I brought my car from here 15 months ago, I was over charged for my car by £1100 “with £100 discounted”. Since buying my car I have had 6 problems with it. First time the garage was extremely helpful and fixed my car under the warranty, second time car still under warranty I was charged £53 for work that DID NOT need to be done as I went in for my handbreak to be tightened and left having been charged for extra I did not need. Finally less than a year after having my car and only having driven it 5000 miles I was told my tyres were illegal and I needed to pay £200 to have 2 tyres and my MOT, I was not contacted that this would take ALL day to be fitted and when I called to ask if my car was ready I was given a rude blunt reply and finally today less than 15 months of having the car I was promised would last me years the car has given up and won’t start. Extremely disgusted with this. Would not recommend which is disappointing as I was recommended by my grandparents who had brought my aunts car from them.

*DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY* I bought a little Ford Fiesta from them in July 2021. 3 weeks after getting the car, the timing belt snapped on the motorway. Took it back to the garage, they changed it (sounds all well and good right?). A month later, the shock absorber on the front right of the car went. The handbreak on the car also broke, electrics within the car etc. I was ensured that the company does a 100 something check with each car that they bring in, this is not true, as they would’ve seen the rusting shocks, they would’ve looked at the extremely worn down timing belt etc. If anyones looking for a car, I would personally go to an official garage like VW. Got my car from them, had zero problems, a 2 year warranty, 2 year free servicing etc.

I needed a small car for work. I popped into Henleaze Motor Company on Tuesday after work and test drove 3 cars, there was no pressure atall, Noel was very patient and helpful. I chose a hyundai i10 in the end. Very reasonably priced cars considering other garages I had been to. I noticed 3 small chips in the windscreen and that the air con wasn't getting cold. I asked if I could have the car Friday. I rang this morning to ask if I could still collect after work and it was ready. Upon collecting I was told they had replaced the windscreen and put a new air con compressor in and regassed it. On the way home the air con was ice cold. Absolute brilliant service by Noel and Rob. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Such a lovely experience of buying a car. Rob was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. No pressure at all and answered all questions I had. Sorted everything out for me really quickly which was much appreciated because I was in a bit of a pickle with my old car (from elsewhere). My new car is so comfortable and was in pristine condition on collection. Barely any miles on the clock and overall a really fair deal! Very happy with car and aftercare. The warranty is great and the service was outstanding. Already used them for MOTs on old car so would also massively recommend for that! Very happy customer here!

I've now purchased 2 cars through these guys and both times have been an amazing experience. They let you test drive as many cars as you wish so that you can find the "perfect" one. All their cars do come with a year MOT, free aa breakdown for a year and their fantastic 3 month warranty. Did have a couple of problems with my recent car purchase, but they resolved them quickly as everything is covered in their 3 month warranty. Definitely have and will recommend to friends and family and I'm sure I'll return in the future.

We were looking for a small car. We were met by Robin who showed us round the stock. After test driving two cars , Robin suggested the Peugeot 206. This was a bit bigger than we were looking for but, after a test drive, it proved to be ideal. We were happy with the choice of driving seat positions and the all round visibility. We decided to buy the 206 and a few days later we collected it. After a couple of weeks driving, we are delighted with the car and would recommend Henleaze Motor Co for very good service.

Saw a car here I was interested in one evening and left a message online: had a 'phone call the next morning and was able to go and test drive the vehicle that day, pleased to be the new owner of my little Toyota Yaris! No slick sales talk, just a fair, straightforward transaction: was treated with dignity and respect throughout. Returned the Yaris today with a minor glitch: sorted at very short notice, thanks guys, went off as a very happy bunny! Would recommend this establishment.

Excellent experience, bought a Peugeot 307 with which I am well pleased. They are reliable, helpful and seem thoroughly decent people. They includ AA cover and a worthwhile guarantee backed by their own workshop. They offered to swap in my own music player and persevered until it was right even though it turned out to be a lot more difficult than we expected. I would be happy to deal with them again, and I probably will.

This is the second car purchase I have made with this company. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. They took into account all of my driving needs, showed me several relevant cars, talked me though them, and helped me choose the most suitable. Their customer service is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. The car was serviced, mot'd and cleaned within a couple of days and all ready to collect.

Avoid... brought a car from there over a year a go and since then nothing but problems.. I wanted a realiable car as i was expecting and the service at the start was excellent the aftersales anything but and the hire cars they offer aren't even better. The garage offer free MOTs with every sale but we wont be back we would rather pay someone else to look after our car.

I purchased a vehicle from Henleaze Motors and found the service that I received was both friendly and professional. The company provided a full 12 months MOT, a full service history, a comprehensive vehicle check and a warranty. At no point was I subjected to any pressure from a sales person.
