It's mismanaged. Mother received her blood pressure tablets on 04/09. She's come to open them today, she found the plastic sticky label seal already cut open and all 28 tablets are empty, only the empty silver foil remains. What are they playing at? I originally posted a 1 star review for them, but I removed it once they fixed up their act, but now I can see they've become sloppy again, so I rate them 1 star again. I don't recommend this place to be your chosen pharmacy when receiving repeat prescriptions. We are moving chemists to the birchfield road pharmacy.

When i left the negative review I was basing it on one experience which was unfair. The pharmacists are all great so are most of the staff,(all except one in my personal experience),I used this pharmacy daily for a long time and had only one issue that was sorted right away. Mo, the main guy isn’t one of the pharmacist that make people feel like he is better than you. I have used other places and because of the issues you have they can and do judge which you don’t get at Heathfield pharmacy

Poor customer service. When asked why wasn't I informed that one of my medication was not available, I was on the receiving end of a angry of a pharmacist complaining of her workload. She then tells me to do a job. Have been going to this pharmacy for years since they had new staff service has gone down too.

small (so limited goods) but full pharmacy services and it does the job. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Staff mostly working with a smile. There have been times when certain staff sound rude or uninterested in serving helping you. Late closing 11pm during the week.

I came in last minute just before closing time, I was served by Nighat and I just felt I had to leave a review regarding her customer service. She was extremely welcoming and helped me with any questions I had with a smile. Definitely would go back again. 10/10 service.

Very limited services provided compared to other pharmacies and staff often unhelpful. I have heard from friends that they are often closed earlier than there opening times say although still open more than other pharmacies.

Nice place lovely people definitely the young lady at front counter just the prices are ridiculous just go boots or Superdrug charging 6.50 just for oral gel is crazy get 2 in boots for the same price.

Not the best customer service! Asked for a product, she left me hanging on the phone for 1 minute without telling me she was going to look for it and wasn't able to tell me the price. Not impressed.

Worst pharmacy in bham, went there had nothing in stock and they tried to sell me eye drops for a eye infection, later found out they were completely wrong. Dont trust this place

I was extremely happy to find pharmacy open at nearly 10 pm on Sunday before May Bank Holiday. The pharmacist was polite, and the item was in stock. Great result.

Used to be good but lately they are not reliable in terms of their opening times. Always close early with no notice given to customers. Disappointing.

Google indicates that this pharmacy is open until 23:00. This was not the case this evening, 22:23 and closed. Information on Google is incorrect.

Does not open till 11pm. Drove 8 for a prescription only to find it closed despite them stating it opens till 11pm. Be wary.

Amazing customer service staff were really polite and they went a extra mile to help me out which was really nice of them.
