"Just a heads up, the use of facilities do not align with the opening hours"
"The facility itself is alright, but sometimes the staff speak SO loudly and incessantly- isn’t a library supposed to be quiet? It’s not even like they were taking calls, it was just random conversations with each other"
"Young lads using computers near me were swearing, shouting and generally carrying on"
"Although there are now fewer books than before the refurb, the facilities are great and easily accessed by wheelchair users as well"
"I feel the children’s section doesn’t have enough books and variety of books"
Just a heads up, the use of facilities do not align with the opening hours. I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere on the site (maybe I missed it) but I wasn't allowed to use the printer when I arrived 15-20 minutes before closing as they said they had already shut the computers down for the day.
The facility itself is alright, but sometimes the staff speak SO loudly and incessantly- isn’t a library supposed to be quiet? It’s not even like they were taking calls, it was just random conversations with each other. There should be a quiet zone or something at least
Young lads using computers near me were swearing, shouting and generally carrying on. Very noisy. Couldn't concentrate on my studies. I felt intimidated by them. Staff and security just ignored the unruly youths. Not good.
Although there are now fewer books than before the refurb, the facilities are great and easily accessed by wheelchair users as well. There's a post office counter and a section for help and advice on council
I feel the children’s section doesn’t have enough books and variety of books. I didn’t use any of the other services but I can tell there are many. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Good facilities and staff. I was a volunteer at LitFest and was impressed at the proactive staff there at multiple events, very friendly, loads of chairs to accommodate visitors etc.
Buzzing place and very helpful people dealing with the Christmas cards, however, queues for the post office bit with only two tills open.
Very helpful and friendly the guy who helped me was brilliant would not have got it done without him ,think his name is Francis
I go to the Libuary to do Job search and meeting people like regulars in general headingley Leeds

Too noisy for a library!
