I've been going here a few years now. Personally they have been a great pharmacy all in all. They offer a great service and information if and when you have enquiries. The only negatives I can say is one of the lady pharmacist's can be a little off at times, meaning in the general customer services area... just seems a bit miserable, she never smiles. The rest of the staff are wonderful. Was also a little disappointed that the pharmacy now closes at 4pm on a sunday and also has been opening slightly later on a Sunday now, which I was not aware of. It unfortunately led me to miss my medication and therefore impacted on my health and the rest of prescribed medication for the whole week. I am glad to see there is now a poster in the window explaining they close at 4pm on a Sunday now. It would be helpful if the information online could be updated so people are aware. Or if they could atleast let customers know especially those of us who have to go regularly.

Amazing ,fantastic attentive staff . I changed over to Herbert&Herbert 106 Staines Road, After more than 15 years with the big high street chemist chain who were just terrible With their attitude to pharmacy customers. I had to wait 9 days for anti biotics I needed. Even for repeat prescriptions up to 7 days wait. With Herbert&Herbert I had my medication delivered free to my door Within 24 hours. Fantastic I The other one charge £55

l recently visited the UK with my mum. She is elderly and unfortunately her suitcase got lost at Heathrow airport. The suitcase had important medication in it. I decided to visit Herbert and Herbert pharmacy on Staines Road to seek advice. The staff were so helpful providing me with information of what to do and ensuring my mother was not without her medication. I would highly recommend Herbert and Herbert pharmacy.

Very helpful staff. Always happy to help with any query. Have products that most pharmacy's would sell. However, they did miss some products I was looking for so might not have everything. Very clean which is important and the location of the store is convenient. The opening hours are helpful which allowed me to visit before they closed and grab what I needed. No parking lot and no toilets inside.

The team here are ever so helpful. More so than the GP. They answer the phone so quickly and are graceful in their communication. For vulnerable patients, they have an excellent delivery service. I wish the team here could take over the GP surgery or at least teach them how to interact with patients in a helpful & respectful manner. Well done team!

Absolutely wonderful local pharmacy. Helpful, seemingly open all hours, clean, has everything. Swift accurate prescription service with a smile. Rarely any significant waiting time. Never been disappointed with any product I’ve bought from there and they do have some sale bargains from time to time. What more could I want from a local pharmacy :)

Not only is this the most efficient pharmacy I have used it is extremely professional, exceedingly helpful and the staff are all very very friendly. As a couple who are both on multiple different medications and have been for a long time (over 10 years each) we have frequented a number of different pharmacies, none have ever come close.

Made a special point of looking to see if they had in stock what I was after and that they were open. Complete waste of time as they were closed, several staff looked like they were stock taking but completely ignored me. Not very impressed, difficult to sell stuff if you're not open as advertised.

Boots the chemist much better. This chain of chemist over charge on every product in their shop. Ripping off local residents who can't travel to a high street. Shampoo for example price starts at five pounds and not the best brand. Not a nice way to support your customers.

This is top chemist, supply problems or not you can rely on Herbert & Herbert to find your prescription items. They keep a massive stock of drugs and go just bit further with very pleasant staff and great pharmacists to assist.
