I had the pleasure of receiving physiotherapy treatment from Khethu Shabalala at Health First Seville, and I must say it was a game-changer. After three sessions with Khethu, I experienced relief from pain that had been plaguing me for months. Prior to seeing Khethu, I had sought help from other physiotherapists and even consulted a doctor, but none provided a solution. Since my last session with Khethu, I have been able to sleep through the night without pain, which is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend Khethu Shabalala for anyone in need of effective physiotherapy care.

I was in extreme pain during the recent covid lockdown. Had difficulty sleeping with hip pain and was up all night. I was able to get in with Seville Health the next morning and say Kay Lovus. She was excellent in her assessment, explanation and treatment. I could not recommend her and the entire clinic more. I was completely out of pain thereafter and was given advice on what to do moving forward to prevent further issues. Thank so much Kay and the team at Seville Health!
