Hays Electrical installed my powerwalls for my electrical system. The communication has been extremely poor - they failed the city inspection and have not returned any calls. They failed to show up for the first appointment to remedy it, and subsequent appointments have not been made in advance. They just call the day of without any prior notice telling me they're 45 minutes out. As of the time of this writing, it has been nearly 2 months with an inability to get this remedied. If you have Hays as a contractor or subcontractor, I would not recommend working with them due to the inability to remedy issues or to effectively communicate with customers.
Breath of fresh air they're very nice and understanding. New to the commercial side installing new construction but lots of experience electricians willing to go the extra mile and make sure you are safe and and happy before the job is finished+ they're a Eco friendly company
Great company for all your electrical needs. They offer new construction, remodeling, service and maintenance, and solar power options. No matter who you talk to when you call you will get someone who understands your needs.
I wouldn't recommend them to no one here in Houston. A few years ago one of there employees tried to harass a woman while working at the galleria mall doing renovation work. There unreliable, can't trust them.
The company is fantastic! Affordable, efficient and great turnaround time. They are knowledgeable with great hospitality. Very thankful for these guys!
