'cards.' Hers was a picture she'd drawn herself and mine was a message to be written inside a charming purchased card. The Happy Thoughts team went out of their way to not only handwrite my (quite lengthy!) message but also to print a scanned copy of my sweet one's picture. Can't recommend the amazing customer service and attention to detail this team provides. A true testament to the value of locally-owned small business. Cheers!

A cute little shop great for gifts. They have an eclectic collection of items including books, flower pots, tea towels and stationary. The cashier is very nice. I'm not sure if she is the owner or not but she always makes an effort to have a conversation and offer a helpful opinion if you are debating on items. The items are good quality, although the price may be on par or higher than a store like Indigo there are many sales for a savvy shopper (I.e. 50% off Christmas orientments in Jan). Overall a nice store to go to, I love getting holiday cards and wrapping from here to gift giving all the more personal.

Wow! Just bought a cute little Christmas wolly animal at a "Buy Local" event in Bath. Turns out my purchase was "Made in China".....not cool Received a response from the owner....very awesome! Kudos to business owners that listen to all sides. I do love the "wooly" (spelled correctly this time! LOL) guy that I bought and am not interested in returning it but thank you! I recently watched a crafter make "pulled wool" creations...in this case it was an elf. Cool craft and in this case, that's what I thought I was buying. My error but it's all good!

I stopped in here last week to get a few small gifts. This is such a lovely store! I had just been to several stationary shops in Toronto and Happy thoughts had a much more thoughtful and fun collection! A perfect place to find something inspiring to lighten up after such a challenging winter. Currently loving the sweet dog puzzle and adult picture book I picked up - they have certainly brought many more smiles to my weekend! Thank you for this magical light of a store!

I placed an online order for free local delivery & received it yesterday! I initially started shopping because i needed a new planter, however i quickly found things that i HAD TO buy as gifts for my friends & family. This shop has a little bit of everything, and every single thing is ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL! Delivery was quick and the packaging was all recyclable love this shop!

Beautiful little store downtown, great place to shop for gifts. Awesome assortment of items to choose from - unique greeting cards, stationary items, bold jewellery, eco friendly items... And a delicious smelling maple syrup candle - it's literally the best! A go to store for me!

My go to for cards (birthday, get well, valentines, etc). Best selection around, I keep all my cards because they're too great to toss! Fun jewelry, marimekko napkins & dishes, Novelty stickers, just an all around great shop. Check them out.

This is a WONDERFUL local store run by a local woman in Kingston. It blends local and international producers. If you want beautiful gifts for him or her, this is your place! It's my new place for pretty much everything! Highly recommended!

Cute little shop with lots of great stationery items. Love the greeting cards that they sell there. The girl that works there behind the counter is such a cheerful person and great to talk to every time I visit.
