I placed an online order for medicine for my father using the website after registering as a customer. I submitted the prescription online and the upload was acknowledged through an email on the 2nd of April, 2020. On the April 5th they had phoned my mother in Sri Lanka and informed her that they will be delivering the medecine. Since my mother was not able to reach the company through the phone (not responsive) I emailed them requesting an update on the 6th. Today is the 10th, so far they have not responded to my email, nor are they picking up calls. I understand the current situation regarding the crisis. However, a business needs to respond to customers. If you acknowledged my order, I need to know if you are able to, or NOT able to deliver. No response is NOT the bloody way to do business, especially when you are a pharmacy. It could mean life or death for some. I will continue to update this review based on how they manage my father's prescription. Update: my father passed away on May 26th, 2020

While dispensing might be a bit slow during crowded hours, I would consider Healthguard to be the most professionally operated pharmacy chain in the country. Their online ordering and home delivery setup is efficient, and I have been using this system for quite a while now. They also have a loyalty scheme that returns 1 percent of the price back to the customer. While their parallel stocking of 'wellness' and 'beauty' products may be profitable, I consider it a bit silly and a dilution of focus. I think this pharmacy should focus on medicines. Nevertheless Healthguard is my favourite pharmacy chain in Sri Lanka for Western medicine.

The place is nice and easily accessible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You will find most of the medication that is not available frequently in other drugstores. They have few other outlets around the Colombo, so you can inter-coordinate with other outlets. And you can reserve medication via phone calls and pick up from the store. Prices are the same as other main drug stores like Union chemist The place is not very crowded in the daytime. So suggest you go there during that time other than a rush hour( because you may caught in the queue and also the traffic. )

I had ordered some meds online. 1. They had delivered the order along with a few other orders and the rider had no idea which prescription was for which address. 2. They had delivered Humalin 70/30 3ml cartridges but billed me for 10ml cartridges. The error was pointed out on Friday (13/08) evening and they responded the next day stating that they would refund the money but I am yet to receive the refund. Everytime we call, they say it will be refunded within the day but never seems to be the case.

I would highly recommend Healthguard Pharmacy for anyone in need of prescription drugs. Recently, my son required a specific medication and we searched high and low without success. Thankfully, we stumbled upon Healthguard Pharmacy and they had exactly what we needed. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. I have placed an order (Ref. 1852) on 2nd April via your website and received the order on 6th April. But, I didn't received my balance amount. I've paid by my credit card but, your company has amended the order due to non availability of goods and therefore, the bill value was different (Refer your messenger inbox). The balance amount was not refunded and all your contact no.s/messenger/whatsapp were not responded. Pls inform me how can I get the balance refunded.Healthguard

I have been trying to contact the Dharmapala team since morning and the customer service to check if they have a specific medicine which I'm looking for as it isn't available anywhere they don't even bother to answer to reach to us after seeing the missed calls. No clue as to how these kind of irresponsibility employees will cater to people who are sick and are in need and this isn't the first time NOT RECOMMENDED FOR EMERGENCY !

I'm amazed that Healthguard Colombo 07 had already opened on a Sunday before its stated time as I was in a rush to buy my meds as early as possible. Plus the staff is real friendly always attentive to the customers needs. Make sure to call the store before you visit so you know whether your items are available. So far I've never been let down.

Ordered online mid April and delivered amended order due to some product unavailability. Still didnt receive the difference refund. No answers for my emails. Better avoid online ordering due to poor customer service.

Highly professional and courteous--the way an issue was resolved favourably with my online order, by calling superiors and getting instructions, when price was found to have increased overnight by more than 2500.

All the Health guard pharmacies are very Helpful and the staff are knowledgeable and Super Specially the Maitland crescent branch where I go to often you can call and inquire too before going ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Used the online service several time- Very accurate deliveries! On time! Such an amazing customer care service without long convos- pretty quick! Delivery charges are also reasonable.

Efficient and clean pharmacy with helpful employees. Since it's difficult to find tampons in Sri Lanka (also in Colombo) I was very relieved to find this pharmacy sells tampons.

This place is really good place.It also have so many food items (imported) ,some electrical items and toys.Friendly staff.I was there at 8.30AM Monday. Not a crowded place.
