Needs better discipline measures and crystal clear rules. Once, I went to school with the normal uniform: yellow shirt (7th grade) and khaki or black pants. I chose black. Since it was almost the end of the year (two weeks left) I guess my black pants weren't the brightest black, but keep in mind I wore those pants all year long and no one said anything. I went through the medal detectors when I saw that the girl infront of me was wearing pure gray pants; ofcourse, a teacher stopped her and put her against the ISS wall. I walked past them, but soon was stopped becuase of my "gray" pants. It wasn't even gray! I literally wore those yesterday and apparently they weren't gray yesterday! So they put against the ISS wall, but I called my brother to bring me a new pair of pants, which I bought last weekend. Next day, I realized I was wearing the same "gray" pants and started to panic, but then I walked past the lady AND SHE SAID NOTHING!!!!! I was very offended and upset. Lang needs better disciplined students, better rules, and overall what Lang is missing is RESPECT. But other than that, it's a good school.
I had a daughter and son that went there. They wish the could go back. TBH the school is really good at being protective over its students. The principal and other teachers will give you a welcoming smile and you'll feel at home. New or old, that school will never be let go of from my children. The only problem was a teacher, Ms.Wright but besides that, the school is amazing in every which way
Students were throwing rocks at my car as they were boarding their bus. When I called the school the principal was unavailable and never returned my calls. I got the same response when I called the district office. Looks like the $30,000.00 plus I've paid in extracted school taxes has been appreciated. We need school choice in Texas. Too many RINOS in Austin.
