This Post Office does not open at 9am. I was there at 09:30 on a Saturday around mid-November 2023 and the WHSmith employee advised that the Post Office employee will open at 10am despite the official opening hours stating 9am.

Why do they advertise this post office hours as opening at 9am ? I arrived at Heathrow airport December 5th, in transit fro RSA to USA, went to the post office at WHSmith at 9am only to be told "oh no, she doesn't come in

Had a layover and was indeed satisfied. The immigration staff was really attentive and polite and helped me find my way to the next flight and was providing me with tips on food and shopping at Terminal 3

Planned to drop by the Post Office when in transit through LHR. Arrived at 9am to be told they would not open till ten! Too late to catch my onward flight.
