This place sticks out and makes its mark very well known! First, the food. The food is okay, nothing that really stands out to me. The portions are pretty big which it has going for it, each Patty is literally a half pound of beef! The chili sauce that comes on the burgers also contains no beans, so what's basically just a meat sauce, exactly how I think it should be for burgers. But the overall taste was okay, not anything to really rave about. Prices I think are reasonable for how much food you get and it's location, I mean where else can you get five slices of bacon for a dollar! The atmosphere does all the heavy lifting! The staff are very friendly, fun to talk with. The decor is basically the place making a parody of itself and all other fast food places. The music videos that play on the TVs I'm pretty sure majority of them are homemade and just add more parody to the place lol. They know what can make they want to go with and they have ABSOLUTELY nailed it! Overall, definitely give this place a try, whether you think the food is worth a repeat visit or not, if anything at least go for the experience!

My experience was nothing short of fascinating. 10.18.2021 what a great place to visit. Very nice inside and out. Food is also pretty good....I mean for junk food it's not bad at all. We ordered the double bypass burger and there was alot of meat. Alot less greasy than I expected. Over all a huge burger and good to eat. Remember while eating there, finish all or a nurse will give you a spanking. Believe me, they spank you. Not in a pleasant way. The only thing I wish is that staff and nurses (waitresses) would be a little more friendly and I teaching. They hary ever smile and seem not to care except when they spank someone. That's the reason I give only 4 stars. In a fun place like this staff should be more fun and friendly. Overall it's a fun place to eat. Pricing is ok considered the amount of meat you get on burgers and also the location. Prices are well justified. 3 burgers, 3 sides, 2 drinks and 3 beers $86 which is not bad for being located at Freemont Street in Las Vegas. I highly recommend going there. Great experience! While we were there, we saw 6 people qualify for free food since they were over 350lbs. Saw plenty of spanks for not finishing food. (We were one of the few) My boyfriend got the Triple Bypass with 15 pieces of bacon and finished it. I got the single & could not finish it . The vibe here is absolutely one of a kind. You have to wear a hospital gown to eat here. Menu is limited but the burgers are pretty dang good. Anything from the fryer is fried in lard so it gives it a extra crispyness. TV's feature waitresses in custom music videos along with knockoff movie posters, culturally relevant art, and the best men's and women's restrooms I've ever seen. I didn't finish my meal so I got 3 spanks in the middle of the restaurant. That's a 1st from a restaurant, and it's not a bad thing. I did feel this meal for about a day after eating. I believe the idea of this place is making you feel the pain of fatty unhealthy food. They do fatty and unhealthy really well from a single cheese burger to a 8 patty monstrosity. All in all this was a really fun place to eat but not for the faint of heart.

It's very unique set-up and totally different from the rest of restaurant on the block, perhaps the restaurant is the only one in the country which has this uniqueness set up to lure in the tourist from all over the world. The only one restaurant in the world to get a hard slap on the buttock by the hot waitresses. The customer seem like to be very proud to get slap on the buttock. About the food, the hamburger is so lousy and tasteless. a regular fast food hamburger restaurants such as McDonald, Carl Jr., Jack in the box can beat the taste in the heart beat. This restaurant does not know how to cook. I would give a 1 star review for the food, and 4 stars for the entertainment

We were staying on Fremont st. and we're starving for some dinner. Looked at places within walking distance and this one had a lot of reviews (didn't look at them lol) so we hustled on over. Showed up not even knowing what this place was about, so it was super funny having to put on a medical garment and get told your going to get spanked if you don't finish your food. I got the single and Rich got the double. I got in competition mode and scarfed down my burger because I didn't want to be spanked lol Rich had a harder time but eventually finished it. They are hefty burgers! I was super stuffed after. It was funny watching others get spanked. Our waitress was friendly and helpful and it was definitely a experience we will always remember!

What a fun experience! We had a rather large group and were seated right away, however, the service was very very slow. It took over half an hour for someone to even offer us drinks once seated. This place is one of the most fun places to go and eat in Vegas. It's probably has the best hamburger I have ever eaten. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. The last 3 times I have been in Vegas I have eaten here twice. Since I am a MGM gold rewards member it's also the only place I have I to pay for parking when I go. I hated sitting here trying to enjoy my food, while worrying about finishing it all. The spanking should be a choice, in my opinion. Burger was just okay. Nothing special. Prices were decent for the amount you get. Loved the onion rings, and our server was nice. Wearing the hospital gown kept my clothes clean from accidents. I saw a lady order wine and it came in an IV to drink. A guest got up and sang karaoke, while we were there, above the bar. They have movie parody posters everywhere that are hilarious. I don't think its suitable for children under 14, in my opinion. Overall the theme is cute, and the experience was worth it for a one time thing.

First you have to wear a hospital gown - which I found quite funny. There is also nothing “healthy to eat” - not even Diet Coke. Only cash payment is accepted because you can't survive the large portion sizes. The food was very good. Never had fries as good as there. Price was really good for the portion size. PS: if you don't eat, you'll get hit on the butt with a leather paddle A visit there is really worth it.

Real fun place to visit, with great service. Cash only no cards accepted. Food was good and good size portions. Really enjoyed the music and the video's that had been altered to show the staff in the video's. The idea of the wine been served in a bag and drip was real fun. This is a great place to experience at least one time. Great concept menu of food and drinks. The decor is great! They have funny slogans , signs and pictures. It all start as soon as you walk in. You are gowned up before you are seated. If you don't finish your meal your nurse will spank you. The chili taste very similar to Tommy's Original. The quality of the beef is a lot better and bigger. The fries on the other hand were not very good. I can compare those to fries I receive at the stadium. The wine is served to you in an iv. Customers over 350 lbs eat for Free. Only cash is accepted.

I thought it would be a place where you just ate a lot, it is that, but also it was the best tasting burger I have ever had. This place has some of the unhealthiest best tasting burgers ever . I had the Triple Bypass Burger with chili. The burger comes in at roughly 7,644 calories with a bun cooked in lard, layers or cheese, onions, chili. I finished it in about 35 minutes. It was a great challenge and fun experience.

I came on a Wednesday, not at all busy. In a dirty part of town. Parking is limited and must pay parking fee. The staff seemed tired and bored but friendly. You get a complementary photo but if you want a framed photo it will cost you $30 The burger was ok, nothing to scream about but at least it wasn't dry like some reviews I read. Fries were crispy. It was interesting to come in but probably won't come back.

I was 245 pounds and after eating the smallest fries and burger and dr pepper, i got 4 pounds. With this performance i can reach free meal in just 25 days so its really a good business and they keep their promise. One day i will get heart attack while i eat in here. I believe myself and hot doctors. I highly recommend this place for everyone which wants to join eugenics movement with voluntarily.

The medical theme of this place is hilarious. Gimmicks aside, Heart Attack has awesome tasting burgers with generous portions. Don't fall into the trap of getting the triple bypass if you're just a regular person, as the smallest burger here is a large in other places! Make sure you finish your food if you don't want to be publicly humiliated. Will definitely come back whenever I'm in Vegas.

Son wanted to try on our visit to Vegas. This was a hilarious but enjoyable experience for our family. The atmosphere is great. A spanking is allotted if meal is not finished. It is definitely for tourists. The food is okay and the restaurant shows it's age. The burgers are giant. You can't share anything over a single hamburger and have to gown up to enter. The nurses spank you if you don't finish your food.

Fun place to enjoy simple indulgent food. Wearing your hospital gown while eating huge hamburgers stacked high with bacon and chili. Food was tasty. Simple menu. Warning; burger patties are huge. I believe 1/3 lb. If you don't finish; they plan on spanking you. No joke! Also; this place is cash only.

Awesomely fun experience on Fremont St. A must in Vegas! Delicious burgers too. And hello, a slab of butter in my milkshake....yes please!!!!!! Highly recommend this over the top experience for tons of laughs and a good meal.

Kitschy place on Freemont Street. Superfun. Drinks are served in giant syringes and alcohol in prescription bottle pills. Nothing diet about this place…lol …no diet sodas or light beers

Really good food. Fun atmosphere. The medical gown saves your clothes from monster burgers that very possibly could drip on your clothes. Staff was good, service was good and pretty quick. Nice addition to Fremont visit!!

I ordered a single, couldn't finish it (and I always finish my food) and 30 hours later was still not hungry ;) Good job :) Where are the male nurses, though? ;)

A bit of a gut buster but you’re hear for the show. They treat you very well. Cash only and you pay up front, at least from the outside seating. I recommend the chili on the side and not on your burger.
