My girl baby's life was saved here. We had been going to another "animal hospital" for over 3 weeks where they couldn't diagnose her but kept her on drips. We had taken here there because she had stopped eating and was just drinking lots of water but was throwing up that water. It's a long story but the primary Dr who was 'treating' recommended that we get a second opinion and sent us to Healthy Tails. We met Dr. Ismail there who after seeing her file, immediately wrote his suggestions and changed her meds to include antibiotics. My sisyer and I saw the vastly different attitude of the Drs at Healthy Tails and decided to change her care to Healthy Tails. Anyway, after 1 more week of dealing with RPK, we brought her to Healthy Tails where another Dr who had been with Dr Ismail, Dr Faizan examined her and decided we had no option but to operate since almost a 1 month of treatment was doing no good. Dr Faizan took up our baby's case and convinced the other doctors to operate on her. Thank goodness this decision was taken the same day and we got her operated. Turns out she had Pyometra. None of the drs I had been to before saw it. We got xrays amd showed them to a few drs including Dr Pirzada in DHA who charged me Rs.1500 to tell me how difficult it is to diagnose animals here in Pakistan. Healthy Tails needed a barium xray which was only available at Dr Isma's clinic. HT asked us to get a Dr Isma's xray ppl give us their full report. Which sqid thay there was an obstriction. Dr Isma herself saw the xrqy and didnt say anything except making sarcastic remarks about how long did we know about what was wrong. I told her we still did'nt know what was wrong. I asked her if she could treat my baby tp which she gave a very vague and smug reply haan kartey hain kuch. Kept asking her how much would she charge and she kept ignoring me. I only wanted to get an idea on wjat was going on but after standung there for 10 mins with her ignoring me. We cane back to Healthy Tails. I told Dr. Faizan everthing that happened. He saw that the report just said obstruction so there was no option but to operate. He very clearly explained that these operations are not always successful and if they needed to cut and resew her bowels, chances were not great for her survival. We took a chance, my baby was miserable. And we just wanted her pain over. That decision is what saved her life. When they opened her up and saw her infected uterus, it was an easy fix, but even another day or two could have seen the uterus burst open and kill her. I am so grateful that Healthy Tails' Dr Faizan understood our pain and urgency of the matter. I will always praise this hospital and Dr. Faizan who fought for my baby's life and saved her.

If I could give zero stars to this place I would. Do not and I mean do no go here, I am begging for the sake of your pets. I talk from experience as someone who had been going with my cats since they were 6 weeks old. All their check-ups, vaccines, grooming and their surgery. And I regret it. All they have is a fancy building. Firstly, their prices are very high. You could get the same services for much cheaper elsewhere. It is not worth it. Secondly, they are not professionals. I do not know where they have learned their veterinary care from, but I can tell you it is not from actual schooling. They are not professionals. Lastly, whatever you do, do not get surgeries done from here. Avoid it. Do not do it. I had my cat spayed from here. They set her up for death. I took her every single day after her spaying because she was sick. Something was wrong. They could not diagnose it, or they were lying to me. They convinced me she had a seasonal sickness for three weeks when I took her every day and they did nothing. No tests, no examinations. Nothing. At some point she had edema (they told me it was a side effect of antibiotics), they told me she wasn't urinating enough and made her take lasix (she was urinating just fine), she was limping and they told me it was because of her fever. I ended up taking her to Animal Care Center where she was diagnosed with anemia, jaundice and was fighting against a sever infection (which she got during her spaying at healthy tails). By this time she was barely hanging on. Even when I took her everyday for drip, medication and examinations. By the end of it she had multiple abscesses filled wth pus, fragile skin which would tear at the slightest of touches, and lost control of her body. She spent her last few days in extreme pain. She died today in pain, whimpering and convulsing as she stopped breathing. I will never forgive them, and I genuinely hope nobody else gets entranced by their fancy building. They are murderers and are the reason I lost my precious friend.

Please do your research before sending your beloved pet for treatment. On wednesday, I sent my male cat to clean his mouth which got infected with worms. I also had to neuter him so Dr. advised to have him neutered at the same time since he’ll already be anesthetized. On thursday after the surgery, I brought my cat at home but he was unconcious for the whole day, which Dr. said is normal and he will wake up by the evening.Although, he won’t eat anything, he will be fine in a couple of days. After my cat woke up I noticed, he could barely hold himself up and was meowing in pain. I gave him water which he wanted to drink but vomitted. I gave him food but he couldn’t eat that too. I took him again to the clinic and Dr. said nothing to worry, he’ll be fine in a couple of days. He said i’ve cleaned all the worms from his mouth and he’ll be healthy again. I brought him back home and caressed him and kept telling him you’ll be fine my beloved puffy. Just hang on. On friday around 10:30pm my cat walked to my room and sat on his favorite spot and lied down. I noticed he was breathing slowly. I thought he was taking a nap since he was exhausted from all this. Around 11:00 pm he passed away. I will never forgive myself for sending him to this new clinic. God knows what have they done to him in the name of treatment. I wish I knew a professional and experienced doctor to treat my beloved puffy. He was with us for four years and he’ll be missed for a long time. I will never get another pet again ever. RIP beloved puffy.

This hospital is so bat I went there on 27 June 2022 to check up my kitten he’s name is Charlie he back legs are leaping. There is doctor he’s name is doctor Amir he check up my kitten and he had fever so bat 103 so he give injection of fever and tell me that he’s be better in 3 hours and playing same he play. Then 3 pass hour he had Vomit the vomit Color is light red . Every 15 min he do vomit and he don’t eat in this days. I call him and tell him he do lots of vomits so the Receptioner tell he do vomit 4 to 5 time more so visit the hospital. There 28 June 2022 I visit hospital at 11 am and check again with doctor amir he gives Drip and 3 injections he’s give fever injection, vomit injection and eating food injection and drip he said that if he had 5 to 6 vomit again so come again to check up. He do 3 time vomit this time the vomit is dark red and 29 June 2022. I go again hospital he give injection more and 12 pm he had Fix and he’s Tongue convert into black. I call the hospital again they say me again come hospital and check up your cat. My kitten is not in there Senses he dead at 12:30 pm. This hospital is so bat and eats only money and do not do better Treatment the check up fees is 500 I go there 3 times and 1000 rp per injection that is not good hospital and there are doctor are unKnowledgable how to treatment with animals. Dr.Ismail overdosed my cat with painkillers and antibiotics, resulting in my cat passing away from acute kidney failure. I used to trust this doctor but he has become careless and arrogant. He ignored my family's requests to get my cat's baseline tests done and kept ignoring the symptoms we were reporting. He kept assuming that just because my cat appeared healthy, his internal condition was improving. But by the time he agreed to get the tests done, my cat's condition had completely deteriorated. I will never forgive his reckless mismanagement. I doubt he will own up to his incompetence. I request everyone reading to please do your own research and listen to your intuition about your beloved animals. If your animal is very sick get the baseline tests done (CBC, stool, urine, LFT, RFT). Pakistani vets love to overdose animals with hard injections, including all the vets at Healthy Tails. I hope they remember they took an oath to protect life not become rich, when they entered their profession. Healthy Tails has become a money making machine, at the cost of lives. They have joined the ranks of commercial money making veterinary chains, who keep incompetent doctors who cannot diagnose, cannot treat and end up killing the animals and blaming it on bad luck or the owners.

I recently adopted a stray cat. Took her to this veterinary as he was having some skin problems. My first visit they said nothing to be worried about and prescribed a cream to apply which clearly didn’t work and I had to make another trip & same thing happened all they care about 600 consultation fee & it’s the same problem which isn’t fixed. Both visits doctors were different but didn’t show much affection/attention to my cat or understand the actual problem with his skin. Both times a quick checkup and on our way out-(maybe because he was stray) I felt this is really not the place for us to be diagnosed as doctors here really don’t value or care much about stray or maybe they don’t value pets as much. Even today his skin problem is growing and I have to make a 3rd visit but this time I am choosing to try some other vet in area. Fingers crossed I hope this place change the way they are functioning as this is affecting pets and their owners lives. Won’t recommend this place to anyone who adopt strays.

Wish i could give them -5 stars if that was possible. I've bought my Cat to them for consecutive 10 days they charged me 3k every day for an Injection and a Drip which they never give to him more than 3 mins! They were changing statements everyday about his condition someday its UTI some day its Kidney disease! I was so attached to him that i couldn't think straight that without even doing CT scan or even any blood test they concluded that my Cat needs to go through a operation. Now for next few days they just kept asking me to come by again and again i travelled long distances just for Him and spended all i had. Then they said he might or might not need surgery just feed him cat food which was 16k a bag. Right after 11 days of struggle right after suggestion of cat food my beloved Cat stopped breathing. I blame this whole pet cultural luxury hospital and blame this heartless doctors who are just there to grab money out of your pocket!

hi with a heavy heart I am writing that my beloved cat Bachpan passed away on the night of 27 November2022 he was euthanised peacefully by doctor hamza, I was really touched by his kind and skillful handling of my sweet baby. Bachpan was very sick and was not improving despite all our efforts and we had to let him go it was a tough decision we wanted him to not suffer more and a nice hand to put him to sleep and by Allah,s will we found doctor Hamza May Allah give him great reward we will always pray for his success and prosperity, we highly recommemd healthy tails as all its staff and doctors are the best in Karachi especially Dr. Ismael and Dr.Hamza I wish we knew about you guys before may you always help these innocent little creatures. Amazing reliable and trustworthy doctors. I have had the pleasure of dealing with both doctors for my pet. Dr. Ismail is the sweetest with my dog and he always prescribes my dog based on my herbal and natural philosophy when it comes to medications. Even though my dog is slightly nervous around him, I can tell she still likes him because of his gentle treatment with her. Dr. Amir is also very sweet and is very approachable. He is a wealth of knowledge and knows all the ins and outs when it comes to dogs that will be moving with their owners to a different country.

Dr Ismail : You don’t care if the animal is screaming in pain .. I brought a stray cat which was mismanaged by RPK and requested you to take care of her but you checked her in such a way that she suffered unimaginable pain .. your management was wrong you did not started her on antibiotics while I kept on bringing her to your clinic . Yesterday that beautiful soul died of infection . I wish and beg you to have mercy on these poor souls .. treat them with respect .. THEY DO FEEL PAIN JUST LIKE YOU DO ... Have mercy

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. PLEASE DONT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET. THEY USED TO BE GOOD NOW THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY. MY CAT HAD FIP AND DR ISMAIL MISDIAGNOSED IT DESPITE RUNNING ALL EXPENSIVE TESTS THEY POSSIBLY COULD RUN. BECAUSE OF THEM MY CATS FIP GOT DIAGNOSED EXTREMELY LATE AND NOW THERE ARE BARELY ANY CHANCES OF SURVIVAL LEFT. THE OWNER IS JUST MONEY HUNGRY AND THEY KEEP INCREASING THE PRICES OF ALL PROCEDURES AND TREATMENTS WITHOUT ACTUALLY IMPROVING THEIR WORK OR STANDARD. SHAME ON THEM.

This used to be my go to hospital but they’ve become incredibly commercial and wont give your pet more than five minutes, regardless of their condition. I went here with my sick cat multiple times and they kept sending me back saying he’s totally fine. I guess vomiting and diarrhoea on a daily basis is what they consider just fine for your pet. Surgvet is 2 minutes away from this place and they diagnosed my cat’s condition and saved my cat. Save yourself the trouble and just go there instead.

Good clean, new hospital. It is 24 hours, reasonable rates, good service. Ask for Dr Ismail, Dr Asjad or Dr Hamza.....extremely good doctors, compassionate, good listeners....it's not usual humans caring as much as actually talking to animals, this guy does, tells a lot about his love for animals. I have had very critically sick kittens and they got better. The best part is that these people are not a rip off like others.

I went to this hospital after 2 years and I wanted to try again maybe it has get better because my last experience was very bad and vet made only money. but now they are only all about your money and tell you treatment which costs so much and they will put your animal in a room with drip and no one is there and ask the owner to stand and attend to pet and hold the drip with their hand. PATHETIC losers.

I know the vets here from previous experiences at other clinics. They're knowledgeable and they made our dog and cat comfortable. The visitation charge was reasonable. They're open 24 hours. These are the most important factors in my rating. Everything else, from comfortable furnishing and decor, the well stocked pet shop upstairs to the attentive owners were bonuses. Very satisfied and would recommend

Clean, friendly, professional and always open! What else could you want? We live half an hour away but we make the journey because we want our pets to be looked after. I especially appreciate that the doctors always answer our questions and explain the diagnosis to us if we ask. That's not always been the case at other local vets. You guys are amazing!

Best hospital you will visit for your pet. Wel trained stuff, tidy environment, experienced vets, good environment overall. The best thing about the hospital is Dr. Ismail, my pet who is hell aggressive behaves so well with him. And he helped my pet to fight with his terminal illness peacefully.

We are grateful for dr salman's quick response when we came in emergency. We were panic at that time. He is a true lifesaver. He explained everything thoroughly and guided us through the entire process with great care and professionalism. The staff was incredibly caring and attentive.

I went there yesterday and the building was awesome! Dr Amir was super gentle with my stray kittens when he was vaccinating them for rabies. I got treats for them from the pet store and the kittens loved them. Definitely would recommend this place to all pet owners!

Got my dogs neutered and spayed from doctor ismail. Even tho the male was a bit resistive dr Ismail provided the best care for them and Has been guiding us through out the process. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else for my pets. Hands down the best in the city.

none of the doctors seem to know what they’re doing or saying when the situation involves things other than vaccination and neutering. (They say my cat is fine and then he dies the next morning) Lost 3 cats within a year. Fancy front but not professional.
