Diamond Angel Carole- There are no words to describe the greatest customer service that my partner and I have received in such a long time. We went looking for rings roughly two weeks ago. We were unsure of what we wanted, the cut, the band the size. This was new territory for the both of us. We went to multiple stores where customer service and educating us or even showing us rings seemed to be a burden. From the second we walked into Helzberg we were greeted by Carole wo made us feel comfortable and who was engaged in the importance for us and our rings. She took the time to educate us about Helzberg, their diamonds and each cut and band style. She went above and beyond to be patient and showed us probably every ring in store until we were completely satisfied. We went back and forth on a couple rings with the hard decision of picking only one because they were all so pretty. She was just as bubbly and excited as we were and made sure we saw all the angles before making our ultimate decisions. She rushed both of our rings for us as we are eloping to Maui this week. Well, we picked them up yesterday as she promised and when we both saw them, we were speechless. Both of our rings were 100X more beautiful then we remembered and the setting even more intricate then we remembered. I truly hope that everyone sees this message and goes to Carole as she was a God send in our search. Helzberg please recognize her for us and ensure that you hold on to her! She is a gem ( no pun intended):) Carole, you have made us customers for life and we will be back soon for our bands.

We have bought all my jewelry here from my engagement ring down to a new yellow diamond wedding ring upgrade. We had bought our daughters ring the was a Cinderella shoe with a diamond. I had brought all my jewelry to get inspected and noticed her ring was missing when I got home, we checked the bad we had all the jewelry in an nothing called the store and said the would call back and nothing so going back in May I told an oriental worker and she was going to look in to it for me and has but just recently we went over the weekend to find a follow up on my daughters ring the oriental representative said that she has not yet heard a pull up regarding the ring, or with corporate or management regarding a situation or a resolution another worker that was blonde tall and white argued and said it was out of their hands. It was not shown on the camera, so I needed to figure out elsewhere what to do my husband and I heard her say that, and repeated it, and later she denies saying that she never said it was out of their hands. I keep all my jewelry in a jewelry bag and bringing it to get inspected and my daughters her, and was the only one that was missing that day. No one has yet found a resolution, and it is very frustrating.

My sister and her fiance went into the Coronado Mall location yesterday. They were passed on to four different sale clerks before they finally got help. The final sales clerk was not only unhelpful but also had the audacious to tell them that they probably should go to another store because they couldn't afford anything at Helzberg. I'm not sure wither the clerk based his assumption on the fact that they are a younger couple or because my brother-in-law was in his work clothes. No matter what his thoughts were I will no longer shop at a store that allows their employees to opening discriminate against their potential customers. I highly advise others to avoid this business.

Times have changed. I used to be able to walk into This jewelry store and have the best customer service ever. They’d let me try on what ever I wanted. I’d come in and buy rings, tons of watches and gifts for my family. Now, they see me walking in with two small kids and a baby tied to my chest and they try to get me out as fast as they could. Their exact words were “maybe you can find what your looking for at Koles or Walmart’s jewelers section”. Never have I ever been treated that way. I should also add that my kids were behaving perfectly. I guess this establishment isn’t family friendly.

This place is wonderful! Everyone that works there is amazing and they always make sure to take care of me even when i go in for a cleaning, they always remember things i told them! I go in just to say hi sometimes, i appreciate all of them, and you will not be disappointed to purchase here. I actually had to return something due to finance issues and felt very embarrassed walking in but by the time i left i felt happy and relieved because there was no judgement! thank you Helzberg

I had an incredible time here at Helzberg Diamonds. The staff was very friendly with smiling faces positive attitudes and most of all great personalities and answered all the questions I needed. The manager named Johnny was a real kind-hearted person and anyone who is able to work with them along with just being near them is a true gift!! I hope everyone comes here when they can to find that perfect gift for that one and only.

Had a professional and yet personable experience, friendly staff, and Krystal was great! She seemed like she knew us and understood what we were looking for! We hit it off right away! OMG! Even changed our minds because she was so experienced that she gave us a clear explanation and helped us make an educated decision! We are very satisfied with our now the - Go To Jewelry Store, Helzberg! Rating from 1 to 10, the top! 10!

My husband and I had the best experience from start to finish at Helzberg Diamond. The customer service from Robert, Carol, Janice and Amin the Jeweler was phenomenal. Amin gave us his invaluable, professional opinion and went above and beyond for same day service. It’s not often you meet remarkable people like these Helzberg employees.

I had the greatest experience here at this store working with the manager, Morgan. She explained everything about the ring my husband and I decided to purchased. I am so happy with my purchase and experience. I highly recommend to not shop anywhere else but Helzberg and always ask for Morgan! Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful!

I wish we could give 100 stars. After a frustrating afternoon with a competitor that shan’t be named, we walked over and to Helzberg and met Miss Janeice. To say that she went above and beyond to help us would be an understatement, we left beyond happy and will be returning for future business. Thank you all!

When we purchased a wedding ring, we knew it would need to be sized. Helzberg said they would size the ring at no additional cost. When we went today they said it was not included and charged $200. They either lied to sell the ring or lied today and stole $200. Please don’t shop Helzberg. They are crooks.

Krystle and Janeice were so amazing! They both were so helpful and patient. The customer service was incredible and the store had a great selection of rings. They walked us through the financing and both were very knowledge about the ring materials and sizing . Highly recommended these ladies.

This place sold me 1000 dollars worth of jewelry for 4000 dollars. Would not allow a return because the consider themselves marking you a custom ring “altering it”. Crown jewel and coin only offered me 500. Custmer service was terrible especially Johnny at the Coronado store.

Janeice and Johnny were kind, not high pressured sales staff. Johnny cleaned my rings and made them good as new. Janeice helped me pick out a new wedding band for my husband. She was honest and easy to talk to!
