for the benefit of u all read this review before ordering, in fact just don’t even think about ordering. first of all the food came nearly 2 hours late even after the restaurant it self had shut. it was supposed to arrive at 1:15 and when i rang to ask where my food is i got told wait 5 10 minutes. after 5 10 minutes i tried to ring them back only to find out my number was blocked and i was unable to even get through to them. i rang customer services only to be told to wait 5 10 mins. i also got told that she would ring the restaurant even though it was closed. makes no sense what so ever. the driver then rang 2 hours later as if he was early saying he was outside. when he came he forgot a drink and said no u only ordered two but then when he looked at the receipt he realised i did in fact order three drinks. his reply was oh. he then said he had extra drinks in the car. sorry i didn’t realise the restaurant was in your car as well as the fridge u store the drinks which makes sense as i couldn’t even find the restaurant on google maps. as well as that the food was absolutely shocking and had random hard bits in my burger patty, wings and popcorn chicken. honestly it was food poisoning on a plate. i struggled to even swallow my burger. honestly a complete joke and the biggest scam.

The food took two hours from ordering (so and hr late. The restaurant doesn’t answer the phone atal. The delivery guy was wondering up my road for 10 mins, I even shouted to him and he was completely clueless. So the ‘food’ (and I use that term loosely)…… no ice cream with my cornflake cake (cake was stale tasting and very dry)….. no peri salt on chips, although that would have made no difference as the chips were stone freezing cold and rock hard. Doner meat old dry and chicken undercooked with pink bits. So works out we paid £20 for a squished burger with brown lettuce and a bottle of coke. The restaurant refused any partial refund. …… the food is that bad and the restaurant has no regards for its customers, like literally couldn’t care less about providing a decent standard of service, this place has got to be a front for illegal activity of some sort because I cannot see how they have any customers. I wished I’d have read the reviews before ordering. The very last thing anyone needs after an 11hr shift is this stressful disappointing infuriating rip off mockery!!!!! I just wanted to eat and go bed.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! We ordered through Deliveroo and waited for hours for our food to be delivered. We called to see where it was every half an hour and we were aggressively shouted at down the phone each time ‘it’s on its way’. We never received our order. When we tried to get a refund through deliveroo they lied to deliveroo and said they delivered, then they said that they tried to call us but no one answered so they couldn’t deliver, they never tried to call us. How they are still in business is absolutely beyond me especially reading all the other reviews too. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if it was an option. They may as well do themselves a favour and shut down and give their space to someone who can actually do their job and deliver food to people that they have paid for. Absolutely awful.

Absolutely appalling service. We placed an order and waited nearly 2 hours for it to be arrive and we never received it. We rung the restaurant 3 times to see where the food was and how long until we could expect it which they continued to say “20 minutes”. In the end they stopped taking our calls at the restaurant and we did not receive this food. On top of this, the man was very rude when we tried to track down our order and was not cooperative in the slightest. We were unable to get a refund as the deliveroo app displayed it as delivered which clearly wasn’t the case. Very very disappointed with this restaurant.

Ordered off of Deliveroo and got given an estimated arrival time of 1:10. Waited for the delivery until quarter to 2 and tried contacting them and they just hung up on me without picking up. Then at 2:50 the Deliveroo timeline updated saying that the order had been delivered, so i tried contacting them again only to get hung up on. After contacting Deliveroo staff, I later received an email saying that they had arrived at the address and couldn't contact me, so I couldn't even get a refund, despite the fact that I literally waited outside my building (because its a block of flats) for an hour and no-one arriving.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE My son ordered from here last night and hadn't checked the reviews. He only ordered 3 items - pizza, chicken and chips. The chips were missing (although probably wouldn't have been eaten judging by the rest of the food). It was stone cold and pretty much inedible. After one bite of the pizza and chicken he didn't want to eat it, and after trying it myself, I think it was a safe decision. Tried contacting the 'restaurant' last night and today it no answer so intend to pay them a visit later for a full refund.

Me and my friend ordered from here and they took 2 hours and 20 minutes to delivery a basic order . They lied on the phone when my friend rang to ask where the order was 4 times . One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. First of all, the food is one of the best food I have ever tasted my whole life, better than my mom’s cooking. The interior design is contemporary and stylish, and goes perfectly with the fine cuisine. The service is top notch, no other restaurants come close to it. I have never been so amazed at a restaurant my whole life. I recommend anyone who wants to have an out of body experience to eat here!

Boycot this place. We ordered simply one milkshake and one cookie dough at 11pm. It is now half 12 and still haven't received anything not even Contact. No updates provided as to if its en route. Asked for an update via text prompted through just eat and didn't receive one. And called their number 4 times to literally no answer, only constant ringing. Probably avoid all their customers now since after reading reviews everyone has the same problem.

Ordered from here food wasn’t turning up for over 5 hours no answer then they marked it as delivered at 4am? Rang up next day just got fed a load of bull such as will have to wait for boss to come or the driver absolute joke of a place. Fortunately got my money back as it was through deliveroo( they use their own drivers).

Paid £5 odd for a waffle and it was half the size of a normal one, that was also cold. Only good thing was the ice cream really. Sat here at 2:16 am waiting for a burger I ordered nearly 2 hours ago. Blocked my friends number, not answering the phone, cranky as hell… should have read the reviews before we ordered and before we screamed at Deliveroo customer services for half an hour. Want to cry. I've ordered 3x and they have all been bad experiences. This latest one is the last. 2hr delivery time, the cookie dough was rock hard and was missing the 2 ice cream tubs. The milkshake was the wrong flavour. Everything was wrong. No apology or anything. Just avoid this place when ordering online.

It'd be quicker to travel to Harlem on a delayed flight to get your food. Ordered via deliveroo... they rang at 6:20am after a few hours waiting. I'd just love to have donner and cheeseburger at 6:30 in the morning *smh*. Never answered the phone and I'll never get my refund. AVOID!

AVOID!! After two hours of waiting for food, i still couldn't stomach their soggy oven chips and dry chicken burger. Their "cheesy chips with gravy" are an insult to Manchester. After 20+ phone calls to chase up my order I didn't get through once. I will be expecting a full refund.
