To be clear I love y’all’s donuts. I work nights and you are one of the few places that was open after midnight. I loved the great conversations and food. But in the last 6 months I’ve been lucky enough to get donuts twice because y’all seem to disappear after 11pm. You never answer your phone so I can see if your open before driving out and when I get there to see someone working in the back with the door locked, no sign on the door about a possible break or something, and again no answer on the phone it just makes me feel ignored. You were one of the nicest places that I would recommend to everyone but after way to many wasted lunch breaks I’m done trying. Again, heavenly donuts are great, I highly recommend the lemon filled. Just don’t try to go there after like 9pm.
I don't live near them anymore so I have to Door dash it. I usually get six or 7 doughnuts and ask in the special instructions for as many devil's food with chocolate frosting doughnuts as possible. Out of the many times I've ordered, I've only once not received the correct doughnut. I now call and make sure they have at least a couple. So, the 5* stars is for the Devil's food with chocolate frosting cake doughnut that is my FAVORITE doughnut of all time! I loooooove it sooooooo much! This isn't a frou frou doughnut shop, it's a classic one. I think they're way better than voodoo and on par with Blue Star in terms of what doughnuts I order from the most.
Bought Five donuts at 6 on a Sunday evening, admittedly a hard time. Rasberry fritter: compact with berry swirls. In texture and flavor more similar to a danish than a traditional donut. Pineapple fritter: not quite as compact as the berry. One chunk of pineapple in the center was the only pineapple part of this I noticed. Maple bar: narrow and over an inch and a half tall. Texture was firm. More dough ball like than most maple bars. Rasberry filled donut: I don't often try filled donuts but this one seemed traditional and reasonable Bavarian cream: traditional dive into an overwhelming richness. Lucky I could share.
The donuts are the best in town. I wish they would bring back the Maple Bavarian donut. The grill food is also good. They make hot food until midnight. One of the few places to find hot food in town late at night. I have seen a few special occasion parties here. The decor was recently updated and looks good. I can't rate it 5 stars because the variety is hit or miss. Sometimes they have LOTS to choose from and other times it is really limited. No real pattern to explain the variety selection. You can order in advance to get exactly what you are looking for.
If you are hear for healthy, keep moving. These doughnuts are super fresh but that's as close to healthy as you can expect from doughnuts that taste this good. I absolutely love to stop in even very late, or early? There isn't always my favorite doughnut available but there is almost always some just being frosted or pulled out to cool so it smells amazing and I have no trouble finding lots of options to struggle to choose from. Usually take home far more than i should but they never get wasted so plan to share. For your health
Always fresh tasting and excellent. I go to allot of places. The Hispanic gal who provides the service is so very kind and seems to emminate a special kind of happiness about her. Even on the phone- you hear her smile! Wow! She is very good at her job, she relaxes and takes things in stride, doesn't seem board.... More like happy to be around the public. And these are better doughnuts than other places that sell doughnuts! If I'm ever driving that way, I often will stop in. Nice job, folks!!!
Great donuts, only complaint is we ordered a dozen donuts through doordash and whoever packed it gave us 6 of one kind and 3 of two others, so not like an awesome variety but the 6 were maple bacon so I can't really be too upset. Hopefully next time there's a bit more of a range but still a good deal Edit: apparently this is the fancy dozen, compared to a normal dozen. I didn't check the order before it was submitted so that's totally on me, this place has amazing donuts!
Do not order from here. Bad customer service period. All I asked when my order was going to be done. She had a smart remark saying we haven’t even marked it ready yet. I said I have to use the restroom so I would love to know when it will be ready. She said are you going to wait for the order. Bad customer service. I didn’t need the attitude just wanted to know when the order would be ready. They helped the person who came in after first.
My husband and I are obsessed with the mocha frappuccino from heavenly donuts but this drink we got today was horrible, the ice was practically whole in the blended drink the powder wasn't mixed completely... all the lady could say it must be the blender but she only blended it for 1.5 mins... with the covid-19 stuff going on we dont go out that often for coffee but we'd at least like to have a drink we could enjoy.
Loved the fact they were opened late because we stopped by around 1 AM after a dinner party. First time trying their doughnuts but their apple fritters were excellent. Also liked their bacon maple bars even if the bacon amount was a bit excessive. I do like the fact they weren't sickening sweet. Next time I go, I might just have to get me a half dozen just the fritters and maybe a few plain glazed doughnuts.
Great donut shop. Located in such a perfect corner spot with easy parking. Always a great selection available. Priced wonderfully. Drinks available like milk juice, and some mocha style options. Clean. Open late, might be 24 hours, not positive anymore so worth a double check. Counter people are always great. Fast. Highly recommend for your church Sundays or late night munchies or anything in between.
I was first greeted by a gentleman behind the counter. He stared me down was very cold and instructed me I could ask someone else for help. then a friendly lady who honestly saved the experience, served up two very bacon maple bars and rang me up. while I m pretty sure that man was just fighting with his much better looking boyfriend. so I ll give it a pass and maybe another star if he says sorry.
This place is great! It's also one of the few remaining small/local/family businesses in the Gateway District of Portland. These people work hard 24/7 preparing donuts and other treats despite the rapidly increasing crime against businesses. They are good people who will feed anyone and treat everyone who walks through their door with kindness and love.
The place is a chain and a little sketchy, but clean. The donuts are surprisingly good, better than many independent bakeries and definitely a cut above other chains such as Mr Maple, Dunkin, etc. If you're just craving some good donuts but don't want to shell out big bucks or drive 45 min to that really good but far away place, this is the spot to hit.
I changed my stars from four to three, we have been here before and our donuts were yummy. But we have had the same cashier all three times that we have visited and she is not very friendly. And also on our last visit our donuts were old and dry. I can see how this may happen in a 24-hour establishment. Will probably avoid this place in the future.
By far my favorite doughnut spot in the city. Any location is straight . Forget Coco, Sesame, or Voodoo doughnuts. They're over hyped exaggerated good doughnut spots. Heavenly doughnuts is just as good as Winchell's use to be. This will always be my go to spot for fried and frosted goodness. Mmmmmmmm delicious!!!! …
I ordered two maple bars but I didn't enjoy them. In my opinion, the oil used to fry them tasted a bit rancid. Of course, my tastebuds could be a bit off. I'm old and two bouts of the dreaded Covid didn't help.

Love this place! Donuts are fantastic only issue: there's always a problem accepting payments from my Chime debit card, fortunately at my last visit the employee manually punched in the card number and it worked. Not sure why but every time I'm here there's a problem with accepting my main debit card, so just a warning to Chime users.
This is my favorite donut place in all of Portland, a city known for its donut places. There's nothing particularly fancy about it at all, but every donut that they make is just really, really good. It doesn't have crazy bells and whistles like Blue Star, it's not being extra kitchy like voodoo... but everything is . …
Picked up some fritters and a good 2/3 of it were still raw. Use to be my favorite place becauseof their variety of fritters, but will have to start going somewhere else; this is the 2nd time I've gotten raw donuts from here. In the photo I'm holding the raw dough, It doesn't look like it, but I can sure taste it being raw still.
The lady that runs the place is super awesome. Very nice. Donuts are fresh, and good variety.yum.

We ordered a dozen donuts for delivery to some friends. Since we weren't able to choose individual donuts, we left a note asking if they could do any "fun" donuts because it was for a 6 year old's birthday. They delivered a box of awesomeness, everyone loved them! Thanks for helping make his birthday special during the pandemic.
Supposedly open 24hours a day. Headed there before work to buy donuts for my team. 305am lights are off, doors locked with an employee chilling behind the counter. No sign on the door. What makes this work is it is 6 miles out of the way. And only one close to my work or house. There's my rant about this place, have a good day.
I love living close to this donut shop. The staff is always so friendly. No matter how busy it is, they never lost their cool. They remember the names of their regulars. Oh, and the donuts are amazing. They also make these enormous croissants fresh every day and they are so good. It is really hard not to go every day.
Love this place! Always fresh and delicious 24 hours a day. The employee are super friendly and always doing their job. I’ve never seen their store be dirty or unorganized. Definitely a favorite destination and my favorite donuts in Al of Portland. Also being open late or 24 hours is awesome.
Wonderful place I come here all the time picking up orders from the door dash app I believe you can also order from there website anyways I tried them out for myself finally and OMG!!! They really are heavenly donuts to die for and the chillas are very good love everything about this place!!!
Customer service is definitely going downhill. Always have a bad attitude and when I ask questions about the donuts the look at you crazy like "why are you asking questions?" There was a new ownership change a while back and these new people who took it over are not doing a good job.
I picked up a dozen donuts (there dozen is 14 BTW ) a few days ago and even after 3 days they taste beter and fresher than any store bought donut. One of the top 3 donut shops in town. Its a tie between heavenly donuts and donut world in Gresham. you cant go wrong either way.
Sitting here while the cheerful lady served customers while calling several by their names. What impressed me the most was her talking about how good a donut was from another donut place, specialty one. It was a pleasant experience and great customer service and environment.
《☆☆☆》Just hit up heavenly donuts on 102nd portland. @ 2:30pm the powder sugar puffs with Bavarian cream filled-*WOW* They were PERFECT. Without going into great detail, simply amazing. Maple bar was amazing as well. TRY THIS SPOT OUT. You may be pleasantly surprised.《☆☆》
They never pay attention to the special notes you can include with your order when you have them delivered. At the cost of a dozen, delivery fees, and tip I want to we kind of donuts that I select...not the employees selection. They are really friendly inside though.
Great donuts at a great price! I bought some on national donut day, which also happened to be on my dad's birthday, and he was so happy about it and thoroughly enjoyed the fritters. The staff was really nice as well. Would definitely recommend this spot to others!
Heavenly Donuts is amazing, especially this location. The staff here are extremely friendly and make the stop there feel more inviting. The 24 hour days are great for after work snacks with my crew too. Ask for the cinnamon rolls, they are great, especially fresh.
My family and I love Heavenly donuts. I haven't been here in a while, but I had to get the maple bar and the chocolate bar for my boys. The double chocolate is my favorite. We went in the evening and had them after dinner. The cashier was very nice and friendly.
I challenge anybody to find better doughnuts in Portland (and for the love of God don't say Voodoo). Can't think of one type of donut that they don't do at least "very well". The Bear Claws, maple bars, and chocolate cake donuts are to die for.
I had never been here before. I had others bring donuts from Heavenly but not myself in person. I got the heavenly dozen and oh wow. I am hooked on their chocolate glazed and the plain. So fluffy and and soft without being doughy. My son
OMGOSH Those Fritters are so good. Blueberry taste like the real thing. There is Apple(they were out of them), Blueberry, Raspberry and Pineapple. My neighbor really liked the pineapple fritters. I had a Bavarian creme donut. Very, very
Heavenly Doughnuts is everything that is right about donuts! These are no-fuss, perfectly crafted classic donut-shop treats. I am partial to their raised donuts, perfectly fluffy with a hint of yeast tang to mix well with just the right
I ordered a heavenly dozen and only got Bear claws and a croissant looking thing. It was like they just said they only got those left screw it. These are as I got them, not what I expected from a "heavenly dozen" not going here again.
A little pricey, but still reasonable considering the high quality. Specialty doughnuts are superbly executed, and I've yet to try a doughnut I didn't like. Service is quick and friendly, but the parking lot is it's biggest drawback.
Took forever to get a few. Then I about told them to keep them. The price is way to high and there not good at all. Should of went to Joe's in sandy

The sweetest ladies and the most delicious donuts! My international card declined for two donuts, but the two ladies in the store were kind enough to let it slide. I'm happy I got to taste them - the best Donuts I've had in the US.
Not enough variety of donuts. The raspberry fritter was horrible. I thought it would be real raspberry jam but it was a weird artificial taste. The maple bars did not have enough frosting and they were small in size. Not impressed.
Fast casual place with fresh donuts 24 hours a day. The fritters are amazing. Highly recommend the pineapple or the Apple, but the blueberry and raspberry are also good. The old fashioned cake are fine, but a little sweet.
The Spanish employee who helped me was especially unprofessional. Rude and grabbed my card roughly. And the donuts are not even that great. Literally tastes like donuts I could get at Albertsons. 10/10 would not recommend.
Great place to get a solid donut. Nothing super fancy or crazy here, just really well made fresh donuts. All the classics. Friendly service. Good place if you skip all of the frills and the tourists. "Old school goodness"
Fast, friendly service. Great selection of freshly made delicious donuts. I've also ordered ahead multiple dozens of donuts for work functions and they are very organized, top notch quality, and family owned business.
I love their donuts and they are priced great! I got a classic dozen and a half for $19! I love their buttermilk bars and the staff are so friendly. Their donuts go quick in the morning so I'd say arrive early lol.
Fantastic donuts! Cruellers/twists and Bavarian Cream were great and after a 4-hour MTB ride, a 2% Darigold milk was by far the best milk id ever had. Only a star off cause no Almond Milk. Otherwise great donuts!!
Always friendly staff there at night, the pastry selection most of the time is good but some nights they don't have to much as it may have been a busy day. Love their apple fritter and lemon filled donuts.
They have the best Crullers and fritters I have ever had. You can choose from Apple, blueberry, raspberry or pineapple fritters. All fresh made and delicious. Today I noticed a big pile of churros as well.
I absolutely love this donut shop! All of the girls inside are so nice and they remember my order every time. I will never go anywhere else! Donuts are always fresh and service is always great.
You would think that the angels of God were in the back cooking but it's actually a super nice Asian man who's just as kind and generous, I think he's an undercover angel, not agent but angel.
Always great donuts and wonderful folks! I usually have very large orders for work. I call an hour or two ahead, they get them ready and I just pick them up. Thank you folks and God Bless you.
Excellent donuts and friendly service! I especially liked their glazed old fashions. They even had multiple types of fritters - apple or pineapple or blueberry. Never seen that anywhere else.
Very best raspberry jellie donuts plus they've got an apple cinnamon that is to die for. It's like apple pie filling, with a crunchy cinnamon coating on the outside, they are my new favorite
My absolute favorite donut shop! Always have a huge wonderful selection. The sprinkled and the bulvarian cream are a go to always. The worker was incredibly helpful and friendly. All smiles.
I don't know what they put in the water but these donuts are some of the best in the metro area and all of their locations are so consistent. The apple fritters are the best that I have had.
Very friendly staff (5 star). I think the donuts were good - they were gone after i set them out. I didn’t get one. Admittedly, can’t give 5 stars because I don’t know it tastes. : )
My favorite!!! Delicious buttermilk cakes what a treat never had a bad one. But now that I'm seriously watching my sugar intake and portions, if I cheat I only eat 1 …
Always the best....!! Not only the donuts but their patience as well (I have little ones that can never make up their minds) and customer service!! Super friendly!!
I'm not a big fan of donuts, my kids love them but Heavenly Donuts is delicious. Light, fluffy. The lightly powdered donut with cream cheese is our favorite …
Great spot, you can't miss it...get the pineapple fritter!! The Bacon maple is good but not WOW. Get a thing of milk it's needed!! Stop by and get a good donut.
Excellent donuts, great staff, srtged espresso & open late & my My Mom loved the apple fritters, bear claws & old fashioned donuts, what more could I ask for?
Why people would wait in line for voodoo with this place down the street is beyond me. Staff and product are both great. Will definitely be coming back often
Strong first impression. A raspberry filled donut from here was a delicious part of my morning. Pleasant and courteous I will definitely come here again.
Most affordable good tasting donuts around. There are other cheap ones that suck and there are decent ones that are too expensive. I'll take heavenly
I thought the donuts were terrible and didn't seem fresh. Really a bummer because the donuts from Salem are cheaper and way way better and bigger.
Not 24 hours. Light even says open but only cooking with doors shut. Called hard to understand but think they said 3am open meaning not 24 hours.
Very tasty. Several options! Nice small, local place... go spend your money there!

Love some pastries, it could be a 1 wheeled food cart in a dark alley downtown, the truth is,if they have good pastries im risking it.
Great place. One of my faves. Delicious and never disappoints. Sketchy neighborhood but hard to find anywhere that isn't. …
If you don't try this place at least once, don't call yourself a dough nut. Your going to want a second one for later, trust me
Open 24 hrs and a huge selection! We stopped by on our way from a red eye airport dropoff. Just right off I-205, super easy!
Not super impressed, as the doughnuts were partially raw.

Terrible service, packed the box with stacked donuts which ruined 2 others. They refuse to refund or exchange.
I did NOT throw the Heavenly Donuts off the 3rd floor balcony. No way he was leaving with those!! …
Favorite doughnut shop in Portland, not my favorite neighborhood but that's a testament to my fondness
NE 102nd in Portland is ABSOLUTELY ADDICTING AND DELICIOUS AND WORTH EVERY CENT!!!! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!
Very good maple bacon bars. Strawberry ones are really good as well. Coffee was out of a machine.
Best donuts in town. Employees always on point, courteous, and efficient. Great value, too!
Said its 24hrs but I just got here at almost midnight with my girlfriend, and it's closed.
I love how they are open 24 hours. Nothing like having a donut in the middle of the night.
The employees are so kind and friendly. Their bacon/maple bars are to "die for."
The Lady's here are always bubbly. I prefer this location to the others
Good fresh baked don uts, decent coffee and nice friendly staff. …
Donuts not as good as I thought they'd be. Sesame donuts much better.
Great place to indulge it's a fresh world of yum!! Can't get enough.
One of my favorite spots I just wish they had more vegan choices
I love their donuts! Great customer service and friendly staff
This place offers an off-the-chain pineapple fritter …
Flys were crawling on the display doughnuts. Not returning.
The only best apple fritters you'll find anywhere in town!
My barvarian cream donuts had no filling
