Update: revising my rating from 1 to 3 stars after a positive customer service experience. After calling to reschedule for a 3rd time and address why I was receiving a high copay, the staff member I spoke with took her time to thoroughly review expected charges for my next visit, the office took accountability for their lack of communication and inconvenience caused to me and made behavioral attempts to rectify their mistake (which I very much appreciated, thank you for signaling integrity!). Previous review: Despite the pleasant aesthetic and convenient location of the place, their office lacks organization. The office does not clearly communicate with their clientele. Because of this, I have wasted my time a couple of times already. On the first visit to establish myself as a client (and get my annual dental cleaning) they took X-rays, asked me if I wanted a dental cleaning today (obviously I did, that was the main reason for setting the appt), after I said yes, they then said “oh well the dental hygienist is not in today so you’ll have to reschedule.” Great, thanks for letting me know that when I’m already seated expecting a cleaning. I come in on another visit to get this dental cleaning that is routinely covered with insurance (I have great insurance) only for them to tell me my copay is essentially about $200. I’m shocked because this is a routine dental clean. After asking further questions I was asked whether it was explained to me that the visit was a dental cleaning to clean mild gingivitis that showed up when they checked my teeth on the first visit and apparently this is a different cleaning than a routine dental cleaning. None of this was explained to me prior to coming in!!! I am very frustrated because I feel I keep having my time wasted due to poor staff to client communication.

Dr. J and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I hadn't been to the dentist in years. They never once made me feel bad about how my teeth were. They were able to do my cleaning and fillings the same day as my consultation. Marabelle the hygienist was fantastic. I began to feel light headed before my cleaning and she took my blood pressure and had me drink water to make sure I wouldn't pass out. She was very thorough with my cleaning as well! Dr. J and Diamond made sure I was comfortable during my fillings and made sure nothing was hurting. Diamond even called me the day after to check on me and make sure I was doing ok. The ladies up front were also very sweet and made the check in and check out process super easy! Super thankful for this staff! I definitely will continue to go to them for my dental care!

The dentist was AMAZING he calmed me down, didn't rush me and was surprisingly gentle while pulling my teeth out rather quickly and gracefully. If I complained about pain he didnt get frustrated and he made sure I got as much novacaine as it took for me to be comfortable during the procedure. The team he has with him is super sweet and they're all supportive and kind, they took time to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed! The office is beautiful and very clean! Each room has a TV and the nurse was kind enough to put on Moana for me (an adult woman...) so I could listen to the music while I was getting my work done. Which really only took about an hour and a half for 5 teeth and a bone graft. I didn't even get to finish the movie! It was the best dental experience I've ever had!

I was in search of a new dentist that accepted my insurance and one night unexpectedly, my crown fell out. I immediately called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in and get me seen the next day! Even though I was a new patient! Dr. Kenneth Jainandan & his assistant we’re very welcoming and super attentive. The front desk staff was super kind as well. They are very transparent about the costs of everything & will make sure to communicate with you so you know ahead of time what you’re paying out of pocket if anything, which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend Dr. Kenneth Jainandan and his assistant!! (& his team!)Their both extremely gentle and will make sure your taken care of and that everything feels perfect!

This is the best dental service I have ever had. Dr. Lisa, the hygienist, is very knowledge and has excellent patient care. I have braces and the dental assistant, the dentist and the dental hygienist were very thorough and patient with me. The hygienist explained the best toothbrush to use, how to clean my dental tools, how often to replace them and how to brush properly to avoid major plaque build up and inflammation. I got a deep clean and there was no pain. The hygienist was gentle and explained every single detail and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dental home.

The best experience I have ever had at a dentist office!! From the moment I arrived, I felt so comfortable! Ravin greeted me with a warm friendly smile and Diamond is an awesome assistant to Dr J! Dr J was the best!! He and Diamond explained everything very precisely and asked me if I had any questions about my treatment plan. I have complete confidence in him and his staff. The beautiful decor, cleanliness of the office, and high-technology of all the equipment was also very reassuring, and shows Dr Kenneth Jainandan truly cares about his patients and will have this one for life. This dentist office and the atmosphere is amazing, clean and well kept environment. Dr. Kenneth Jainandan Is a very nice and caring person, he finds things that any other dentist never found. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone in the Tampa area or even a couple minutes away because is well worth it. -A quick note and the only note I'll give is that the office is a bit hot on hot days but I think with a little bit of window covering or something it should solve all that heat being absorbed, otherwise I have no complaint about this place.

Stopped seeing a dentist in Hudson and went here. Hudson didn’t wasn’t honest and basically was trying to get extra money out of me saying I needed things I didn’t. I went here for first time this morning. Doctor was awesome was straight forward put a game plan in order and even did my cleaning the same day. The person who did my cleaning was very professional and kept asking if I was ok as they were cleaning under my gums. Very happy with them and even though I have to drive over an hour to get to them it’s worth the trip

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I haven’t been to the dentist in 10+ years (bad, I know) and I was really putting it off for fear of being told I would need a lot of unnecessary stuff done. I have never trusted a health care provider more. Dr. J and his staff were so friendly and welcoming and most of all TRANSPARENT. They put all my fear at ease immediately. The facility is brand new and everything felt homey and comfortable. Not at all like your in a cold generic dentist office. I will be recommending to all my friends and family asap.

This dentist staff is great. The office is very clean and very nice. One of the better experiences I had and I usually dread the dentist. They recommended a creat whitening pen for me which has been great. I have sensitive teeth and saw results just after one use. I experience no sensitivity. Happy to have found this place. They also provide great pricing as most dentist charge a lot for crowns and even though my insurance didn’t cover them, their self pay rate was actually very good. I would highly recommend them!

Height’s Dental is extremely state-of-the-art and has all the latest technology to make my annual cleanings and Invisalign case seamless and painless! Dr. Jainandan is a complete professional and made me feel very comfortable with starting Invisalign and making sure to see me through my case. Diamond and the other assistants are so welcoming and helpful up through check out where Ravin met me with a big smile and seamlessly checked me out! All in all a beautiful office with even more amazing staff and doctor!!

The best dentist I have ever been to everyone is so super sweet nice respectful friendly and the dentist assistant is everything the sense of urgency she had when she knew I was in pain is everything she’s was super great and so helpful everything about this place is awesome. they make you feel so comfortable and safe. Great dentist office. The facilities are clean and modern, and the staff members are efficient and kind. I have dealt with some tooth issues since I was small and other dentists have made me feel very bad about my teeth, but this dentist and the hygiene staff were kind, understanding, and offered helpful suggestions without judgment. I was very pleased with the over all look and pleasantries of the office. My dental deep cleaning was painless , yet effective. I especially love the Dentist, he was so gentle and kind towards me. I didn’t even know the teeth were already pulled when he said bite down. Amazingly peaceful and pleasant experience. Will recommend this dental office to all my family and friends.

Dr J and his team are both hospitable and thorough. The cleaning I received was the best I have received in my life. Dr J also discovered some additional work that needed to be completed and rather than pressure me into receiving work right away, he explained the procedure, costs, and expectations, which is the most comfortable I have every felt in a dental office.

The entire staff is wonderful. Everything is explained so well. I had an exam and cleaning done in the same day even though the cleaning doctor wasn't there, dentist did it himself. The office looks so clean nice and they are so friendly. I would recommend this dental office and I'm doing my dentures there. Extraction was also quick and easy.

Dr. J was fantastic- I feel like he actually took TIME with me rather than blasting in and out. He was friendly, funny and made me feel so comfortable. Very pleasant experience, VERY clean. I’m SOOO happy I found this dental office. On a scale of 1-10 being terrified of dentists - I’m about a 15! Every single faculty member I met is AWESOME! And calming! I even hugged one with tears ! The Dr isn’t scary at all! It’s in a hip, trendy area of Tampa to find cool restaurants afterwards also. Wish I could give 10

Listen! If you are looking for a new dentist office then this one is it! Just had my 3rd visit. As always, the office is clean and the staff is friendly. I had my cleaning with Lisa..she was very thorough with my cleaning. I didn’t feel rushed like I have with other dentist offices.
