We rented from Hart Rentals between Oct. 5th-Oct.10. Had a good first experience with this rental place. Zack and Max were very helpful and accommodating for renting a vehicle at the last minute. The van we rented was very clean and spacious, perfect for 7 adult passengers. One downside was that my vehicle did have expired tags that we did not notice until 2 days before our return, which did create some anxiety being out of state and with a rental. And the day prior to our return, our vehicle started to slow down with alerts of needing an oil change. It was a bit difficult to travel uphill and highway speeds for this reason. Overall, I had a good experience with the renting process. It was smooth, easy, and quick. Zack and Max were always easy to get a hold of and quick to respond back with anything we needed. In terms of the vehicle, it could've been better in terms of maintenance and registration. (Just to state, these are pictures of the vehicle upon return. The van was spotless upon pickup inside and out)

It was wonderful to work with Max & the team at Hart rentals. It’s so much more personal & easy to make sure you get what you want in a rental rather than the big corporate companies like enterprise or dollar. They were incredibly flexible with when we could pick up / drop off the vehicle, made sure we were comfortable with the type of vehicle, & were overall incredibly helpful & transparent. It was also really simple & direct to contact them. No waiting on hold or dealing with customer service reps who don’t really care about your needs. Their pricing is also competitive. I don’t plan on ever using the big box companies when in Phoenix again. Hart can’t be beat!

I was looking online to rent a car in the same day and it was spring break. It was very hard to find one I called couple of car rentals. This company was amazing the person I called was very very nice and turned out to be the owner. They were very nice and professional. They gave us a pretty good deal. Excellent service. I love seeing young professionals succeed. If you like to rent a car from a car company that cares about their customers and make sure they’re satisfied and happy this is the company for you. They did an amazing job making us have an amazing spring break in Arizona.

I love a great success story! Zach and Max have created the best "service centric" car rental business for the Greater Phoenix area. They beat the competition in price and service. When traveling to a new place it can come with a little angst and excitement. Zach made sure the car was right there waiting for us at the airport and drop off was just as easy. Rented a car since I was having a new stereo system installed in my truck. Max followed me to the business to pick me up and later dropped me back off. Excellent customer service! Vehicle I rented was in tiptop shape! I’ve rented many cars over the years from different places and I must say that this car was one of the best I’ve seen! Max provided a wonderful helpful experience. Will be renting from Max again in the future!

We had a wonderful experience using Hart Rentals during our week long holiday over this past Christmas .The Dodge we rented was clean and handled well for the trip to California and back. Their rates were competitive for the market and truly got our monies worth, considering it was a last minute booking during a busy festive period. Hart is a refreshing alternative to the major car rental organizations. Max and team were extremely easy to work with, provided a lovely vehicle that was in near showroom condition, very competitive rates, and (a little secret, here) arranged for a MUCH easier return than going through the PHX Sky Harbor rental center. My family and I had a Turo reservation before we left for vacation to Phoenix, AZ. It was canceled last minute by the owner and we thought we weren't going to have a ride for the the 6 days we were there. Thankfully, Turo helped us find a quality replacement reservation for a Ford C-Max Hybrid. The car was clean inside and out. It was a great rental.

Hart Rentals was so great to work with. The employees are so kind and caring. The pick up and drop off was really easy and close to the airport. The drop off and pick up were quick and no waiting in lines. The car was clean and the prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend using Hart Rentals.

Awesome place to rent a vehicle!! I have never had an experience that was such a smooth and easy process. I rented a 2021 Chrysler Voyager and it was in perfect condition and clean!!! I’ve rented from Turo and that was a nightmare. These guys are great and very professional! Highly recommend!!!

Very easy renting, pick-up and return. I received a detailed text with photos, showing exactly where the car was parked, for super easy pick up at the airport, and I just parked it back in the same area upon return. Super simple and affordable.
