WASTE OF TIME & WASTE OF MONEY!!! Had a fat freezing + fat cavitation appointment and this was my first time having these session. The room was unprofessional, had to lay down right near the shower and 2 of the ladies didn't know what they were doing. They made fun of me for being overweight and told me to try to lose weight to look good for my husband which was rude! After the session was completed, I noticed my eczema was flaring and told them to give my money back because they didn't do a good job and the machine made my skin worse, they didn't give me a consultation form to mention about my skin condition. I had a promo of 1 session of Fat Freeze and 4x sessions of Fat Cavitation but I can't use those 3 sessions and they still didn't give my money back! SCAMMERS!! Not going back, don't recommend at all!!!

Update: I tried them again after learning that the person responsible was let go. The wax was incredibly rushed, not very thorough, and the lady was really standoffish with me. She also made unnecessary comments about my body. Honestly I'd prefer no conversation to the weirdly forced comments. I got waxing done. Reasonable price, not a very thorough job but my hair is sometimes difficult so I can look past that. What really irked me was that the beautician made a negative comment about how long my armpit hair was. I went to get a wax because I was having body confidence issues and wanted to do something nice for myself. It's completely unprofessional and unacceptable to make any comment about your client's body when working with them. It shattered my confidence and trust.

I had a skin tag removed from my lower lash line around 6 months ago, Lola helped me with the removal. She was so lovely, and very patient, always making sure to check in if i needed a break or where my pain threshhold was at. She made sure to make me feel comfortable and did such a good job that I have absolutely no scaring, in fact you would never know there was anything there at all. I also had the pleasure of having Lola as my MUA on my wedding day, she was an absolute dream of a makeup artist, making myself and my bridesmaids all feel so happy and stress free on the day. Everyone looked absolutely stunning. I will be recommending healthy Glow Beauty Clinic and Lola to anyone needing beauty services.

I'm around one year from 5D liposonic and decided to try emsculpt to build muscle in my abdomen and further get my stomach to the place I want it. After discuss, the stuff suggest me try chirstmas deal, it costly but cheaper than single deal for me. They keep before and after photos and measurements after each treatment. Some of my results will stem from my decision to start back running every day. While Emsculpt shouldn't get credit for my gains from running, buying the package was my main motivator and budget to get started working out; I wanted to handle the machine on the highest level possible which meant not having abysmally weak muscles. I'm excited to get my body into great shape!

At first, I didn't even know what style suits me and Yana is very patient with me she listened to my opinions tired from classic, hybird to volume. Each refill she will adjust different volume and length to find out the best look I like. I just got my eyelashes done again yesterday with Yana. I have to say I love it! Full volume but not too dramatic. I will definitely recommend Healthy Glow Beauty Clinic to my friends.

I'm a client of this clinic for over 5 years now and would never look for any other place. Yana is an absolutely exceptional professional and extremely friendly person. She's very patient and always ready to find the best solution specifically for your skin and your needs. She always explains everything in detail, so you definitely know what happens and what kind of result you get. The clinic is a very cozy, clean, and tidy place, so you feel relaxed from the very first step in.

I used to go there 4 - 5 years ago. I went there recently. New management and worst customer service. I asked few times whether this is new management as i felt something different. They said no. I asked which products they use. She said I wouldn't know. Didn't show the product until i ask few times. She didn't even soak my nails on water. Definitely worst service. Ruined my nails. I miss old management. They were so beautiful and used best products.

I been to this place for Fruit peel which was -$70 on special...they scamed me ...I didn't got Fruit ENZYME peel instead of that they gave me basic facial steps & that's it. ..That lady was unprofessional while she was working on my skin..when I asked is thus Fruit peel she said yes it is ...I asked wen will my skin start to peel she had no answer...she was looking with no answers.. 100% UNPROFESSIONAL & DISLOYAL

I wish I could leave a good review, however when I went in for a lash lift/perm I was left with straight lashes, glue all over my eyes, red raw eyelids and $70 out of pocket. The beautician also told me that my lashes didnt curl because they are ‘Greek’ lashes… I’ve never had that issue with a lash lift before as it’s worked perfectly other times. Would not recommend unfortunately

Yana did a great job on my lashes, they lasted well beyond 3 weeks and required very little touch up when I did go back to get them refilled. I requested a slightly different style and she was more than accommodating. My lashes look great once again, thank you!

Environment is good but not satisfied with the work. Overpriced. I paid $75 for a Brazilian wax and underarms wax and didn’t get what it’s worth. Underarm wax was “okay” but Brazilian wax was not good at all. Not happy with the service.

Disappointed with my eyelash lift/perm which left my eyelashes damaged, both top and bottom. Plus some irritation to the area around my eyes. Staff were very polite however and I was refunded the amount I paid.

High level of customer service and a clear focus on the customer experience. A higher level of professionalism, cleanliness and quality of service than I have experienced at any other suburban clinic.
