I do not understand how you as a business could blatantly lie.... I am in absolute shock that you would consider us as a community to be that stupid?!? Dumping BUILDING RUBBLE is your response??? Are you serious?? Thankfully photos were taken and I as a layman can promise you this that there was NOT ONE OUNCE of BUILDING RUBBLE dumped!! It was COMPLETE RUBBISH that was dumped by YOUR employees and in YOUR vehicle!!! PLASTIC AND WAST!!! NOT RUBBLE!! Do you actually take us for fools??? You have just affirmed even more reason to NEVER SUPPORT your company and neither will anyone else that I know!! SHOCKING that YOU cant even take RESPONSIBILITY for what YOU have done?? Zero idea of customer service, manager/owner busy on his phone watching something while customers are waiting for help regarding prices. Once sale concluded you have to try opening the gate with your purchase in hand, no help there either ,instead concerned about his lunch. Never again for me!

Person that answered phone lacks basic telephone manner and costumer care skills...when I requested the product that i needed...he insisted on a more expensive product..i did not want it....he was rude and defensive and also insulting...very disheartening experience...never again

I generally purchase from this hardware all the time because it is convenient, however the owner is very rude and comes cross very angry. Bought a scraper and less than another hour later is broke. He refused to exchange it. Didn't even want a refund.

Great spot good prices I bought a roll of White VenkPlas 250mic plastic. Built a temp under cover parking for my car. And 4 years later its stil intact not cracked or torn. Great UV resistant product . Tx . I need another roll . See you soon .
