Do not book the montreal location. We've had professional movers 3 separate times in Canada. This crew was supposed to come pack our things the day before we moved to a new province. We booked them for a saturday morning. They arrived late, and barely got one room packed in 5 hours, then told us they'd come back the next day to finish. They arrived in the late evening. Our roommate was then held hostage in the apartment til 4am, her move taking place the next morning, while the movers packed so painfully slow that at 3am she was forced to come out and *helped them pack* faster and stop packing things with little common sense. Our final price doubled, stating that they underestimated the amount of boxes needed, despite having detailed photos of every single room in our apartment and we had already packed up 2 of the rooms ourselves. We assume this was purposeful, because the team was packing in a way we've never seen. Individually wrapping rolls of toilet paper, single razors, and toothbrushes. Presumably to increase the amount of boxes and therefore the final price. When the local team arrived they couldn't unpack until we paid the amount in full. We are still missing items, and have items that do not belong to us that the owners will never be able to locate because the response from upper management was that none of this is their responsibility. Do not use this service if moving long distance from montreal, they are clearly trying to scam people and take you through a relentless loop of passing blame with no resolution and I'm sure their incompetence saves them from legal consequence due to how insufferable they are to communicate with. Sure, things go wrong, but their unwillingness to reimburse us for any of this incompetence is unbelievable, we paid an extra 4 thousand dollars for this nightmare, offering us "sorry, nothing we can do" as compensation. If you booked them in June and are missing your things, I probably have them. I'm sure they will have a lovely reply to this comment as well justifying why it was normal and actually our fault for their team to spend nearly 3 full working days to pack a 3 bedroom apartment and that individually wrapping rolls of toilet paper and toothbrushes to jack up the number of boxes is totally fine. And losing our things, and someone else's things in the process.

We booked Hercules moving company for our move, they assessed that for our size move we will need 2 big trucks. On the day of the move both trucks arrived on time and that’s where the good part of our move ends. Half hour into the start time one of the trucks started to leak oil leaving a huge stain on our driveway. Despite knowing that the truck is not operating properly, the movers loaded 1 truck and then loaded half of the second truck. After an hour of just figuring out what to do with the second truck they decided to just take the first truck to the new home off load and then use the same truck to come back for the rest of the stuff. We called Igor the manager at the office an hour into the move informing him of this issue and asking about the option of sending another truck to the house and he said that there were no back up trucks available. Really? For a move our size there was NO contingency plan?!? So now what should have taken us 7-8 hours to move took us 12 hours!! Because of all the confusion of the truck the movers forgot to bring half the drop cloths to the new house and ended up dirtying all our floors and scuffing freshly painted risers on our stair cases. And here’s the best part – Igor gave us the final payment number and only account for 1.5 hours of “discounted time” for the truck breaking down. And it gets better, he told the movers to HOLD OUR PIANO AND TVs HOSTAGE in the truck until the payment was settled and the movers almost drove off with our stuff. Not only did Igor make our day hell he didn’t even show mercy for his own staff who were just waiting around for his orders. As far as the moving staff goes we were very happy with them till the end, they were courteous and didn’t lose their cool until the end despite all the confusion. It was Igor due his mismanagement made the best day of our lives (including our 7 week old baby) a living hell. SHAME ON YOU HERCULES MOVING!

We had long distance moving from Alberta to Ontario and we have never used service from a moving company. After reading the reviews online we thought to give a try with Hercules moving company. Jasleen was our moving coordinator. She gave us estimate quote and she was in contact with us all the time. I would like to say she is very helpful. On the moving day they called 30min before arrival and 2 guys came with Hercules moving uniform and a truck. They carefully packed all the furniture, labeled everything and did a very good job. Same process on arrival and everything came without any damage. They are indeed professional. So next time if I have to move I know who to call. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Hercules moving company. 5 star for sure.. Also big thanks to Jasleen and the movers ( sorry I don’t remember names) PS- make sure to inform them about Parking, if your building doesn’t have dedicate Parking spot and if they have to use a shuttle there will be additional charges.

My car shipment is delayed and it has already been over a month now. I have already spent so much money on transportation without my car. I have given you guys over $4500 business and also gave your reference to my friend who gave you $2500 business. I am extremely disappointed with your service guys after i called you multiple times you guys blamed it on 3rd party and mentioned nothing is in your hands. I have emailed claim department few times but they are not willing to give any compensation for the delay. I paid full amount to you I don't care how you deal with 3rd party. You should communicate with your customers and keep them up to date regarding the shipment and do regular follow up. I should not be writing this email and calling you multiple times. I am willing to wait little more but please refund some of my money since you have not only wasted my time and money you have ruined all my summer planning and mental peace.

Hercules Moving Company Inc customer service is excellent. I used the company to ship my luggage and boxes from Halifax to Calgary, my luggage arrived at the time and date the company promised us. To our greatest surprise, the goods were delivered on Thanksgiving Day, which was a holiday for the workers to enjoyed with their families. This company's services are beyond and above to satisfy customers. The price is very cheap and affordable, the cheapest price so far, compared to other shipping companies I called. If am moving from Canada to Australia I will use this company over and over again. Excellent Service

With all the press these days of terrible moving companies and experiences, I was very worried about how the move would go and who I should use but am so glad I used Hercules! I had a move from Waterloo to Windsor. Absolutely zero "additional fees" or BS. My price was based on hour (instead of weight). The two guys were hard workers, honest and very through. Got charged for hours packing truck, hours driving to new address and hours unpacking. That's it. The total cost was actually less than the estimate. Very professional service throughout. Can't speak too highly of them.

Just stay away from this company. They do an unprofessional work , from estimating in the beginning to delivering your things . Their estimate was 40% less then what they charge you . They pack your things unprofessionally and make them such that the quantity of boxes become more than what they should be. They did not deliver one of our items and to dare after 3 months we have neither received our item nor received a proper reply to our email. This is disappointing. Unfortunately there is no a zero star option here to give to this company.

We hired Hercules Moving Co. for our move a few weeks ago. Beginning with Omer, who helped with the planning process and through to the 5 man crew - all were exceptionally professional, timely and no surprises! We received precisely what we asked and paid for. The crew was very efficient did not waste time. They wrapped many furniture pieces and we did not have any damage as a result. We used Hercules Moving to pack our house and paid for all the packing supplies. This company barely labelled any boxes (with the bare minimum possible ie “basement” when there are 4 rooms in the basement etc), and when we opened boxes to unpack, they had used 100 sheets of paper to wrap one tiny air freshener, packed it in a box with one tiny garbage can, and then sealed the box. We spent way more than planned on packing supplies because they did not pack efficiently.

Our move was on August 26/23. We downsized so there was a lot of furniture to move out. Our crew that day worked very hard. As stressful a day as it was, like any move, they helped ease the transition! They were energetic, professional and efficient. Ayaz team with Saleh and Oleksandr did a great job. They were very attentive to not to damage any of our belongings. They estimated the job to take 6 hours but due to their hardwork it was done in 4! Shareef was a big help in the office as well booking a move with in 72 hours. Have used other companies in the past and will only ever use or recommend Hercules in the future.

I had a very smooth experience moving from Ottawa to Regina with Hercules. Great communication from the moving coordinator while organizing pickup and delivery, and from the moving crews ahead of their arrivals. My belongings were delivered much quicker than I expected and I received prompt and professional service when the crews picked up and dropped off my things.

Just moved with Hercules today. Amazing crew. Fast, careful and great attitude. I was very impressed with a bunk bed that they had to disassemble to so many pieces and they put it back together exactly the same with no trouble.
