Really bad experienced. I have been here a couple times to see Wendy, she is really good. I was came back last 2 times and was told she’s no longer working here. I gave a different lady a try and she was not very good, then I went back yesterday I had another lady she didn’t know any techniques. She used her elbow on by back it Hurt so bad. I layed down around 15 mins and then a different lady came in, I think she’s the manage. She interrupted my massage and tried to upsell me because I want just wanted the foot and hand massage which is $40 and she tried to sell me the full body which is $60. I said no! I want to warn people even if you say you want just foot and hand they will still do your body. The last 2 times I said just foot and hand they gave me full body, but they weren’t happy because they only got $40. when I got out to pay $40, I gave the lady a $6 tip and the manager say NO, you have to give her $10 for tip, $6 is not enough. I was shocked, no where you go in America do people demand a tip. I used to see Wendy for $40 massage and I gave her a $20 tip because she deserved it with her experience. This lady is horrible but I still gave $6 because she gave me a service. I didn’t have to tip her, but I still did. They always ask to pay cash if you pay credit card they charge you more. I own a business too, the credit card fee, thats part of your business that you have to take care of. Every time I’m there they alway ask me to pay cash for service and tip. I feel like they try to run away from Uncle Sam. DON’T SUPPORT THIS PLACE.
I have been here twice now and I have mixed reviews about it. The first time I was with a woman and she was very skilled. I have been to plenty of reflexology places and she was one of the best. I was excited to go again today and, unfortunately, I had probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They were able to fit me in with an hours notice which I appreciated. They were friendly and I like the tables they use, they are very comfortable. The gentleman who did my massage did a horrible job. He was just clumsily pawing at me and then when it came time to massage my back it was so painful. He was pressing all his body weight down on my back and I was legitimately afraid I would be injured. I had to tell him he was being too rough, he apologized but then he still dug deep with his elbows, putting his weight behind it. It was also a lot of rubbing of my spine, like the actual bones, not the muscles. So it just felt like he didn't know what the heck he was doing and it was very painful. I paid in cash so I didn't have any issue with tip being changed. When I was there this time there was a sign explaining tips, ranging from 5-15 for quality of service. I'm not sure if I'll be back, but just be careful because it's a mixed bag there.
I appreciate a vigoriuos treatment to loosen my body. This place is inconsistent with its practice. I understand it is $25 for the chair acupressure, I have not opted for the table treatment at $45 due to the lack of detailed care received in chair, I dont want to take the risk. Yesterday, Ray, hurt me .... He does not regulate he just rubs the bone til its bruised, digs in elbow in tissue without waiting for the body to allow deeper pressure- thats an amateur move! I have bruises on my back, one arm and my legs. My lower back skin is in protection mode and I am in pain. A month ago my family member was injured on her neck. If you want to charge more you need to show more caring and respect for the relaxation and health needs of your clients. That said: Talking to the other massagers through the wall or in the room is unacceptable! So is being on your phone while giving treatment. So is getting up multiple times to check door, phone, talk to others. Yes yes its cheap but that does not mean you do a bad job and then frown when you get a $10 tip. Do a better job and you will get more!!!
I have been going here since October 14th, 2012 if not sooner. YOU WILL NOT find this kind of massage anywhere else for the same price. They are simply SUPERIOR. I suspect they have changed management a few times, and I haven’t seen my other favorite therapists “Tony,” or “Sam,” but EVERY TIME I go back, THEY JUST KNOW what’s wrong with me and they take care of me. Today was a completely new therapist and routine. I LOVED IT. Thank you David! FYI: No private rooms w/doors (they have curtains), tip, be thankful, let them know if it’s too firm or not enough, trust the process. You will not get this kind of quality and healing at your franchise massage places. Oh yeah, there’s a great place nearby to go eat afterwards.
Don't read this review! Go away! Don't come here! Why? Cause this place is my secret. I've been here twice, both great experiences. Yes, it's on 82nd, and yes it's cheap, but I've never seen anything sketchy about this place. I like a deep tissue massage. Like, painful deep. And I get that here in spades. Dude massages me with this thick meaty MAN hands and goes to town like he has beef with me. It is, at times, excruciating. But I leave feeling like a million bucks. Hurts so good. And the value! I haven't been for a few years, but when I did it was $40 for a 1-hour, full-body massage + foot bath. Unbeatable. Seems like prices might have gone up a bit? I plan on going this week and will report back.
I went today and was very satisfied with my experience. I called ahead to ensure I didn't need an appointment and confirmed the foot massage was $25 and the tip would be $10. When I went in they immediately had a space for me and a woman was my masseuse. She didn't speak English but communicated fine and proceeded to give me a full body massage although I was only interested in my feet getting the work. I wanted to see where this would take me. She did spend quite a bit of time on my feet and the massage was front and back facing. Fantastic massage, and I paid $40 at the end in cash and she seemed happy to get it. I will be back!
Rude and poor customer service. I booked a 90 minute massage that was actually 70 minutes due to my therapist answering multiple phone calls during the session and stepping out multiple times. When I paid, I tried leaving 20% but they rudely said no, erased my tipped from the card machine and told me I needed to leave 25% due to having a 90 minute service. When I explained that I felt comfortable with 20% the owner came out and argued with me telling me I needed to leave at minimum 25% . I was very disappointed with the entire experience and unfortunately do not recommend
My husband and daughter and I decided to get foot reflexology while recently visiting Portland. It was honestly kind of a lark but turned out to be fun! This place got all three of us in on short notice and they worked our necks, backs, arms, legs and feet in the process. These guys have a crazy strong hands! The tip part was confusing (expect to pay a $10 minimum tip on a $25 service) but entirely worth it. My best recommendation is plan to spend $40 including tip because they are easily worth it for the quality of the experience. Just go!
This WAS my go to place for a good value on a massage. I guess they raised their prices recently. I didn’t bring a lot of cash and they had the audacity to ask for more cash tip in addition to what I already gave them. If you pay by credit card they charge you a fee. So keep all that in mind if you choose to go here. It’s convenient because you can walk in without an appointment and the guys give deep pressure. But I’m hesitant to return because they seriously asked for more gratuity in addition to what I already gave them.
I've been to many foot reflexology spa and had came to this place twice when it was first opened and I always gave $5 tip every time. but the last time I was there in March 2018, I gave $5 for the tip and they demanded additional $5 more for tip. And they were very rude and get into my face and kept saying, " you own $10 tip you paid $5" TIP IS A GRATUITY NOT PART OF THE PAYMENT!!!!! . NO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! They are a rip off and half of them smell like cigarette!!!
We recently indulged in the 90-minute full body and feet massage at Healthy Foot and Spa, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The skilled therapists paid meticulous attention to every knot, expertly stretching and applying just the right pressure to areas we didn’t even realize needed attention. Our family of four left feeling thoroughly relaxed and satisfied. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning for another rejuvenating session. Highly recommended!
THE WORST MASSAGE I'VE EVER HAD!!! Do NOT go here and if you do be sure to refuse a massage from the older guy with bushy eyebrows. He was 25 minutes late and had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He kept talking to other masseuses and even went on his phone at one point. I walked out of there in more pain than I came in with. I regret not stopping him from the beginning and asking for someone else. OOOOWWWW!!!
I have gone here several times but the last time I went with my mother I didn't like what the person did. The person charged me for two massages and when I added $25 additonal for tip he said something in his language to the other person. Then seconds later the other guy changed my tip amount to $30 without my permission and then said thank you. Please be careful with these people they will overcharge you.
For $70 for an hour and a half combination massage you can’t beat it! Andy, the masseuse was excellent! I would definitely come back to see him again, very knowledgeable. What I particularly like about this place is they do a face and scalp massage and also they do a great job with the foot massage putting your feet into warm water, etc. overall awesome value. And of course body massage is exceptional too.
Great affordable service . We are able to get needed massage weekly , due to the quality service and affordable cost . We have received massage services from several different therapists and they have an intuitive sense about what and where our bodies each need most attention. Thankful for their service , my body has made significant progress through consistent massage . 5 stars from us !
Good reflexology... good price.. but... like many others they state a mandatory tip. Witch they legally cant do.. but.. 25$+15$tip.. 40$ hour a reflexogly is a good price.. and yes.. like another review on here.. they changed my tip.. I tipped 10$, the guy deleted it on the credit card machine in front off me and put 15$ tip..
This used to be my number 1 foot massage place in Portland, but now with the new owner/management is no longer good. The lady at the desk (owner) talking on the phone for 45 minutes, workers don't even have a technique for foot massage, price now $40 for 60 minutes + $15 for tip...will not come here again.
They don't have private rooms only curtained areas which is fine by me. I got a 1 1/2 full body massage/reflexology combo. Amazing therapeutic experience, not a relaxation massage. The debit card fee was $1 not a big deal to me. I plan to go back regularly.
Always a wonderful experience. Very deep effective massage at a great price. Professional and kind! I’m a massage therapist myself with 20years experience. This is where I go when I need to be fixed. Highly recommended if you like deep tissue massage.
I used to enjoy going here since it was only $25-$35 at that time. But my last visit, I paid with a debit card and they charged me a card fee and on the receipt it already had the tip included. I was too anxious to say anything so I let it go
Amazing place, with semiprivate spaces, not one wide open room like other foot spas. Full body massage was comprehensive and a full 70 mins. Excellent value, great find tucked away in the corner. Will happily drive 1 hr to return again.
I encourage people to come to this wonderful place, the service is so friendly and respectful! Stress free ! I recommend to make and appointments in advance! They are really affordable! Thanks …
I visit here with my mom every time I visit Portland. She is a regular. The service is excellent and friendly. The massages are very good and help with sore muscles. Great prices and a great stop every time.
Second time I come here! Very relaxing and comfortable ! The staffs here are very polite and friendly! Wendy did a great job! Good price ! I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends
Best place to get a massage. Sam does a amazing job and makes it a very relaxing massage. I was nervous to get a massage while being pregnant and he made sure to be careful and was very caring
I had a really terrible headache when I went in, and felt completely cured of it when I left, not to mention being super relaxed and feeling refreshed.
My bf and I came after they were closing, and they were willing to stay and still provide a service! They were amazing! Thank you again!
Fabulous place. I have had many massages before, but none as terrific as here. $40 (plus tip) for a 1 hour massage and foot soak.
Kavin and Julia are awesome! We had a fantastic massage, it was very thorough and our practitioners were attentive and skilled!

Awesome experience! Love that they check in to ensure relaxation rather than pain.
