Unfortunately cannot give negative stars. Assumed it to be a reputed store, however turns out they say lies just to make a sale. A month ago visited the to buy CBSE grade 12 book set, specifically asked for latest edition (revised in 2023) and was handed over a set with confirmation being latest. Only to find now once school started that they are not latest but old. Visited the store to seek replacement, and the attitude changed, super rude staff who insisted on bill. Obviously I didn’t have, in fact who would keep a bill for books (why would one think they’ll need to be changed). They kept insisting knowing very well they sold old edition. Never going back. Posting this for buyer awareness and hope no one gets scammed.

One of the biggest book shops in atleast 5 km radius, has a huge collection of books. From outside it looks small but when entered inside it is a Big World with thousands and thousands of books Apart from books they also sell many others like gift articles, pens, sketches, pencils toys and craft making meterial , colours of all types, canvas, stands, brushes, artificial clays, white boards, markers, cursive writing books, story books, school syllabus books, monthly children magazines, colouring books, pencil boxes and many others One must visit this store atleast once along with their children to help them know many things and pickup new hobby

Schools engaging hema Book Store for students books and their management with age old methods cause great inconvenience to parents. Over the website, they listed a books set without workbooks and after a few days they updated with the correct list. Ones who made orders from the initial listing had to keep calling or go back and forth for the remaining books. The store guys do not answer the phone or tell different stories every other day. There is some great deal between the school and these book house that don't care for the parents'concern.

Excellent place for all types of stationary!! They have a variety of options to select from. But the staff attitude is pathetic, we wanted to buy glitter paper and asked the female staff she just smirked at us as if we asked her something very cheap!! Really disgusted and once we stepped out we found the glitter paper stacked on the display glass maybe that is why she didn't want to give it. We went in ourselves and picked up the paper. Either you keep staff to help customers or don't!!

I was in hurry, bought an envelope, picked up a pen from the counter wrote down the address on it. The guy at the counter says I used that pen so I should buy it, it costs 10 rupees. When I took out 10 rupee note and kept it on the counter, he says give it to me in my hand dont throw it like that.This guy is a serious Customer Maniac . Does he know how much business we as parents give to these book stores in a year? How pathetic?! Moreover, he had no respect or courtesy.

A small bookstore, but they stock a good amount of stationery materials and text books for schools and colleges. A must-visit store for the students and office-goers nearby. It's not a very high-fashion bookstore like its mega partners, but has all the basic needs one normally needs. The staffs are simple people who are ready to help you. The only thing is there's no much discount. Parking your vehicle is also a big headache in the crowded locality.

Worst shop in Indira nagar , they have opened stationary shop like super market, Staff won't trust any customers , moment we touch product immediately assistants asking you are you buying? Moment we say I'm thinking , immediately they take product the from hands and place it back in the shelf. They never trust customers, they spy at customer like we are shoplifter. Worst experience. NEVER and Every buy not even single pencile from this shop.

The store is located in the junction/entrance of Thippasandra and is located over a ground and a mezzanine floor. The ground floor is full of stationery and the first floor is stocked with academic books. They have all that you wish for academic books if it's under supply. The novels / fiction and non fiction is not their forte. They have an excellent customer oriented approach and are warm and friendly.

this is stationary cum book store. they give discount (10+)on all stationary items. you will get colours pencils, pen, crafting material, i would say reasonable variety, writing pad etc all in one place. you will also get small gift items/toys as well. overall it is good experience. you will get bill for all. cash, card and upi pay is accepted . i did not visit books section.

Good and big stationary shop Pros :Wide range of products available to choose. Pen, pencil, copies etc. Cons : The bill is little cumbersome to understand. The price of product charged was less than MRP but the tax added was whopping. Not sure wether the final price was the MRP being charged or being paid more actually. (Note: I purchased some copies, pens, highlighter)

Staffs are very over confident fighting among between them for egoism.because of them making me get confusion.qnd prices are compare to other local shops too high.same brand same things too costly.thanks to staffs if they didn't make me confuse i ll buy all books which very costly than other shop. For new people who doesn't know name of books or price don't visit.

Nice store in the heart of Indiranagar. On the ground floor it is mostly gift items, stationery, note books etc and on the first floor you get text books of state and central syllabus. Well lit, spaced well and good options to choose from. Parking is off the store on the main road and not an an issue. Overall a good place to be in for relevant stuff.

HBS has available CBSE and ICSE books and other competitive exam books, very old book store. They have another branch in Vanarpet. Respond to our queries well, helpful staff. Here you also get all kinds of stationery/craft/hobby items. Parking is available on the other side of road, felt it's difficult to get 4 wheeler parking.

The one who sits at the counter, I haven’t seen such a worst and rude character till date. He doesn’t even know how to talk with customers and don’t know how to respect customers. Today it happened with me big argument and having big bad mouth. I had a very bad experience today and I wish it shouldn’t happened With anyone.

One place I go very often is this place for my stationary. Pricing are reasonable and always better than other book Stores. Staff is very helpful. I wasn't able to find some products they made sure I get the correct one I need. If u just describe the product they will suggest u the best one which fits the description.

Good store for the cbse texy books, guides, compqnion series books, books for various olympiads, icse books, guides. Some of the famous subject books are also available. They have all sorts of stationery items, geometry boxes, lunch boxes, some toys. Good service and the staff is very helpful. No parking

They hv tie up with ravishankar school to supply book. Usually we get old books from elder siblings or from others, so we need not to buy whole kit ,but there is need arises when there is a change in book like computers. They don't give single books, they force you to buy whole kit . Very unprofessional

A very good stationary shop which stocks school books for all syllabuses. The service person is very knowledgeable and helpful. All stationary items are available. My experience with Hema book store has been good. Those coming by car, may have to park in 80 feet road and walk here.

Till date I used to go to Sapna book house. Never I got all the books I needed. 1st time visited Hema Book Store based on the review of the store. Got all the books and stationaries I needed. Staffs are very cordial, ready to help you. Looking forward for my next visit.

Premium Stationery Store with most of the items that you would think of available readily. The staff is a highlight here. Very helpful & insightful. If the dont have any item & that is a rare possibility they will quickly acknowledge instead of beating around the bush!

Sometimes place is busy so staff may not be available to help. If not crowded staff is there to help, as place is big they can help with things quickly. Books - textbooks and story books and general books are on first floor. They have good brand stuff like staedtler

Most of the times I get all my stationeries at the best prices or offers. Tippasandra one has the best services And the Manager here is very helpful. Anything that you dont find, they also call back next day if arranged or wiĺl be made available.

Very bad experience with the staff and overall purchase they don't have working payment options for card and upi. Furthermore they don't have what you want. Any other book stall in thipsandara is far better than this in buying stationery's.

Old-school book store. I think its good place of academic needs. On other items, while they have few good things, options are less. Also, employees there to make sure you don't steal anything, not to help or make recommendations :)

Very indifferent attitude towards customers. They are so arrogant that they are established and they are not even bothered to show basic courtesy to their customers. Any local book store in Tippasandra is better. BEST TO AVOID.

It was good experience buying books from Hema book store since they already bundled and kept the books. But they missed one book while packing and we had to buy it online again. They refunded the billed amount for that book.

Hema book store is one of the best stores for all books ( for schools and colleges ) and all stationeries. If it's not available we can place an order and they will make sure that we receive it as early as possible.
