This was not a good experience as they charged me 100% of both of my wax service when I was late for the appointment. So I paid the full cost of both services with no waxing service!! The traffic is horrible getting to this location. The construction and one-way streets are horrible at Cityscape. Parking for a quick service like this is horrible. I tried to do a walk in at Arcadia after the missed appointment and they said they only had one swamped anaesthetician working at all locations due to staffing. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I have decided to switch full time to European Wax They are the same price, they accept walk ins, and they do not charge a full price of service or 100% cancellation fee of my service. By the way, the location is new and very nice once you get there. But I was only getting a nose and ear wax and this has been a nightmare at all of the Hello Sugar locations. Also do not sign up for their monthly service!! This is the cause of all the problems!! And a semi-scam. Thank you

Thank you Quincee for an incredible Brazilian and laminating my eye brows! My go to friend/aesthetician recently moved, so I started searching and found “Hello Sugar” I had so much fun conversing with Quincee! She was highly skilled, professional, and totally easy to talk to! I will be returning again because she did an incredible job on my brows!

I went last weekend and although I had the nicest tech helping me and making sure I feel comfortable there was a lot of hair that was not removed. I have gotten multiple waxes and my hair was more than long enough for it all to be removed. The most upsetting part was that there was a clump of wax still stuck that I had to remove myself at home.

Monica was so kind enough to take me as a walk-in on a Sunday last minute and provided me with great service from beginning to end. She made me feel comfortable in what could be an uncomfortable first experience and did a great job of explaining my options. Thanks to her I have become a new Hello Sugar member.

Monica did such a great job of taking care of me! It was my first time in and she made sure I was very comfortable and always asked if I was okay or if I was hurt. She made sure I knew the aftercare process and got me in and out super quick!

Had a great experience at this new location! #1 the location is GORGEOUS! #2 My service was painless! They were thorough and connected with me so well during the service that I forgot what I was doing! I will be back again next month!

Beautiful new location. I would highly recommend Monica, she is so thorough and experienced. She is also knowledgeable on maintenance and after care instructions. Definitely going back to the Cityscape location!

I love my esthetician, Monica. She makes me feel so comfortable and she makes the process so painless. I use numbing gel which helps, but it really is all about feeling comfortable.

This is their newest location. A bit hard to find the front door but once you do, you are golden. Clean, professional and quick. Aimee was excellent! Highly recommend her!
