I suffer with neck and back problems so have had many treatments over the years and can truly say this was one of the best massages I have ever had. From the moment I walked through the door Rachel made me feel very welcome. She talked me through the treatment that she was going to perform and took a lot of time to make sure everything was clear and tailored to my specific needs. Everything was perfect and I felt completely relaxed after the massage. Rachel is extremely professional, warm, gentle and caring and it was a delight to have been treated by her. The Heal Studio is one of Barking’s hidden gems and I wish I had known about it years ago! I would highly recommend Heal Studio and will be returning very soon! Thank you.

Just had a pregnancy massage with Virginie and it was heaven. Thank you so much. I hadn’t had a massage in a few years after I got hit on by the male masseuse at another place and that had put me off wanting any massages as I found myself feeling vulnerable. Decided in my third trimester of pregnancy my achy bod deserved some tlc so faced my fears and booked the massage at heal studio. The experience couldn’t have been more healing! Virginie was attentive, caring and friendly. She asked how I could be made more comfortable and then I had a really relaxing massage where I felt my body was being looked after and I felt I was in a safe environment. Amazing Spa, this is literally a little peace of heaven hidden in Barking. I am even a bit sad that for all these years I have never knew about this beautiful place. I went there for a massage and a face treatment. The ambience is calm and relaxing, and it smells lovely there. I got a very warm welcome from Rachelle :) Virginie the masseuse was so kind and gentle. She focused mainly on my back like I required, she managed to get rid of all the tension and stiffness I had there. After the massage and the face treatment I so relaxed and stress free I got a bit emotional.. Rachelle and Virgine made my experience very unique and enjoyable! I strongly recommend this Spa!!!

Beautiful Spa. It’s like walking into a place that is not in Barking! More like central London! Treatments are reasonably priced and the owner said the pricing was done taking into account the population who live in Barking! Nice to know they are catering for people in Barking. Staff are warm and welcoming. Owner is a lovely lady who was more than happy to show us around the place even though we had no treatments booked! Would definitely recommend the place. I especially like the hallway from the library to the spa..it’s like a walkway leading to a tranquil place! Layout so well thought out!

What an amazing place, seriously I am so lucky to have found this place hidden away in the library. I have been recently having an incredibly hard time relaxing, work and lifes usual tricks....but this place is just wow. I can happily say that I had the best massage in a long while from Daniela, found all my tense points and have now been back since for the same. Highly recommended for a massage and very happy with all the Staffs manners, especially Kamila who gave me essential advice for my health and wellbeing which is extreamly appreciated. The cleanliness of the rooms are beautiful.

Excellent spa . The warmth, scents, homely, neat vibes of this place guns me joy. I've been here twice now, the first was a birthday gift from my husband. I had a relaxing massage with an experienced masseur, loved the hot stone massage, she took care of aches very gently and in the shower room, everything is provided, at least the necessities. When I came out they had placed a birthday cupcake and a candle for me which was so touching. I felt so special. The second time round was still a perfect experience. I highly recommend this spa.

Went with a friend for the last hour booking on a Friday. Was running late but the staff were incredibly helpful and tried to get us in as soon as. They even closed up late to give us the extra time! Everything inside was perfect, the ambience, the spa scented air humidifiers. The shower was spacious and had an eco friendly feel to it. There was enough water and tea making facilities for us. The sauna itself was clean and just perfect. Will definitely come back - cannot recommend enough.

Cannot recommend Heal Studio enough. You are immedialty swept a million miles away from Barking with soothing for all your senses. Music, essential oils and lovely textures of the room and bed abound your senses. Rachelle and Virginie are incredible at what they do and can tailor all treatments to your needs. I particulalry like that they always keep me nice and warm as i often get cold having massages at other places. You also get the full treatment time and never feel rushed.

I have been here to use the sauna a couple of times now and I will be going on a weekly basis in the future. The sauna room is brilliant, very relaxing. I recommend booking it out for two hours and going with a friend/partner. Rachelle the manager is lovely and given her vast spa experience, has the knowledge to help maximise your sauna experience. Had a completely stuff neck and after my session I was so much better. I didn't imagine it would only take one hour for such a big improvement. The studio itself is really comfortable, beautifully designed and relaxing. Smells wonderful as you step in, nice and warm, really cosy. The therapist I met was really amazing, professional, made me feel at ease and focused specifically on what I asked her to work on. Altogether a really good experience!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bath Haus Spa. The setting is beautiful and well thought out. As an aromatherapist I was pleasantly surprised to see that they use top range organic products such as Neal's Yard Remedies. My massage with Helena was simply heavenly, she was very in tune. We left the spa feeling refreshed, relaxed and had an excellent nights sleep. Thank you Bath Haus Spa, we shall definitely return in the future.

Absolutely love this place! Rachel and Virginie are the best therapists I've ever come across. As someone with a few health issues and joint replacements, they tailor the massages and facials specifically for me, ensuring I'm comfortable and relaxed the whole time. I've been using them since the early days of the Bath Haus and wouldn't go anywhere else. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Jolene was incredible and so nice in catering my needs. Pressure and strokes were all perfect. A hidden gem and highly recommend checking this place out - nice, cosy and private. I had a pregnancy massage today by Rachel and I was very impressed. Rachel was so attentive and reassuring, the space is very relaxing and covid precautions are in place. Rachel took her time and it felt much longer than an hour. I will be a regular and will be booking a couples massage next month. Book I promise you will not be disappointed.

I am so upset to find out about this place only now after living in Barking for years. Had absolutely fantastic deep tissue massage with Nassaba. This place looks really nice and relaxing. Is a hidden treasure in Barking. Can’t wait to try their sauna and other treatments as they always fully booked on Saturday. Shame they closed on Sunday .

I had a few therapy sessions. Massage, yoga and relaxing sessions. I felt amazing afterwards and that feeling lasted few days. I felt so relaxed. Best sessions ever and I keep going back for more. Very clean premises and extra caution taken due to covid. Would recommend you try any session you will be back for more.

The spa is like a hidden gem in the library. Very beautiful and calming ambience. I went to use the sauna and it helped me get rid of flu, blocked nose and gave me a relaxed feeling. Also i was able to sleep peacefully afterwards which was amazing. Very pleased with the service. Thank you. xx
