I came to pick up an order which I was parked outside of b1 entrance and the instructions were to give details on where the employee can locate me. I gave instructions. I clicked “I’m here for my order” and 20 mins passed I went to the door and the employee told me they don’t get the messages or notifications that their customers for curb side pickup are here. How does that make sense?? Why wasn’t there any instructions to come to the front door to get my order? I waited 20 mins outside the entrance, literally. Update your instructions instead of having people wait outside. Plus phone service was busy when I called to ask. But the employee was not busy lol.

Would give them a zero star if I could. They will literally do ANYTHING to not give your money back when you're trying to resell a book from their store even though their website claims you can resell your books with them. They told me that their "system isn't open yet," and told me to come back on a different date. Each time I came back, they told me to come back either next week or in 4 months. If they don't want to resell, don't post it on your website that you'll resell. Stop wasting everyone's time.

WORST customer experience ever. No one is helpful and the store is rarely open during the posted hours. I've called many times and no one answers phone either. Some of my friends had orders gone missing or given the wrong order! Awful Sheridan bookstore!!

Lovely lady working the front desk at the bookstore... if i can remember their name! I just wish Sheridan was not so discriminatory with their persecution of students who refuse to comply with their tyrannical, discriminatory measures.

A neat and use on the go Supplies, merch and snacks to keep you balanced. Also they got Personal health Supplies too. Don't worry about a thing Sheridan Bookstore at Hazel Is efficient.

Horrible service. I went to return a book and was one day late, they told me I had to pay for the whole book. Pure scam. doesnt suprise me considering the kinds of people they hire!!!!!

You always have to look for the person who is working at the store and most of the time no one is present over there

Convenient for if you want used books but otherwise literally everything is slightly over it intended retail value
