I just want to share the horrible experience I had with “Helloworld” . This is what happened; couple of years ago I’ve booked tickets with HELLOWORLD. I traveled overseas with my mother, on our way back to Australia 3 hours prior to our flight we got to the airport to do the check in, but airport staff told us the gate is closed and the plane is ready to leave. I was shocked, I showed them our tickets and said that we are even early, but they said the flight has been changed, update e-mail has been sent to everyone and because we booked the tickets through HELLOWORLD, they got the email and was responsible to update us about any changes. I tried to contact HELLOWORLD and get help from them since they were the reason we missed our flight, but I got no help. I had to pay another $1200 and wait 7 hours in the airport with my mother which has health conditions and was very unwell at the time. HELLOWORLD customer service is the worst, they are very irresponsible and unprofessional and disgustingly rude. They won’t show any respect for their clients and customer and won’t answer any of your questions. If there is any problem with the tickets or there is any update or cancellation they won’t let you know because they are very unprofessional and you will loos your money and time. I don’t want anyone goes through what I went and I really don’t want anyone experiences something like this because it is such a expensive disgusting experience. There is NO WAY I book my ticket with “helloworld” ever again and I strongly suggest you guys DONT EITHER.

Hello everyone, i travel to my home country Pakistan in late December 2020 with my family. The team at Helloworld Dandenong is professional, highly dedicated and committed to provide best quality travel services and fares to customer like me. My flight got cancelled few times due to COVID 19 recap limitations for returning Australian. I have a had bad experience with their visa section? Where i paid then to apply for visa and they totally forgot about it and didn’t apply, when i got in contact after 2 week they said we forgot, Then again i trusted them and ask them to apply for visa for my parents, I contacted them each week and month even went to their office they said we still haven’t got the visa.they were still very irresponsible, unprofessional, they again forgot to tell us that have received my parents visa 2 month ago even I contacted them, When i made complaint they blame me for not contacting them which i did, showed them the profe and told, its the embasy fault, i paid them money it was there responsibly to let me know when the get the visa but they again Blame me or the embassy ,

Most horrible place to buy a ticket when they take your money it’s over I can’t believe I had to deal with these people 10,000miles away in another country they book my flight incorrectly 3 times and blamed me saying I didint check then we were told we have 25kg baggage allowance but when we went to the airport Air Malaysia said we only allowed 7kg in hand Adil is the person who dealt would us he is a pathetic of a man swearing at my family eventhough it was there fault giving us the advice of begging the airline to let our baggage in I will be taking this further to court PLEASE DONT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT LISTEN TO MY WORDS

The visas you got for me and my wife were not actually visa they were travel permits to Pakistan.

I traveled oversease during the corona virus time. Esmail himslef is a really good guy and he helped me a lot during my travel time. I spoke to him several times and every thime he spoke so nicely and adviced me on my travel requirements. My ticket to Perth was canceled and they rebooked to Sydney without any charges.
