We would like to thank Carlos for his outstanding service. He sourced the exact vanity mirror/ cabinet that we were looking for. He arranged pick up closer to our home for us which helped immensely. Unfortunately the mirror had been damaged in transit, Carlos immediately arranged a replacement. He was so apologetic for something that was out of his control, but he sorted the issue so professionally. Lovely Boutique shop where Carlos gives his expert advise and sell great range of products with superb after sales services. So glad i shopped at Helmex for my house. I was extremely happy when I messaged Carlos to come and check my locks which I bought from Helmex few yrs ago. He called me back immediately to fix a time and day. They were not installed properly by my builder. Carlos happily fixed both the locks for me. He even checked my 40yrs old kitchen cabinet hinge. Carlos is such a nice gentleman I highly recommend his shop.

We ordered a laundry basin from Helmex recently. Communication with Carlos from Helmex was always prompt and helpful. Unfortunately the basin was damaged during transport but Carlos assisted us in following this up and then ended up sending out a replacement. When this was also damaged, he arranged a refund. Throughout the process, although we did not end up with our order, Carlos has been very supportive and focussed on providing solutions. He even chased up another local distributor for the basin.

Wow the service that we have received on more then one occasion with Carlos was beyond expectations!! We have used Helmex for commercial and residential and we could not be happier with the quality of all fitting for our kitchens and bathrooms.
