I have been receiving care here for over a year and couldn’t be happier. Multiple visits and 2 week long hospital visits. Surgeons, nurses, receptionists, really all of the employees have been so helpful and kind. Im getting brain surgery this spring and I am nervous but at the same time confident that I’ll be ok.
Harborview Medical Center has truly changed my life and helped me beyond measure. The care team they've provided me at the Regional Epilepsy Center cannot be described. I'm so thankful for all of the amazing staff & employees here. Thank you for everything you do for people in the region.
I am very thankful for how this hospital took care of my son especially to the face specialist that perform surgery on my son’s lips. The specialist took the time to meticulously re-examine my son and had to re-do what my local hospital did
Truly, the most kind, professional and thoughtful staff I have ever received care from. They made me feel so much better despite the fact that I was injured. One of the nurses literally wiped the tears from my eyes, and held my hand during
This hospital is really awful & terrifying & does the worst job possible. I went to their emergency room to be treated for an injury. They put me in the mental ward for no reason & lied to me before they did it. No psychiatrist ever spoke
An absolutely awful and shocking experience. My father-in-law fell and broke his ribs and suffered a punctured lung. Waiting to be seen, he was placed in a hallway for 32 hours and was "checked in" with doctors reassuring us that "he will
Before I give my criticism, I do would like to say that the employees are nice and that I do understand that it is a city hospital, so people who aren’t stable should always come first, so delay makes sense—I wish they were more clear. I
Had an unfortunate stay for ~7 weeks and visited many parts of this facility as well as encountered many staff members. ICU and TICU were both very professional departments that provided great care. PACU-B was where I first came out of
The care I received here was excellent. The doctors explained everything to me thoroughly. They were very tentative/gentle. The only thing that I didn't like was when the doctors are done with you they just walk away without saying ok
I cut my hand very badly and had to ride the ambulance here. Even though my cut was extremely bad and dangerous, no one even saw me for many hours or gave me adequate bleeding control because the entire hospital was filled with people
