I was there for couples of time, my experiences were not bad as my expectations were low regarding the price. The old lady in the desk is always was rude and I took it just as because of the cultural conflict. But, last time on 28th of July, I booked over the phone and paid them online, they asked me my arrival time and I said anytime after 5 pm. I reached there around 9 pm and surprisingly she started yelling at me why didn’t I went by 5. I was trying to explain I already paid the rent, then what’s the big deal, but she kept yelling on me. Saying like so cheap that time is money, for you I lost 50$, because someone was asking a room for 2 hours and because of you I couldn’t earn this. I don’t get after selling a room how can she even thinks to rent it to somebody else, again for not able to do that does she can behave rude? I was thinking to complain to the authorities but only considering her age I didn’t.

Henry's motel has definitely made a really poor impression on myself in my partner. my partner suffers a panic disorder and ptsd. This morning he was having a hard time couping but we were not yelling at all just crying and emotional. the owner came at 12 without a mask on absolutely 0 personal protection equipment and told us we had to leave for disturbance. We weren't yelling, we were crying and she refused a 2nd chance. my partner and i are now homeless. We were there for 3 days with 0 noise complaints and were excellent guests. Myself and partner heard others in the motel much louder then us at the time. I am pregnant with nowhere to go because all the other places are booked. I hope karma catches up with this establishment.

The room was very clean, the staff were very courteous, and helpful, they even let me have my dog in my room, and there's a sign in the office, that states, "NO PETS!!!" But after some discussion, they have let me have my sweet little girl, (My dog!!) My little baby girl!! So I must say, that they're very fair, considerate, courteous, and very friendly!!! I will definitely recommend this motel, and commend their courteous, friendly, and helpful staff!! And again, thank you so much for letting me have my dog with me, she's highly trained, house broken, smart, and very friendly!! Good price, location is okay. Clean washroom and bedsheets but outdated. Towels, matresses, bedsheets should be replaced. They seem outdated. Sometimes sheets have holes I assume from.cigarette burns. Carpet needs regular deep cleaning. Bring slippers for.your feet or socks. I bring my own towels. Bathroom walls and walls in room are a bit stained. I think the cleaner just cleans the major areas and forgets the rest. I bring lysol to clean what they have missed. For a hotel in that area its one of the better ones. Staff is very friendly. My main issue is that it is not clean enough.

I never stayed at a Motel before and was surprised by how clean and nice this place was. Obviously not as amazing as an actual hotel sweet, but I would definitely recommend it.... The family that runs the motel are very friendly! its extremely affordable and they accept cash payment! It comes with free wifi access. I just read the other reviews and I had no issues with noise or people knocking on my door. LMAO I was there on a Sunday night. So maybe that's why I had zero issues?! Don't go to the Royal Motel, I checked it out a couple weekends later, it was disgusting and the bathroom was covered in black mold!

Room was so doused with airfreshner(to which I am violently allergic[1 in 3 people are physically sickened by perfumes])I had to leave the windows and door open the whole time. The clerk said I had to close the door "for my own safety" and then insinuated that I was a liar claiming they dont use airfreshner. When I insisted, explaining a closed room could KILL me, she flipflopped and said well not that much anyway and told me I wasnt welcome to stay another night. Worst and most terrifying motel experience ever.

Sting operation motel, so if your not trying to be recorded or set up by feds don’t go here. The owners are questionable as well - projecting a lot of profiling for a place set up in Scarborough on Kingston road. Stay away and go to a safer place. There are still motels that treat their guests nicely but this is not one of them. Hopefully they replace the female management OR this place just goes under because at this point it’s just taking up space. So very unnecessary.

Horrible Room. I would have put 1 start but it was a emergency and had no other choice. Walls are black. Hole in the wall as soon as you walk in. Light didnt even turn off and had to us a half lamp for light. Bedding and a single pillow are surprisingly clean. T.V. takes me back to the 90s with the tube style and basic cable. No wifi is no biggy but come on, its 2019. Will be the first and last time at the Motel.

Was a pleasant atmosphere and I had no issues whatsoever at this place. Quiet and relaxing indeed. Definitely going back when I can from taking a break from being so close to work and unable to go back regular place while roommate is healing from a surgery and I cannot return till September unfortunately. This place helped me at last minute booking and it really was a help for me. Thx Henry's

The motel rooms are okay,But the woman at front desk is very unpleasant and very rude . Seems like she just wants to scam people out of money. I CALLED BEFORE I CHECKED IN AND SHE TIRED TO CHANGE THE PRICE IN PERSON BY 50 DOLLARS !!! So many rules for a motel room . CANT HAVE GUEST UNLESS REGISTERED !! i suggest another motel !! STAY AWAY!!

The lady at the front desk is very friendly and kind. The rooms was very clean and has a fridge and microwave. The Wi-Fi and cable works. The bed was very comfortable. You can control the temperature in your room. Only thing I dont like is the door locks.

There the best Motel I ever been too There service is friendly there rooms are clean.. I went to the Grand Motel on Kingston Road and I got bed bugs and I got bitten and I never got anything at Henry's Motel I love them Nafeeza and pedro

I loved it, it was amazing, with friendly professional owners any they have ,clean rooms and clean bathrooms, and a flat tv, also a microwave and a refrigerator, i would recommend stay here and you will have the time of your life
