Health Smart Pharmacy is amazing, from their customer service to their people. Marc, the owner, is passionate about what he does and cares deeply for every one of his clients. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, & goes above and beyond. His tech Will is awesome as well. Health Smart is a place unlike any other pharmacy. They outbeat the big box pharmacies with ease. From the first time you walk through their doors, you are welcomed in. Marc's warmth, and the amazing staff he has working with him provide personalized customer service that far exceeds any pharmacy I have ever been to. They never leave you in limbo. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Health Smart to anyone in the Ottawa area. You wont be disappointed!

Heath Smart is my go to pharmacy and I am always impressed with the level of customer service Marc and Will provide. Marc is my pharmacists and like all pharmacists is an integral component to the allied health team. Knowing your pharmacist by name is as important as knowing your doctors. When you call you don’t get a phone tree, instead a human, usually Will, actually picks up! Marc is a great pharmacist who clearly works to help his customers fully understand their prescribed medications. He has been a godsend during an incredibly challenging time. In an age of big box pharmacies the hands on approach of Marc (and Will) is greatly appreciated. I have zero reservations in recommending Health Smart Pharmacy.

I was recommended to Health Smart Pharmacy by a family friend, and I am extremely happy I transferred. Marc and Will go out of their way to ensure my health is their priority. I would say it's better than what most Doctors would invest into a patient. They were able to take the time to assist me with my Insurance Plan and whatever Government benefits I was entitled to, just take the extra 10-15 minutes each time to ensure that I was taken care of. I currently signed up for the their Vitamin/Supplement plan that provides me a little care package every week to boost my immune system during the fall/winter months. Thank you to the both of you for the last year of service.

I have been dealing with Health Smart Pharmacy for about 2 years now and I am very happy. My doctor is right upstairs and the location of the pharmacy is awesome. The staff is super nice, helpful and always willing to listen. When I call now, they immediately recognize my voice and they are always happy to hear from me. Since I live in the area, I go for walks and sometimes drop in just to say hi and they are always happy to see me. I certainly recommend this pharmacy to anybody who is seeking a new pharmacist and drugstore. A+++++++++++

Prompt and friendly! You absolutely could not do better than this pharmacy. The pharmacist is interested and informative, he is likely to personally remember you! They offer free delivery and the dispensing fee is slightly lower than the 'big drug stores.' Absolutely the best personal service. Switch, you won't be disappointed!
