Coming from a 25 year background in business journalism and customer communications, my standards are extremely high; though forgiving. Sadly, in recent years, even at my most forgiving, basic customer service has plummeted to the point where very few businesses meet even the lowest of standards. Fortunately, that also means that the exceptional service truly stands out. And the service I have been receiving at Henfield Storage has been truly exceptional. Finding myself in one of life's periodic "transitional" stages, I found myself requiring temporary storage. I was not sure exactly how much space I required; nor exactly how long I would need the space for. I made enquiries to a number of storage companies. Some didn't respond. Even more simply filled my inbox with unhelpful computer generated responses - one completely irrelevant to my needs. Henfield Storage was the only company to contact me personally, with a phone call. Already proving themselves superior to their competitors, their service continued to not only meet, but exceed my expectations. I was expecting hard sales tactics and upselling techniques; particularly in a situation where I was uncertain of my specific needs. My fears were unfounded. They listened to my situation with complete understanding, and based only on vague estimations were able to recommend the perfect storage space for my requirements. I was still uncertain, and even offered to rent a larger space; but was assured the smaller area would be more than adequate. They were correct. No hard sales. No upwelling - Even when provided an opportunity to take advantage. Just pure, honest customer service. That honesty extended throughout the signing of the contract and the rental of the storage space itself. They clearly explained every cost involved right from the start. There were no hidden costs, unexpected fees, or other unexpected financial surprises at the last minute. The costs they quoted at the beginning of my enquiries were the exact costs I paid at the time of rental. A rarity in the 21st Century. At a time of great personal uncertainty, the certainty of my dealings with Henfield Storage was an unexpected and comforting surprise. I would recommend them to everybody needing honest and reliable storage.

Amazing service. Staff here are so friendly and helpful. Val and Prince came to my house to do a collection and they were so great and worked so hard to help us load/unload. Both of them went above and beyond to do their job, they made the move so easy and it was great teamwork, everything was so organised. I sorted out the paperwork and finding the correct unit size with Val, he was so helpful and informative. He also made sure I had the correct unit size and didn’t just waste my money on a bigger unit when it’s not needed, you can tell Val cares about his customers and their needs. Val also helped with the loading/unloading and put in a lot of hard work, Prince also worked so hard, his stacking skills are on point, he utilised all the space in the storage unit and the van and made sure everything fits, Prince did an amazing job at stacking the storage unit and made sure I had enough room to access it. I would recommend this place to everyone. I’ve never met such a good team before and they were just great, nothing bad to say about this place. Henfield Storage in Wimbledon should feel honoured to have such a great team working for them. The storage units are also very clean and nice, its also very safe, you have lift access and also trolleys to help you with your load. Great service here at Henfield. I had reserved a unit a week or so before actually arriving on with with my stuff. I had originally told them the I would be arriving but it turns out I would be arriving one day late. They were kind enough to call (the day before I was arriving) and double check and tell me if they did not hear back my unit would be rented to someone else. This is quite nice because they have limited units left. Everyone in the office is polite and professional and a pleasure to chat with. The facility is perfect, apparently not “fancy” and the hours are a more limited than what you will find at other places but I don’t need 24 hours access and for 1/4 the price I’m pleased. They have everything you need such as a cargo lift, trolleys and dollys and I believe some other aids to help move things. Access is simple and they will sell you a lock which is also great because I definitely had not brought one with me... Over all the place is great and it’s so cost efficient. Also, I paid the full year and got my 15% discount - score. Definitely recommend

Very affordable. Great service! All our communications were great, I asked for a quote on Saturday for a last minute storage need, they could even rent me a storage on the Sunday but I needed a collection service, so we waited till Monday morning : the driver was perfectly on time, nice and friendly, made all the process really easy, he even drove us to Henfield Storage to sign the contract and store our goods. I think all the process, from the collection, the transport, to the storage and signature didn't exceed 1h30, and by the end of Monday morning we had a perfect solution to store our goods, at very reasonable price and really quick & easy... We're very satisfied.

Having heard stories from friends about their unpleasant experiences with storage companies I took extra care in researching for space to store my belongings over the next year. I am glad I came across Henfield! They were professional, friendly, and really try to make your experience as stress free as possible. These guys care about what they do and it shows! Phenomenal service from Val, Prince and the team. Arranged for a 150ft locker so 2 guys turned up to, what we thought was, “assist” us with loading when instead they moved, helped wrap, transfer to the van and also unload into the unit. Completely bowled over by how good these guys were. They then deduced we didn’t need 150ft so would put us into a smaller unit which saves us about £1000 over the year. Units looked great and the indoor ones looked super secure. Honestly, cannot recommend these guys more!

We needed somewhere to store some suitcases for a few months while we travelled. Other storage companies felt super salesy (give your email and phone number just to find out their prices), whereas Henfield was super transparent about everything. On the location, the men working there are friendly and always helpful. It ended up being £36/mo to rent their smallest locker at roughly 1 sq m which was more than big enough for our needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Very helpful and organised staff, the storage space was not as large as advertised, 90sq' was closer to 80sq' but the unit was dry and well ventilated and security appeared to be effective. Access was good and trolleys available. We needed access for a shipping container to load out and the staff made it all very easy. A refund was offered for the unused portion of the pre paid booking and the transaction was transparent and correct. Definitely recommended.

Great storage unit at great prices. Ben (the store manager) was soooo helpful. We had pre booked a unit that was too small and he did everything he could to help get a bigger unit. It was a pretty stressful day moving and he did his best to help make the day a little easier! Super friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Henfield storage Wimbledon is amazing. Today I brought my stuff in, They came with the van and helped me (free of charge). They show me my storage before I put my stuff in and they have been helpful and clear about the agreement. The price is the lowest in the area and the people are friendly and professional.

The Henfield team has been 10/10 during the process! Answered all my doubts as a first time person renting a storage unit, had a great deal of free collection if you booked for 3 months min as well. The team was very reliable and knowledgeable! Unit was clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service. Arranged my unit over the phone just a week ago. Collection was arranged for a specific time and driver arrived bang on time. Contract was explained clearly and certain important sections highlighted to me. Facilities are clean and there was plenty of parking. Very happy.

The staff at Henfield Storage are helpful, relaxed, friendly and super helpful. I have used their services since November 2019 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their opening hours are a bit limited but that helps to keep costs down.

Henfield is cheapest place so far for storage in london. If u r moving stuff in u will get a man n van for free. Limited opening hours n not accessible on sunday. 9 to 5 unlike others which r accessible 24/7.

Used this storage facility for about 4 years. Started large and moved to smaller. Helpful staff in working out what you need. A variety of contacts - IMO good value. Avoid weekends if you can.
