I had Hawk Movers move my furniture and they broke a leg on an antique table and did not tell me about it, thinking I would not notice. When I called one of the owners, Casey Kercheval, he actually laughed about it and said his company would not pay for it. Hawk Movers has two locations and I would avoid these guys at all cost if you don’t want your furniture damaged. Channel 5 actually did an investigative report on unreputable moving companies and Hawk Movers (when they went by the name of Hawk Moving Services) and listed them as having an unsatisfactory rating due to the high number of complaints. One thing to take note and that is they used to be called "Hawk Moving Services" but they had so many complaints through the Better Business Bureau and online complaints that they apparently changed to their name to Hawk Movers to in effect hide all the online complaints people had posted about them. I would advise everyone to stay away from Hawk Movers if you don’t want your furniture broken and then the owners to laugh at you when you complain. I see Clay posted a reply that states this is a bogus complaint.....it is not a bogus complaint and he knows who I am.

This is the second time that I have used Hawk moving and the second time that I have received excellent service. The first time was to move our 5,000 sq ft home. The move went perfect. The movers were on time, cautious and courteous. The second move was for an antique piano. The piano is over 100 years old and needless to say fragile and heavy. The move was just as perfect as the first one. The owner, Clay, really cared about our move and our belongings. His staff was once again on time, courteous and very careful with the antique piano. I highly recommend Hawk Movers. This is a first class company. I will continue to recommend Hawk Movers to my neighbors and friends and know that I will call Hawk Movers again in the future for any moving or storage needs that I may have. What a great moving experience! Our realtor recommended Hawk and we couldn't have been happier. It was easy to book over the phone and their rates were incredibly reasonable. The team of three young men arrived on time and got right to work. We used another moving company for our last move in 2020 and they damaged so much of our furniture - not Hawk! They took so much extra care wrapping some of our more expensive pieces of furniture and packing them safely in the truck, making sure to show me how they'd secured everything. I appreciated that dismantling/reinstalling bed frames and washer/dryer units was included in the price. We will certainly use Hawk Movers again and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a reasonably priced, professional moving team!

Hawk movers helped me move my belongings out of storage into my New home today. WOW!!!these three gentlemen..... Matthew, Rodney and Ty, were so respectful and polite!! Not only that but every single piece of box or furniture that they brought in, I was first asked where I would like it. AMAZING company! I recommend Hawk Movers to anyone who needs a helping hand. This was a fantastic experience from the phone call to schedule the appointment to the movers actually doing the move. They were exactly on time, worked quickly, were cautious with all my items and asked me where to move everything so it was in the right spot. I cannot believe what they got done in 3 hours! Jorge and his team were great - super kind to my family and our pets. We have to do the 2nd move in 2 weeks and I wouldn't choose anyone else but Hawk. Great job..

At first I was a bit concerned because there were not many reviews but I'm glad I went with them. Did my move 4/20 on a Thursday . Eli and Casey were very helpful via phone with my quote and information. My movers Jordan and Lee were amazing very fast and efficient. They were really nice and polite. Overall I enjoyed my experience, the price , and customer service would definitely recommend .

I just wanted the people of the DFW area to know that Adan, Sebastian and Yaya of The Hawk Movers were amazing. These guys were super professional. They moved like that little sonic guy. Ty, Mus, Adnan helped me today with my move. All three of them were very professional and communicated effectively regarding placement of all my items. They were also patient while I had to finish signing some last view documents for my move. They also put my bed together. I highly recommend these guys in particular. They were amazing. We hired Hawk's services and from the moment they answered the phone to the performing of our moved they were nothing other than profesionals, courteous, communicative, on time, careful, etc, etc, etc. Eli, Ty and Sam were SO efficient and managed our 2 story 5 bedroom homes with so much easiness. I higly recommed their services!!! Hands down they are the best!!!

Hawk movers did and outstanding job moving my house. The time and care that was spent moving the large volume of stuff in my home was awesome. Hawk Movers provided prompt, professional and reasonably - priced service. Antonio and Lee (the two men who made the move) worked quickly but carefully in loading and unloading. We knew exactly what the cost would be beforehand and all persons representing Hawk Movers were cordial and did their jobs exceptionally well. I recommend them to anyone making a move.

Had José and Omar perform a relocation (home to storage unit) in Dallas for me on 11/14/23. They were great! Both of the movers were courteous, thoughtful, kind and personable. If I ever needed any other services from Hawk, I would make a special request for them. I will recommend Hawk to my local friends and family!

Hawk moved us twice. Once when we sold our home and had to move to an apartment to wait for the new house to be completed. And the second time from the apartment and the storage unit to our new home. They gave excellent service, on time, and careful of our household items. Could not ask for better movers.

Amazing mover company! Moved all of my furniture and personal items from one apartment to another seamlessly. My bed frame did not fit through the staircase and the movers WALKED my bed frame 4 flights down the PARKING GARAGE. They do anything to get the job done. They were also on time!

Jorge, Christian, and Moose were incredible. They were very careful with all the furniture and everything else. Moved our 92 year old mom from her house in Colleyville of over 30 years to a little mother in law cottage on Lake Worth. Y’all ask for them. They were great.

Great crew with a positive attitude for a tricky apartment complex move. Only downside was some damage - 65” flatscreen has to be replaced, a leg on my dresser was broken and a few boxes with crushed corners causing glass in them to break

They showed up 4 and a half hours later than they said they would, then offered only a measly 10% discount. If I wasn’t desperate to get my stuff moved over that day I would have fired them on the spot. Don’t hire these guys.

Jordan and Mus were very efficient and professional. We ran into unexpected issues during the move but their positive outlook and attitude made it possible for us to move forward as planned.
