Two of my friends called me today if I could recommend them a good practice, as they needed urgent treatment. Being a dental nurse with over 10 years of experience, working as a locum with a large number of dental practices all over London, the first clinic that came into my mind was Hayes Dental Surgery. Having the privilege to collaborate with them in the past, was a real bonus. The reason I chose them was simply because I trusted them and I wanted my friends to be on good hands. Hayes Dental is a truly professional team, starting with the wonderful receptionists which offers excellent customer services, to the hard working nurses with their impeccable cross infection standards, and of course the experienced dentists covering all specialties to meet everyone's needs...all in one practice. I was the most impressed by the quality of services which this practice provides to their patients and I would highly recommend it to everyone! My friends left the practice with a big smile and full of gratefulness, as being offered an appointment on the same day as well as having their problem sorted. They were very pleased with Dr Sanjay Patel's expertise and dedication as well as with his lovely nurse Sima, which was a great assistant during their treatment. They were also impressed by the cheerful receptionists and they rated the practice as having a good vibe, due to the peace and harmony felt while in the waiting area. I recently switched dentists as my old one was now an hour away. I will start by stating that the staff here are all great however, this entire practice is seriously lacking any proper cleaning. On my first visit to Hayes I politely asked the dentist and his nurse why the practice was so dirty. It's immediately obvious how dirty the place is. You can't avoid noticing it. Unfortunately he had just started there and wasnt sure. Really great dentist, but new to Hayes Dental. On my second, third and forth visit, nothing had changed. I pointed out some very specific filth to them, highlighting that the entire practice is like this, upstairs and downstairs. I even asked the dentist "What exactly are they waiting for?" What exactly does it take to shut the treatment room for a few hours and clean it? I pointed out how dirty the window frames are and the plug sockets and asked them "Dont you find it embarrassing to bring a pateint into a treatment room this dirty?" Floors look espcially filthy, skirtings, windows and more. Whoever is being paid to clean this place urgently needs replcing. I declined a same day appintment with the hygenist as my wife has seem him already and tells me that the upstairs treatment rooms are also filthy. I have been up there and seem them too, its not good. These are unacceptable standards for any medical practice.

I got registered at Hayes Dental Specialist less than a year ago, after visiting my previous dental surgery for years. I attended following an exceptional recommendation from my son. I have always been impressed with the level of service I receive. Staff are very polite, however, my dentist Dr Kunal Datta has always delivered an outstanding level of care to myself. He never fails to explain any procedure he will perform and always ensures that I understand and give permission before carry out the procedure. I find him to be very patient and professional and without a doubt I recommend him 100%. Throughout my treatment, he worked very closely with Candice, who always has a smile on her face, and always there to give a calming, reassuring word. Following my implant, I was able to smile again, simple because of the care I had from Dr Datta and Candice. I recommend them 100% and can only say, you will never be disappointed. Standards are exceptionally high, infection control is 100%. First class service. Please arrange a visit and experience this for yourself. You would NEVER be disappointed.

This dental surgery is first class and second to none in my opinion. The staff are helpful and friendly and the dental team are patient, reassuring and kind especially if you are a nervous patient like myself. I would like to thank Nalin in particular (and his nurse) for his kindness and patience during my recent visit. I was so nervous but he put me at ease with reassuring words and care and took the time to ensure that I was completely numb before starting any treatment. I was thus extremely pleased with the results and will definitely return. Prices are expensive, that’s the only downside but they offer payment plans so you can pay by instalments which helps. Overall I would 100% recommend their services to anyone, they beat NHS dentists in terms of care and treatment by many miles!

I Had a very sharp pain with my wisdom tooth. Made an appointment, asked for price, have been told that will have extraction the same day. What did I get? Different price for consultation and x ray. Have been told that I got massive infection, that we shouldn’t remove the tooth, we should wash it out first, next time I should come and we will cut the top. And if I will still want tooth extraction they’ll make an appointment in month and a half at the hospital. I went to two different practice, where doctors said that there is no reason to keep the tooth, had it extracted yesterday by dentist (not a surgeon). Sorry if the doctors in this practice followed the procedure to pull out money from people or weren’t qualified enough to extract my tooth. But I didn’t have nice experience here.

I had problems with my teeth implants which were fitted by Finest Dental who went out of business earlier this year. I contacted Hayes Dental for help because of the excellent reviews from the internet. They were fantastic from the time I called up. They gave me an appointment within a week. I found the reception staff very helpful especially Monica. With regard to the dental work I must express my sincere thanks to Dr Arman Barfeie who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Although my implants were fitted by another surgery, he identified the make and went out of his way to help me. For that I am grateful and really appreciate his professionalism and ready to help spirit. With my experience I would recommend Hayes Dental without hesitation.

I had a bridge damaged by a hospital procedure replaced by Dr Voula. She was meticulous in ensuring that this was undertaken in the most expert fashion. She gave me two different options and explained these clearly. She was kind and considerate throughout the treatment. Then knowing I was planning to go away the day after the final fitting but discovering the bridge was ready early she came into the surgery on her day off just for my benefit. Her surgery is one you can have complete confidence in and her assistant Gina, who also came in on her day off, contributed to the very pleasant atmosphere I enjoyed there. I am really pleased with my new bridge and congratulate Hayes Dental Specialists.

This is the only Dental surgery that deserve a 5 start rating (so far in my experience). The dentists are super friendly and really professional but, most of all, i have to give a shout out to Aman! I always leave from his care with a big (white) smile. Aman is friendly, professional, funny, makes me feel at ease, i don't feel any pain each time he cleans my teeth and he's just one of the top professionals at the surgery. Every time I'm due an hygienist appointment, I specifically ask for his name! Amazing service! Thank you and keep up the outstanding work!

I am new to this practice, however my experience to date has been very positive and I have found all the staff including my dentist Arman are really friendly and professional. I am also being treated by the dental gum specialist called Omar and I can honestly say I have never come across a person in this profession who is so kind and encouraging. His expertise and caring attitude has helped me to understand my condition and how best to manage it alongside my treatment plan. I am really pleased that I have found this practice. As a very nervous patient with many health issues and a fear of Dental treatment, I have not been to a Dentist for some time I have to admit. I had a dental emergency this week, and got amazing service from Hayes Dental. Appointment within 48 hours, had all the options explained very well, questions answered professionally and calmly. As for the work, I cannot believe the meticulous detail, I cannot even tell the difference with the filling given that it is a front tooth. Attention to detail is excellent - my tooth was extremely sensitive to cold water, and my gargle got switched to one with warm water - very caring. I would highly recommend them, and really glad to be a patient here.

I had an excellent experience at Hayes Dental. Dr Arman and his team were very courteous and professional. I had a bone graft and dental implant procedure, which I was very nervous about initially. However, Dr. Arman explained the process very well throughout my treatment. I had a minimal amount of pain, I felt very comfortable and was reassured every step of the way. Both Dr Arman and the reception team were also understanding and flexible with my time schedules, and were willing to work along with me during my treatment. Especially Monica.

I'm one of those people who have an irrational fear of dentists, so much so, I haven't been for years... I was so surprised at how understanding both the dentist and hygienist were. Luckily, not requiring any work and just a clean, the hygienist took things really slowly and even used a different technique to reduce the chance of triggering any pain, as I also have hyper sensitive teeth. It wasn't an issue at all. I thoroughly recommend Hayes dental. If you're nervous, let them know and they'll help you throught it... Next check up booked!

Honestly a wonderful experience. I came in having been turned down by an NHS dentistry because they didn’t consider my front tooth being knocked out as emergency (it was temporarily fixed but pushed me back weeks to have it done properly) and I came in today for the first time and felt very welcomed. The dentist who treated me was extremely calm, professional and when I saw the results I was blown away. The tooth now looks completely natural and that’s all down to the attention to detail from the dentist. Will 100% be coming back.

I have used Hayes Dental Surgery for orthodontics, replacing my two front crowns and routine check ups for myself and my children. I would highly recommend this surgery, they are friendly, professional and I have only ever felt in safe hands. The new dentist called Chris in particular is an absolute asset to the practice, Chris has an incredibly kind and friendly manner which my children and I found refreshing.

Excellent practice, came here as a new patient, staff are very welcoming and the dentist was brilliant. Everything was explained to me properly and treatment carried out making me feel at ease. Hayes Dental Surgery is worth every penny they charge. The reception was welcoming and the duty of care was wonderful. I was relieved of my toothache when I had the tooth extraction. I would have been disappointed, if the tooth was not extracted. I will highly recommend the Surgery.
