Not much heart & soul in this place. Avoid!!! Their flowers die after a couple of days and these guys are severely overpriced. I love my flowers and buy them every week plus for occasions. £6 for a single stemmed rose??? That´s even really small and pretty much the same as you would get in a bunch at Sainsburys next door? When a shop is this overpriced you sort of expect that they treat their customers accordingly...Not likely. The staff is really rude. Shockingly rude. Now, I live locally, and I love most of the shops on Churchfield rd. In fact I know the names of most of the shopkeepers on my street and I adore the community in the area but this shop is awful. You are much better off visiting the really nice flower man in the stall next to Sainsburys on Chiswick high rd. I have never written a review before but this place is so shocking, I wanted to warn others.

My experiences at Heart and Soul have been an absolute pleasure. You step through the doors to be confronted by the sweetest and most fragrant smells, where you are warmly welcomed by the the beaming smile of Jackie and her able assistant Alex. This is not the first time I’ve been to this shop and I knew I was going to be just as pleased. My bouquet I requested was in pinks and purples and I was not disappointed. It was an explosion of colour and fragrance, hand tied and beautifully constructed. Furthermore, it was at such short notice I was concerned, I must respect their consummate professionalism, as my bouquet was ready within 30 minutes of me stepping into the shop. I would highly recommend these for every floral occasion, especially if you’re stuck for present ideas.

I required some flowers to be made for an anniversary gift to my wife after landing in from a flight at Heathrow and having found Heart and Soul's details on google as I wasn't from the area, I thought I would visit them. Unfortunately I came in at a time where they appeared to be clearing up their range of flowers, but I met Jackie and she made do with what was available and produced the most amazing bunch of flowers I have seen. I did state I wanted to spend a max of £20 and the selection and detail given made the cost of these flowers seem like I spent over £50! The girls were friendly and welcoming and exceeding my expectations and I had one happy wife when I treated her with them when I got home! Thanks guys!!

This is the most heavenly and exquisite flower-shop I have ever experienced ; thank you for putting your delightful expertise into bringing out the sheer beauty of every single flower in a generous bunch that is always breath-taking. Your sense of colour, pure aesthetics and thoughtful placing - let alone bountiful presentation - all within consideration for what is manageable for the customer's purse ! I would use Heart and Soul for any and every occasion requiring beauty, joy, sorrow, sentiment or Love ... expressing beyond what words can say. Jackie and Kate are both outstanding in their professionalism, let alone their gorgeous humanity and sense of humour.

Heart & Soul is the best florist in London. Their motto "No job too large or small" really says it all. While they do gigantic, incredible fantastical displays for mega brands and world class hotels, they also spent time and care building me a single wedding bouquet which was without a doubt the most gorgeous bouquet I have ever seen in person. The owner crafted the bouquet to fit my wedding colour scheme which included dark blue (this is incredibly hard to do as it is such a rare colour in plants) by going to the flower markets the day of, scouring for my flowers. They did this all at their exceptional, affordable rate. It made the day so elegant.

Wonderful local florist, they love their work. Despite always being busy (must be doing something right), the guys in the shop always have time for you. To the extent they never fail to put a smile on my eight year old daughters face. I have been buying from them since they opened up in Acton (8 - 10 years ago?) and what has always struck me, is how they listen to what you are looking for / trying to achieve and give wonderful imaginative advice on that basis. Throughout my time using them they have consistently given great value / quality. They are my 'go-to' florist for large or small projects.

Love this flower shop as they do an array of different bouquets and arrangements. I have used them for my wife & I’s wedding and she was very happy with how the bouquets turned out. I also went in earlier today to get some flowers for a loved one and the staff were really friendly and helped me pick out a lovely bouquet (pictured) The bouquet cost £25 and considering the size and the longevity the flowers from this shop have, I would definitely say it’s money well spent. They also give you a free small card for the bouquet. Will definitely use again ^__^

I have had the pleasure of being a Heart and Soul customer ever since they opened in Acton and that's some years ago now. They know the flowers I particularly love and so every bunch I buy for my kitchen table or any bouquet I buy for birthdays, anniversaries weddings etc are always exquisite and bring a great deal of joy. And their blooms are just the finest; I've had roses that have lasted for weeks, tulips that are still dancing well into their second week. I cannot recommend these people highly enough and they will always be my florist of choice.

I rang this morning from France to try to have a huge bunch delivered to my Mother today. I explained that I needed a big bunch or bright, scented flowers for a very special occasion. We went through the scented flowers available and said they would be delivered in the afternoon, by 3pm at the latest. I had a call from my Mothers to say the flowers were stunning and the scent was wonderful. Highly recommend Heart & Soul, they listen to their customers and ensure they deliver the best service and the most beautiful flowers.

I walked into this florist and just said that I needed someone to help me organise some flowers for my mum’s funeral. Immediately, Jackie stepped forward and she totally understood everything I wanted. It was so hard for me but Jackie just got me. She made everything so simple. I left the shop knowing all would be good and I was right. The flowers that were arranged were so beautiful. Really gorgeous. Amazing florist and floristry. If you want poor quality supermarket flowers at rates that are squeezing the growers to death go to one of the Tescbury / Marksrose outlets. If you want great flowers at reasonable and fair rates go here. I have been buying from Sue and her team for 10 years. Always polite and mega helpful but most importantly fab fab quality and great artistry. Just the best I know and trust me I am a discerning customer!

This place is amazing, fast, helpful and warm. I called in the morning for a same day delivery, I spoke with Jackie who wanted to help so much. Jackie gave me options and was explaining what would be good for the occasion.. The price was excellent and got so much more for my money than any other florist i used before.. My partner loved the flowers and the long handwritten note that I emailed across before delivery.. Thanks guys!

I recently ordered flowers for a friends birthday to be delivered to her office. The lady on the phone was very kind and courteous in helping me place my order. Later that day, my friend sent me a text with a photo to say thanks.The bouquet was a gorgeous mix of spring flowers and colours. I was very pleased with the value and quality for the money. I just went in to buy some flowers for a friend and felt quite uplifted as I left with my little bouquet! This is undoubtedly one of the best florists for miles and miles, the flowers are always fresh, the skilled staff delightfully helpful - this is a lovely shop that we are lucky to have, a real addition to the community which Heart & Soul always generously supports.

We used Heart and Soul florists for our Wedding at Pembroke Lodge and I was blown away by the gorgeous bouquets and centrepieces: all the detail and the colours!. Kristina interpreted my ideas so well. I knew she was award winning but the whole team are talented and worked with me to get the key flowers and the impact I wanted. I visited Heart & Soul on Valentines day (propably their most busy day) they were outstandingly accommodating, considering the amount of orders they were going through. They made me a stunning bouquet for an amazing price and the presentation was flawless. Amazing people, jaw dropping flower arrangements and service that you just cannot beat.

Heart & Soul are a true local florist in every sense. A couple of years ago they donated a beautiful bouquet to a charity fundraiser for our local school, Ark Byron. I also noticed them assisting with a school lunches fundraiser more recently. Plus their flowers are absolutely stunning, and service exceptional and friendly!

Heart and soul produce beautiful named flowers for mummy mums funeral. They were beautiful white and blue flowers and ribbon, spelling nonna, they were better than I imagined. Unbelievably they lasted a month before they turned brown and died. Thank you so much for all the flowers that day, you made to funeral so special. X

This is a great local shop, reasonably priced, lovely flowers and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I've been a customer since they opened and and this particular Valentine's Day they provided a beautiful bouquet that caused the wife to re-evaluate my worth as a passionate swain. Rock on H and S.

I use this florist fairly regularly for the odd special something and most recently I had my wedding bouquet and button holes done here. Really reasonable and they did such a splendid job. Such a wonderful place. The two lovely ladies put their heart & Soul into the smallest jobs. I only needed 2 roses as gifts and they packaged them very carfully, and decorated it splendidly. I even got some free add-ons! Very warm atmosphere. Will definitely be coming here again.

Had my wedding flowers done by this store, they did a beautiful and fantastic job! So, so happy with the work they did. Staff knew exactly what they were talking about and knew what other flowers would work well with the flower arrangements. Highly recommend them!

Asked for a country/cottage bouquet for a colleague at work, and honestly couldn’t be happier. The flowers were beautiful, the arrangement was stunning, and really brightened the whole room. Pricing was great, couldn’t recommend higher.
