Had a blocked ear that had been causing me issues for months, one phone call to hayshine and the problem was solved in a heartbeat. The wonderful team at hayshine are so efficient, I was seen to within seconds of arriving at the pharmacy. Grace who performed the micro suction procedure, was so knowledgeable, she kept me well informed throughout the entire process and also managed to show me pictures of the ear canal, before and after! I cannot fault them at all, brilliant service. Highly recommended!

We live in the middle of pandemic, I’ve given birth few weeks ago and buying Paracetamol at the pharmacy was turned down because I wanted to pay by my credit card but their minimum pay was £5...how is this even possible?! Thank you for calling me back from the door though...I got my very much needed painkillers that day plus a bitter taste into my mouth. There are policies that need to be reconsidered because if the manager wouldn’t have heard my case then I wouldn’t have been so ‘lucky’

I've been there twice and each time I had a bad experience. They kept forgetting to order my meds, they tried to make me pay twice, they lost my prescription and claimed I never brought it in, they didn't want to give me my meds because they claimed that I already picked them up. Too many issues and too much waisted time on stupid issues that could have been easily avoided. I will never go there again.

My mum uses this pharmacy and I have had to deal with her prescriptions while she hasn’t been well . I can’t see why anyone would want to write a negative review about this pharmacy and it’s staff , they are friendly very helpful and always go the extra mile to help you .A great asset to the local community. I visited Grace for the 1st time today to have my right ear for microsuction. She was so lovely. And she was brilliant, and made me feel so much at ease and gentle. The lady that first saw me when i walked in made me feel very welcome too..We were able to park right outside Hayshine Pharmacy which allows you 2 hours parking as well. Had my first experience with microsuction ear wax removal today, all the Staff at Hayshine Surgery are very welcoming and professional, my appointment occurred on time which is a rarity these days. The microsuction procedure carried out by Grace was pain free and almost miraculous in its results. In no time at all I could hear clearly again, thank you to all at Hayshine.

I find all the staff very helpful,and accomodating whenever i collect my medication.The pharmacist has a great wealth of knowledge with regards to any advice i need to know. The pharmacy is very organised, always friendly and we feel lucky enough to have hayshine as our local pharmacy nearby. Would highly recommend matt and his staff.

The pharmacist really went an extra mile for me to sort out my repeat prescriptions for me . I have just moved into this area and the transfer of my information from my old GP had not completed . He was able to liaise with my surgery new and old and I was able to get them within 2 days. You are a great asset to this community !

Was caught out while on staycation without my usual meds - staff at this pharmacy weren't my local, but really went above and beyond while I was in a pickle and quite anxious about it all. The pharmacist (Max/Matt?) really helped me out and listened, and they did all they could to keep me well and healthy while I was away.

This chemist, unlike any that i have ever come across in my community nursing career, has started to charge for delivery of medication to house bound vulnerable patients. I am sure they will loose alot of valuble customers as a result of doing this.

I came into to see Grace, as I lost hearing, due to a blockage, in my right ear. After the micro suction, I was able to hear pretty well. I also noticed, this chemist, had a wide range of products, when it comes to ears.
