We were not forced to write this review nor was it even mentioned or prompted to us. We had a very positive experience at Happy Travels on Pitt Street. Although we were not actively seeking help, we were encouraged to go in and talk to Miguel the manager as we were planning a West Coast road trip. Miguel was extremely helpful and insightful and gave us tons of information and advice about our trip without ever pressuring us into booking or buying anything. He gave us time to think about it and come back the next day, which we did. Miguel really delivered and managed to get us a huge discount on a campervan for our trip and was able to give us a lot of insider tips too. Music is a bit loud and distracting inside the store but overall a very positive experience and would highly recommend talking to these guys if you’re planning a trip.

Shannon was super helpful with mine and my friends travel plans! We had just over two weeks left of our months east coast adventure and had nothing planned, we had no idea how to fit everything in!! She helped us out massively and now we’re having the best time out here with so many upcoming activities along with having our transport and hostels all sorted in between!! We can now relax and not worry about plans or missing out on things we wanted to do!! Reasonable price too for all our hostels and activities which is a plus :))

Amazing service! Me and my girlfriend only had 3 weeks to travel, and Ruby, the girls that helped us. managed to find us a campervan for way cheaper than what we found online and everything went smoothly through out the whole trip. We also decided to do some trips and our first skydive ever in Cairns. Really friendly and inviting staff, thanks for this amazing 3 weeks in Australia guys.

Shannon was so nice! I came in with no appointment but she was so lovely and she really took the time to listen to my expectations and requests. She as well had some great recommendations! It was so fun booking the whole trip with her and I really felt comfortable. She didn‘t pressure me at all! She really was interested in what I wanted! I would recommend!

Miguel forced me write this review, and I'll be totally honest with you, he's the best!! The help us to plan our two months long trip, to Tasmania and the East coast. Would absolutely recommend happy travels, and Miguel! Thank you for saving us and helping us with our unplanned trip. We're sooo happy!!!

I highly recommend Happy Travels to everyone who wants a bit of help with planning their travels. Callum gave me and my mates lots of tips for travelling up the East Coast. Thanks to him this trip was so well planned that the only thing I had to do was enjoying it. He really went above and beyond :)

Just planned my whole East Coast trip with Shannon @NomadsSydney! We set a budget and booked up travel, accom and activities (Whitsundays, Fraser Island, Great Barrier Reef, Scenic flights, Rainforest trips and Scuba diving with loads of sea life) All booked, thank you Shannon - can’t wait :)
