I have recently had 2 sets of coolsculpting done. They took before and after pics for each procedures. The 2 times I went in to have them review the before and after pics, they claimed each time their server was down. I told them “really, a server goes down the 2 times I am there, that is just so convenient”. Basically the Coolsculptor and the manger both saw the pictures and I had no fat loss. So I spent $ 4,000 for nothing and they had nothing to say not even getting some other treatments in place of me spending this kind of money. The manager was totally rude to me. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. And to add, the first time I was there, her camera was broken and she used a phone to take pictures and those pictures were never uploaded to the server either. So not sure what kind of server or cloud server they use, it can’t take 9 months to upload those pics or fix the server. And yes I might have said “this is f’n ridiculous, but I never used direct profanity. I think anybody would be insanely frustrated if they spend that much money and time for no results and no pictures, especially if they are told the same thing twice about their server issue or not being able to upload photos.

I just moved to Utah from the East coast and I was really nervous about finding a new med spa. I really loved my old one and felt comfortable so it took a lot for me to find a new one! Let me tell you, i am so happy I found Haus, and specially Jackie! I’ve now gone to Jackie 4 times - she has since helped me restart my lip filler journey from scratch and also begin my Botox, and I’m so grateful! She always walks me through every product, she never encourages or tries to influence me, she truly listens and explains every option I have so we have the best result possible together. Her attention to detail and consideration of my comfort is like none other, and I’ve been to others. My results are so beautiful every time and natural. Thank you Jackie and thank you Haus! BOTCHED BOTOX. Friend and I were running late for our appointments so my friend told the spa she would give her appointment to me since I live out of town. The spa insisted they could see us both. They then rushed both of our services we were in and out in 10 minutes. We were told each appointment was a 30 minute slot. SO WE DEFINITELY HAD TIME FOR A CORRECT CONSULTATION. The injector did not really consult with me and did not mark my face. She put almost 50 units in the middle of my fore head. In the past I have never not been marked for my Botox. $500 later and I look like a super villain when I raise my eyebrows because the Botox was not carefully placed. They just wanted me to pay for the $9 unit deal and did not really care where they were putting it. Now I have to go get more to get this fixed.

I absolutely love Haus of Aesthetics! They are so professional and knowledgeable about all the latest treatments. From the moment I walk in, and am greeted by the welcoming staff up front, all through my service, to the moment I checkout, I feel confident they are honest and have my best interest. I am so happy I found this establishment. Julia is my aesthetician and she is absolutely amazing -and I can tell she genuinely cares about me and the progress of my skin. We always talk about my goals and where I want to see my skin in the future; and I have seen some amazing results. I have been coming here for over a year now and I honestly would trust ANY of the providers here. You can tell they all have been well trained and love what they do!

I did a free skin consultation which is supposed to be about 30 minutes from what I was told. The master aesthetician who helped me kept stating She “did not have time for the visit”. Mind you my appointment was at 4:15 and I arrived inside the spa and checked in at 3:59. She kept saying “there wasn’t enough time” 3-4 times within 8 minutes of starting our appointment together. Again mind you I already have good skin so I wasn’t asking anything complicated, just more curious about treatment for very mild acne. She led me to a dirty room and proceeded to tell me to lay on top of the dirty bed and stated that a client had prior been on it and apologized the room was dirty. I regret not walking out in that moment.

Love this place! Everyone is so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Also they are the only place I know that guarantees their coolsculpting results so I wouldn’t even bother getting my touch up sessions anywhere else because…why? Bonus! They are also my local place to pick up my two favorite skin care products- Skinbetter’s sunscreen compact and the whole ZO line. I really recommend them. You can even see all their accreditations posted and mentioned everywhere. The results speak for themselves but it’s nice to know you’re also in the care of people that care enough to continue to train and stay top of the game. Thanks Haus! Always so nice seeing you all.

Cannot rave how amazing my experience has been. I was so nervous to ever even walk into a place like this, I’d never been to a skin care spa facility. Everyone I’ve worked with has been so professional, knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. They treated me like a special guest and have made this process of my lazer tattoo eyebrow removable so seamless. My consultation put me at ease. I am so so happy with my results, and I’ve only had 1 treatment so far. Honestly thank you all so much for creating a welcoming and friendly, professional place. Truly grateful. I’ve been going here for a couple of years now. I’ve loved working with Ellie. She is very professional, gentle & kind during the treatments. She is always able to answer my questions or concerns about what to expect after my treatment or any new treatments I’m interested in getting. I’ve been thrilled with the results of my skin after working with Ellie! I’ve also enjoyed Kate and Jackie for my BOTOX injections. They are quick, efficient and I’ve never had any issues afterwards. I’ve always felt very welcome and comfortable at this spa with all of the staff! I won’t go anywhere else!

I had a great experience with the Haus of Aesthetics team for my cool sculpting! They explained everything really well and we’re super flexible with my schedule. I’ve seen great results and and so excited to see how it goes over time. Just came back after 3 months and my results from CoolSculpting have been amazing! Such a huge improvement on my lower stomach. I’m currently on the cool tone machine as I write this which is a pretty fun treatment. I will definitely come back to see this team for more CoolSculpting in the future.

She really listens and understands what you want and executes it, not only fast but perfectly. I’ve been visiting haus of aesthetics for about a year now and I love how you can just come and be yourself without worrying about anything. The receptionists team are always very welcoming and kind. I have used medical grade products since then and has changed my skin a lot better. I get a lot of discounts being a member so it’s been worth it. Also, their laser services are awesome esp with Elle.

Shiann was lovely! I did Microneedling & and advanced peel and she made me feel very comfortable. I was a few minutes late to my appointment and I had a time constraint and she was so helpful in making sure I had enough time to get to my work meeting after my appointment with her. She also tried to distract me from the discomfort of the treatments by chatting with me. I highly recommend her!
