Sat morning, rang from 11.10, 11.15, phone constantly engaged. Rang at 11.33, recorded message says they’re closed, Sat hours close at 12, so they should still be open. Your website google overview says Sat closing time is 12.30. Plus some Drs there are not as great as they seem to think they are -

I have been there for almost 4 years; always the same issues: my Medicare is not in the records. The older ladies at the reception are not really polite or helpful and always lost in what they are doing. Waiting time for your appointment around 40 -60 minutes my experience is very puur in general.

If I had not been seeing the same doctor for over 20 years, I would have changed surgeries since Health Plus took over. My doctor and the nurses are great. But the health centre is now owned by a for-profit, for-shareholder company now and the atmosphere is no longer about community care.
