We came across them a year ago when we moved to the area. The experience was consistently substandard in that, often, the cars were very dirty inside and the drivers were late. A number of doctor’s appointments and other time-sensitive events were missed that way. We stopped using them shortly after and moved to Cheetah Cars who do a much better job BUT, because of their better service, they book up quickly, so you need to be organised and reserve your car in advance. We just used Harlesden Cars again since Cheetah was booked up 4 days in advance, and true to their substandard service, their driver left us waiting at the airport for over 30min. When we called to enquire about the delay and complain to the office, the woman operator accused us of lying and called us rude (go figure who would call to check where their driver is if they were in the car with said driver!) No apology and, of course, no discount offered, bearing in mind they ALWAYS overcharged us by £15 / £20 if their driver had to wait for 20min at the airport. Needless to say that’s the last they will see of us and this last experience was so, so terrible in how disrespectful and unhelpful they were, that we felt the need to publicise it.

Booked an airport transfer- driver never showed up. When I called, was told by two separate people that I did not have a confirmed booking, after being put on hold for ~15 minutes. I did however, have a booking confirmation and a reference number, that nobody wanted look up. When pressed to look it up, the guy says he just found my booking (booked through taxicode). Then he asks me if I can wait another half hour, which would have totalled our wait time to an hour, for a booking made and confirmed well in advance. Instead of admitting there was a mistake made, they tried to make me feel crazy and say I never made a booking, which they magically found 20 minutes later. Worst experience with a taxi ever. My money was refunded to me, with not much of an apology. I know this service is cheap, but clearly not reliable. I would pay a bit more money and book with a more reliable company next time.

My husband use this company twice last night I have to take out my bags and my kids and just walk away. These people have no manners .if you give me a lift and start to show off I just simple ask you can you stop here please. When I have to pay I let you know point blank I am paying my money.The driver that you have sent is a racist .If she feels like a queen earn it elsewhere but not from me ,she's rude.

Called a cab yesterday to be at the house by 630 instead it came at 710 by that time i was surpposed to be at work and expect to pay £20 for it,where the cab firm in finchley only charges £14 twice this has happened in a row not happy at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very bad service,I asked them to send me a cab in 10 minutes, we agreed for 6 pounds,the cab arrive in 5 minutes and they charged me 2 pounds extra ,they said because of the waiting time 5minutes and ,so be carefull don t trust them they can charge you more

A rude controller bad service had my three-year-old waiting outside for 10 minutes before he could be even bothered to get off the phone and book me a cab from right in front of his face after explaining I am with child

I booked a cab for 6:00am the night before. I had to be at a very important meeting. The driver didn't even turn up? Plus the firm didn't even answer their phone!? I would give 0 stars if possible!

If there was -5 rate i would have rate that. Ordered the cab from them driver called for confirmation but never turned up. After calling he said he cancelled. Will never use them again. AVOID

Reasonable prices and decent professional driver. Use to use uber a lot before but there drivers are terrible with routes. Switch to this firm I have never looked back.
