The service is worst...It was my first time there, and I gave a shirt and a kids dress.. The lady charged me 18dollars(3 for drycleaning shirt and 15 for drycleaning the dress), and I asked what are you going to do, whether washing or drycleaning, she says that I dont have to know what is being done. The lady doesnt know what she is doing and when asked, she says noone ever asked her that.. Will never give them again..
Great customer service! Very reliable and the business owners are always willing to go out of their way to accommodate their customers. I was once late picking up my clothes and the business owner returned (after closing!) and opened the store, just to give me my clothes so that I could have them for work the next day. I have been going there for years and will continue to do so.
No Wonder this place has a 2.8 rating the lady that answered the phone is so rude and dismissive. Doesn't care about customers at all. Bitter attitude and hangs up the phone. Didn't even argue just asked her some questions about dropping off some clothes to clean. Lol
My mistake I did not ask the price. Check the price before you commit, . The lady at the front desk is rude. Got charged around $30 for a short jacket. Lady claimed it was Goose down though I insisted it was not.

Poor job on dry cleaning ... will not return. Front desk lady is rude and insolent. No idea what customer service is.
They do dry cleaning on short notices with extra charge. Mostly I go there and I'm satisfied from their service.
