John at Harris Electrical Ltd has been an excellent, first class troubleshooter. If you're reading this and going through profiles, just forget the rest! I have been having problems with my extractor fan for far too long now and I was nervous an engineer would try and squeeze money out of me (I'm a woman, on my own and haven't a clue about extractor fans or electrical) so tolerated it and tried to fix it myself with no luck. Even two electricians that had seen this said there was a problem with the extractor fan and not the electrics. John worked out the problem, his methodical thought process led to working out that it was infact an electrical fault and not the extractor fan at all. He workout the problem in no time at all. He was professional and polite; even showed me how to fix the problem should it reoccur. Lovely knowing I have a reliable and honest engineer should I ever need one again! Thank you so much, we need more talented, honest and reliable engineers like John.

I'm so pleased with the service I have received from Harris Electrical. Shaz called me this morning to advise me that he would be arriving shortly and was with me fifteen minutes later. He was friendly and did a great job of installing my integrated washer/dryer. I had previously been let down buy a big retailer who had refused to deliver as I live on a red route, even though there is parking nearby, so I am very grateful to Harris Electrical for the service they have provided. I highly recommend them and will always use them in future.

Great service. Harris were able to supply and install a new dishwasher in just under 24 hours — all done over the phone. Impressive. They're part of the Euronics group, so prices are competitive and Shaz did a great job replacing our semi-integrated machine with a free-standing one (even cutting down the kitchen kick board for a perfect fit). Installation and checks were all done with the minimum of fuss. Super helpful, great team

Great experience all round - went back to Harris to replace a fridge/freezer I bought from them over a decade ago and the service is still great. Phil arranged everything with ease, and Shaz & T sorted the delivery superbly - kept me updated throughout the day, spot on with timings and removed by old applicant/delivered the new one with care. Would not hesitate to use Harris again - absolutely brilliant.

Shaz helped install a washing machine. He was very nice and friendly! Communication was good; he kept me updated on when he would arrive via phone calls. The instalment was definitely a two-person job, but I think the other person was busy with moving the old washing machine, so Shaz had to do most of it on his own, with some assistance from me. But overall, it was a good instalment.

Brilliant range, terrific service, quick and straightforward delivery - and we got to support a local business in doing this while still paying the lowest price we saw. Yani - who brought the item - was also a pleasure to have come into our house (with all its corners and steps). Would definitely buy from them again.

The Harris team replaced our broken oven and the service was great! The whole operation took no more than around 7 minutes and two men who took care of it were very nice and friendly (and managed to get the new oven to the second floor via stairs without complaint). Highly recommend!
