Sense the first call in making the appointment, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, kind and also was very knowledgeable about my insurance. They were able to fit our family of 5 in all as new patients with in 2 weeks. When I walked in, it was like they already knew who I was and I had been a patient forever. Even the receptionist remembered our conversation. The hygienist was knowledgeable, caring, and took her time. She was thorough with cleaning my teeth, even around my permanent retainer on my bottom teeth. Just like the receptionist, the hygienist and the dentist both treated me as if I was a patient forever. They made me feel as if I was family. I am so glad I found a dentist office that didn’t treat us like another number, took the time to actually clean my teeth instead of other bad experiences I had previous with other dental offices. My first visit was great. Everyone was very attentive and informative. I booked my next appointment for my first ever root canal which went about as great as a root canal can probably go. Two weeks later, I called to ask if it was normal to still need otc pain meds after completing the antibiotics and prescription ibuprofen. The receptionist immediately said no and went to talk to the dr. She came back and said Dr wants to see you today. I went in and turns out the other tooth that I needed a root canal on was also infected and causing all the pain. So they all stayed after hours to do the root canal and temp crown bc the dentist was off the rest of this week and they are closed Monday and she didn't want me in pain for that long. I was so blown away I almost cried. I highly recommend this facility.

I actually do not like to go to the dentist, however, I am looking forward to my next appointment !! I want to take care of my dental needs and so appreciate the caring atmosphere in this office. A little bit about myself first: I am the biggest coward when it comes to dentists I have avoided it for about 10 years. The instant I walked in the door there I was completely at ease. The entire staff from receptionist to doctor were incredibly wonderful. I look forward to finishing my procedure at that point I'll see about posting a picture After my denture fitting today I cannot say enough good things about the doctor. It still hurts a little bit to talk right now so I'll finish this review at a later point but it was phenomenal today

Great dental service with warm and pleasant atmosphere among staff throughout the facility and highly recommend new comers visit and talk to staff for all dental repair issues and friendly service. Also, I forgot to mention earlier... the entire internal facility has been upgraded to better accommodate all dental patients and visitors and I highly recommend all dental work, i.e., cleanings, X Rays, fillings, bridges, etc. The staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and concise covering all procedures and I highly recommend their services.

I had my checkup and cleaning here. The office is located right next to the Tezel/Guilbeau Gold's Gym. I really appreciate how they are keeping things very clean and taking Covid protocols seriously (taking temperatures, etc). Also, I didn't have to wait at all when I got to the office. Dr. Shah is a very kind dentist who took her time and answered all my questions. Ask for Anale, the hygienist! It was the best cleaning of my life, honestly. Super gentle and thorough. You can tell this dental office cares about people. I will be back!

If you're looking for a new dentist took no further. Dr Henwood and Dr Shah provide excellent care while being patient and answering all my questions. Unlike the dental chains (you know who they are) Dr Henwood's office does not have corporate quotas to fill which means there is no push to do unnecessary procedures. I felt right at home among the friendly staff. I will be referring all my friends and family to Dr Henwood's and Dr Shah's from now on.

While my previous dentist in this practice moved out of the area, my new dentist Dr Hiba Abusaid is awesome! She took the time to explain the treatment plan to me and reviewed my X-rays with me. I got to say this is the best dental office I have been to. Dr. Alankar is really good at what she does and I do like that everything can be done within one location. No need to get a referral elsewhere when they can do it here. Also, the staff is always helpful and friendly and makes you feel welcomed every time you have an appointment.

I recently went in for a root canal, and was a bit nervous, however I felt zero pain throughout the entire procedure as well as in the days following! Definitely the best dentist I have been to.

I am not very fond of dentist. Years ago, I had a terrible experience with having a root canal. But these doctors were so gentle and kind. I had a root canal completed with them. I experienced no pain while they were working on me or after they finished. All of her staff are very caring. They deserve 5 stars

I've been going here about 6 years and my smile looks better than ever. Despite being half-British I now have a straight white grill, healthy pink gums, and perfect tolerances all around for tearing through steaks. My wife and kid are happy with their service, too. I was not too happy today. It took less than 15 minutes to clean my teeth! I don’t know if Maria noticed but she used the water hook to turn my face toward her. I should have said something but I’m not confrontational. Nothing was mentioned about my X-rays, either. I’m going to look for another dentist.

I haven’t been to Henwood since my last teeth cleaning six months ago. I was really pleasantly surprised to see that the whole place had been remodeled. What a difference! It’s so bright and airy, and of course the people there are always so friendly and welcoming.
