I don't know where to start. I was greeted by the most kind, polite and friendly staff person over the telephone. As I explained my reason for the call. The person on the other end listened until I finished. It was explained that Hensley's group didn't lidigate for my particular need.However, refer e me to a sister company that did I want to acknowledge Esmeralda, who is the MOST customer focused person I've had the pleasure to speak with. Her listening and comprehension skills were spot on. Most definitely her ability to assist me went far above my expectations. If the need ever arise, I will call the Hensley Law Office again. I am so impressed by Esmeralda's willingness to assist me as someone who just asked a general question. I can't imagine if I were a client. Esmeralda is most certainly an asset to Hensley Law Group. Ive had multiple cases handled by them with no problems. This time i think i was thrown to. New lawyer that just needed cases. I didnt even know he was a lawyer, i thought he was a case manager. His name was Anthony Miller. He took over my case and made the process feel drawn out and extremely frustrating. I was lied to multiple times, case was held up due to him not asking one question, that i resolved same day. Instead i waited weeks for any progress. Extremely disappointed this go round and the SR lawyer could care less that their associate lied and tried to cover his $&@ multiple times. If you go with them, stay on top of your case and call weekly or you may be waiting unnecessarily.

My entire experience with Hensley was truly one of the best legal experiences I could have asked for. I’ve never been in an accident and didn’t even know what would come out of seeking litigation support. My case managers and lawyers were patient, knowledgeable and extremely kind to my boyfriend and I. Although I have to experience life long ailments as a result of the accident, I can walk away confidently because of my experience with Phil and his team at Hensley. I would highly recommend Hensley to friends and family.

Complete headache. They do not care at all. All bout the money. This was my first time ever having to do something like this so I didn’t know what to expect. But it was very simple. They were super helpful and took their time to explain things to me. It honestly made everything way less chaotic. The other insurance company didn’t want to cooperate so I wasn’t expecting much in terms of a settlement, but my accident lawyer pushed back and actually got me a decent settlement, all things considered. They’re a really great firm.

I used HLG back in 2015/2016 For disability, I honestly don't believe I could have had a better experience elsewhere. No money up front or during the process.
