Very disappointing I must say, extremely. Yesterday I went to this clinic and asked to see the doctor. There were 2 receptionists. One took my name and asked me to sit. A few minutes later, a young girl comes and asks to see the doctor. Then her name gets called out first. I stood up and said "how come she's going before me when she came in a few minutes later than I did? The one receptionist says "oh my mistake I did not do the numbering correctly". She said "my mistake my mistake" as if I was going to say "that's okay". I understand people make mistakes but there was no intention to rectify the error from her part. The other receptionist said "there is a room where you can wait. I'll ask the doctor to see you first" I said "that's great. Thank you!" As I'm walking to the room I can see the young girl sitting there waiting for the doctor. So, I'm waiting and waiting - for nearly 10 minutes. I went to see if the other room's door was closed and yes, indeed it was! I decided to leave and yes, I'm not coming back to this place. Very disorganized and left with a sour feeling in my mouth.

Nice lady on the phone but telling me that the 2 doctors that made this clinic a "walk-in-clinic" are gone and now its 2 left, one of them very old and close to retiring so they are no walk-in-clinic anymore and dont take any new patients. Lucky I found them in the "walk-in-clinic"-section of medimap.ca... As a german tourist I'm just shocked about how tough it is to find a doctor here for a simple one-time-treatment. People would go to the streets protesting if we had any close to similar conditions in german cities.

I went to my regular walk in clinic to find out it was at capacity at 10 am, so came here as medimap told me it was a 30 minute wait. The receptionist was going to book me until she found out I had not been here before and just needed the results of an ultrasound from UBC. Suddenly they were at capacity. She ignored me and answered the phone. I went to the clinic at Granville and 12th which had a longer wait time on medimap and also had not seen me before, but they saw me within 10 minutes.

Dr Shamim Jetha is amazing and she has been my doctor for 14 years. She is down to earth, caring and takes the time to talk to you about your health. The office can get busy and sometimes there is a bit of a wait as with most all busy clinics however it is worth it. I always feel supported and don’t mind if I have to wait a bit. I love her receptionists also, they are organized and super personable. I feel grateful to have such a supportive medical clinic to go to.

This clinic lies about wait times to draw in walk-in patients, meanwhile the doctors are talking to their existing patients on the phone. Stop lying about wait times on medimap! Waiting now for almost 60 minutes when at time of entry wait time was marked as 10 minutes, currently 0 minutes! Dishonest and untrustworthy. People have lives and during covid, accurate wait times are important for health considerations, let alone respect for our time.

I am a registered patient here for almost a year. Doctors here are pretty busy but that’s okay, they are nice. I called just now to book an appointment. The third call the receptionist finally picked up. She told me my doctor left Canada. When I was trying to figure out what to do, because I just need a simple form filled out. She said:”there’s nothing I can help you, have a good afternoon” and HUNG UP on me??? I was just surprised face

Their website said wait time to see a doctor was 10 minutes. I left after waiting 45 minutes, and having other patients taken ahead of me even after being told I was the next patient in line. Luckily I was already registered at a clinic nearby whose wait time said 90 minutes but got in earlier. Perhaps the doctors here are good, but their frontline staff need more training.

Office closes at 5, but when I arrived, I was told that doctors left at 2:30pm. So I kindly asked, why are you still open? And the answer was surprisingly straightforward, "We are just very busy!" Well I guess you do need to stay there telling everyone that they can't see the doctor today (instead of put out a closed sign)

Dr Shamim Jetha has taken very good and personal care of me for the last few months since I can't find a family doctor with room to take me on. She even helped me with insurance forms for ICBC and other medical issues along the way. Thank you Dr Jetha! :)

Came in as a walk-in for Dr. Magno. She was very thorough. Wait time was longer than listed but not unreasonable! Great location but hard to find parking. Reception was very polite and did all COVID screening prior to me coming in.

I love Dr. Bains! She takes time with me and shows me that she is interested in my health and wellbeing. This is the first time in my life I felt like I am in good hands with a GP

Fantastic Clinic! I was able to be seen by the doctors very quickly and the staff and the doctors seems very friendly. Will defiantly recommend to friends needing a family doctor

Nice and quick the other clinics had a 2 hour wait time but I was seen right away. Staff seem friends and the doctor was good.

I've been calling for days and cannot get through to make an appointment. I'm not sure this clinic is open anymore.

Dr Carly Mango is a poor physician, and the staff are very rude. Go somewhere else.

Update your hours when you’re closed for the holiday so people don’t show up.
